Citibank credit card agent called me today (20th april 2018) and offered me credit card but i rejected the offer and he started arguing with me in unprofessional manner. He was very rude and started using abusive language. When i enquired as in from where he is calling me, he disconnected the phone. Kindly have some strict action against this guy. He might be doing the same thing with others too. His mobile number is +91-[protected].

    This is regarding my re-structured credit card number [protected] for which i have repaid the full amount of balance inr 86, 677.00 on 16th april'2018 before a week in generating new statement.

    Could you please check & update your records as there are 03 working days passed but still my account not yet cleared?

    Kindly clear the account and stop to generate new statement as there is nothing pending to pay from my end.

      Citibank customer care service is the worst service i have gone through. I have called 100 times to close my account and every time different person picks up the call and suggest different process to close it. I am fed up with this and in future i wont suggest this bank to anyone. This is such a ridiculous bank i have ever seen and one day i am sure this bank will shut down. Your employees are very illiterate and they dont even know correct procedures also. Your citibank Jaipur branch employee told me citibank account cant be closed through customer care so i need to come to branch office for account closure and he hide the fact from me that account closure request can be taken online.

      Such a disgusting bank and i would never recommend it to anyone. You people dont have good service neither you care for customer satisfaction.

      I complained about employee number[protected] Jaipur branch. He provided me wrong suggestion. Please give him training first.

        Hi,

        My credit card has been hacked and my mobile sim has been cloned. Someone has made transactions at www.alibaba.com of 264.19 usd and 699.47 usd on 16-april-2018 at 12:54 am and 12:55 am ist.
        I had received the otp messages and it seems like the hacker had cloned my sim number.
        Totally 963.66 usd (Around 62864 inr) has been spent on my credit card.

        I had called the citibank customer care and reported the issue to citibank.
        Please file a complaint. Kindly reverse the transaction and not bill it to my account.

            I am having a credit card of your bank for last 2 years and i am not getting any kind of physical statement nor the email statement on my mail id. As a result i am paying my outstanding amount only by guessing i am not aware of actual amount. So many times i have called to send atleast physical statement on my registered address updated in your record because of your prompt and fast service never received it.

              Hi. I just received my indusind credit card which is an aura credit card. I was told that the card which i am applying for will be having bms offer of 1 on 1 movie tickets free. But when i got the card on bms, the error came and said that this card is not eligible for the offer. Please try with the different card. Isn't it a fraud? You can check your call recording. I got the indusind credit card offer while i was applying for citi bank credit card. This is very disappointing that happened with me.

              I had informed that I will be getting 499 INR of Amazon vouchers within the Credit Card courier envelope, but I didn't get any of it. When I asked the Bank, they told me that there is no such kind of offer running. Also, when I called the credit card representative, they told me that they don't know who told me about that offer and they are talking to me first time, which I confirmed twice. Now they are luring me with the reward points to make the transaction as soon as possible with twice the reward points.

              In this way, whoever can contact people and ask to take the details for credit card and state any fraud schemes and features to just make sure the person agrees on applying for a credit card which sounds good at that time but actually the person is getting fool by the fraudsters.

              Now I am applying to close the same as soon as possible. I have been using the credit card since last 4 years and never got this much of frauds in my life.

              Hi,

              First thing the referral was sent from citi bank credit card representative for the indusind credit card with movie offer of one on one. I thought the fee is zero, only I have to do is shopping of 1 lac in a year. I said send the referral. Then I got call from indusind for approval. I have logged complaint against them also after not getting any appropriate response. Here is the url of that complaint:

                Im vivekananda from hyderabad i was took a loan from citi financial in 2006 and i has paid to collection agent at that time after some months agents were not collecting dues i got information some one that bank has permanently closed for huge lose. After 2006 now collection agents calling for dues in 2018 and they are using abusing words. And they are telling that kotak has took over the citi financial.

                I am not getting OTP on time and many times i am not getting OTP. It is very difficult for completing any transaction

                  On 24th March, 2018 I was trying to book ticket through Make My Trip but don't network issue transaction was failed however amount was deducted from my credit card .
                  After i have received mail from MMT that refund was initiated and it will reflect in 3 days in your account.
                  As of 1st April i didn't receive money in cc so i mailed MMT and recieved reply that refund money was successfully transferred to CITI bank they even gave my refund reference number and asked me to check with CITI since then I'm trying different different CITI customer care number to know/check the status on refund with reference number but till today i didn't find correct options in ivr to check status.

