I was the user of citi credit cards.in 2016 i lost my job still i made the payment till september 2016 and called citi bank to inform that i may not be able to make the payment for oct and nov. I wanted them to not charge late fee and interest and to not block my cards i got to know from them they have reimbursed late fee for aug and sep and my cards will not be close before 3miss of payment however they block my card instantly in sep only....

I opened my citibank account and later after a few years made it joint with my relative. My relative being second account holder.

Citibank is mandating us that all account holders aadhar must be linked. I don’t understand this requirement. Why do banks need second account holder aadhar in first place?

My salary account is in citibank. Since last year everything was okay but suddenly they are asking me that my account required a minimum balance of 1 lakh other wise they will deduct money from my account. When i asked the reason then they confirmed me that my account is no more salary account. However my salary is still getting credited in this bank account. I don't know what to do about their monopoly....

I have referred my friend for credit card. He applied through the link i have shared but i didn't receive the credit bonus.

I have referred on 20 dec 2017 he applied at the same day and received the card and he is using it now.

I have raised multiple cases since jan 1st 2018, and they have not been resolved even after a month. The demand draft [rs.90000] was sent to a different address than what was mentioned, it was reiterated to citibank about the same. However, citibank has not made a single attempt to resolve the issue.