                  It is almost 15 days but refund didn't reflect in my account .Can some body from citi bank let me know how to check refund status through reference number.

                  Plz reply me ASAP as statement generation date is near by.

                    Hi iam venkatesan and iam using citibank credit card for last two years and my card ending number is 1179 previously i have no issue in card and also i make every month payment regularly but last two month iam not received any statement and i got message of payment iam very shocked because they added very much extra amount in my card and i ask customer care persons they not give the proper reasons and also they blocked my card without any information very worst service and also i wont pay any extra charges i will pay only the usage amount and also i want to close the card.

                      citi bank credit card payment made its not reflecting to my account

                      Further to below i am facing the same issue, i have transferred inr 10000/- on 16th feb 2018 and inr 10000/- on 2nd april 2018 against my credit card oustanding.

                      Amounts are deducted from my account (From which i have transferred to citi bank) however it is not reflecting in my citi bank statement. Transfer receipts attached for your reference.

                      Kindly look in to it and revert on priority.br...

                      One of your credit card executive harsikhaka ([protected]) has come to our office & give us credit card of indian oil by commitment that on every 150 spent there will be 5% cash back. But now as we have recd card there is no such offer, it is very surprise & disappointed that some of person are doing wrong commitment on behalf of citi bank & destroy bank value. Pls cancel our card with intimidate effect & take action or either pls give us another offer.

                        My above card has been hacked and cloned. Someone in santiago chile ordered two items of clothing from a mall in san francisco us and billed me for $80 (Usd) ie rs 709.90 (Inr) on 23 mar 18. Transaction id c19l52319b011 of 25 mar 18 refers. Stuff was ordered online at clothes. [protected]@boohoo.com.

                        This was a total surprise to me as i last visited us in 2014. Since then i haven't left india. Please block this card and file a complaint. Kindly issue a new card asap. Kindly tell me how to avoid such problems in future.

                          I have been not receiving billing sms or statements since 2 years. I have given complaint against the same but no response from them. Every month i have to login to online and check the billing amount and pay it, and few times i missed and had to pay late payment fee. Few months back i stopped paying it then they called me for non payment reason and i explained the same and said i will not pay until i receive regular bills. They just sent me 2 months duplicate bills and asked me to pay bill and promised to send regular bills. Hoping i would receive bill from next month, i cleared the dues. But from next month again i didn't received the bill, and they are keep on charging me late payment fees.
                          Atleast please resolve this issue now, i will not pay the bill until i receive the regular bills.

                            I refer to my personal mail sent through my yahoo mail in this regard. Since no action is taken i prefer to lodge my complaint.
                            I am a customer for about 20 years and have made payments without any default. During january 2018 i have made purchases worth about rs.64000/- and i have paid a sum of rs.64292/- well within time by way of punjab national bank cheque. Since the bank was in the process of migrating to finacle 10, there was some technical issue regarding connectivity and the cheque was not honoured, even though i had enough money in my account. The actual short fall in the amount to the paid was about rs.200/- and odd. Since this cheque was returned, again well within the time limit, i have paid through indian bank the above said amount.
                            In spite of this, the citi bank has charged a sum of rs.2597.99 towards interest charges and i requested the bank to waive it since it was not my mistake and it is totally a bank issue and the pnb has also informed that they have requested all the clearing banks in this regard.in order not to have any issue i had paid the interest charges also well within the due date and once again requested citi bank to waive it.
                            Since there is some issue, i have not made any purchases since then, to my surprise, today i got a mail from citi bank to pay a sum of rs.199.55 towards interest charges. I fail to understand what is happening.
                            I request once again to waive off all the interest charges and give credit to may card.
                            I also request citi bank to kindly acknowledge and do the needful. My registered mobile number is +[protected] and mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

                              Hi, i have recently got call from citi (As per phone call) executive for credit card purchase. They asked me to submit document like salary slip and aadhar card xerox.
                              They claimed me lot of goodies like water sipper, jbl headphone, 1000rs coupon and reward point on acct opening.

                              After submitting document, they forced me to lie to citi versification calls like 'photo card submitted, no personal number chat, agreeing to every word verification caller asks for'.
                              In reality, all above was fake, i never submitted photo, they everyday talked to me on whats app. And over all they never gave me list of free goodies/coupuns in writing.
                              Scam -
                              Inititally my card was rejected, and i got a call from other girl saying it is stuck at delivery, please resubmit document.
                              I was shocked to see they have re-proceed my form again!. Every thing above was repeated.
                              They lied to me saying it was stuck, tey reprocessed.
                              Once card arrived i did not get any goodies or coupun. I was totally scammed.!!

                                From past four years i am the customer to citi bank, where my salary and credit card with citi bank only. Today i got credit bill where 13, 100 rupees charged for 3000 rupees outstanding for 30 days.

                                No bank is charging like and its fraud business from citi bank, when i tried to call custome care i am not getting proper reponse.

                                Very worst experience with citi bank, if the interest charges are not reduced i am ready to close all my relation with citi bank i will go leaglly

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  This is with regard to the Citibank claim that I possess the credit card and have taken certain top up loan and preclosed it.

                                  The attached card had only preclosure charges which I never received in the first place. I had taken a loan in the year of 2014 and closed it in the end of 2015. After which I had stopped using the card. In fact I had even destroy the card. Citibank claims that I have taken a top up loan and preclosed it. And have not paid for a consider ble time and hence they have closed it.

                                  I have not even received the card forget about the top up loan.

                                  They have charged whopping amount of 40, 000 and change and asking me to pay the amount immediately.

                                  Kindly look in to this and help me out.

                                    I am also a victim of gang stalking and electronic harrasement done recovery agencies for citi and hdfc bank. It started in 2014 and realised the facts about it in 2016. Ever since then they are doing this continuously brutally. They abuse me, taunt me and badly haunt me everywhere i go. I am unable to go anywhere and work peacefully. I lost my job and have been imprisoned at my rental home as i got no one left in my family apart from my brother. It's my brother who takes care of my food and rent arrangement due to which i became a burden and a liability for him. Without working anywhere i won't be able to pay my debts and these stalkers from recovery agencies will keep fetching the money from banks to harrase me. I just need a chance to work peacefully and pay my debts as i financially bankrupt now. Can someone please do something to stop them. I have also been forced and lured to commit a suicide thrice because them. I need help to stop this as i came to know through internet that they also use emf weapons and radio waves through cellular technology to kill the targeted individuals by giving them sleep deprivation, cancer and organ failure. Due to which targeted individuals will finally meets the painfull death without knowing that what happened exactly. As have brought this into public notice, i fear that they will use the emf technology weapon against me badly or try to covertly kill me someway. Police and bank officials are also involved in this as when i reported it to them, instead of helping me to get rid of them i have been threatened to sent to mental asylum or jail. I have not been left with any option apart from reporting this online and also on change.org as they have hacked my id's also. I don't want to die in vain without raising my voice against this as they themselves have told me many times that it's done by citi bank as i am unable to pay my credit card dues due bankruptcy. If i will be forced to commit a suicide then i will clearly mention this in my last letter that i am doing it because of the citi bank.
                                    Can someone please help me to stop this covert gang stalkers.

                                    Now these gang stalkers are harrasing me more. I tried to upload one vedio but no feature is available to do so. I think that there is no one to help me in this matter. I am sure that I got very little time left after raising my voice.

                                      On 14 feb, 2018 i booked a mobile from flipkart on emi basis with citi bank credit card. After booking immediatley i cancelled the booking (Transcation) and the same was confirmed by flipkart and citi bank with the mails. So if the booking transcation was cancelled means i have not purchased any product so there is no question to pay. But the next month i received when i received citibank bill they have charged my the emi amount for that mobile which i never purchased and the transation was cancelled. I made several calls and mails to both customer care and even forwarded those mails which they have send me about the cancellation of the order. Flipkart is saying that your order was cancelled so we cant do any think same the citi bank is saying after giving there mails. Both are blaming each other and playing games but no body is ready to refund the amount for product which i have never purchased. Like me how much indians citizens are looted by these multinational companies.
                                      Citibank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
