Dear Sir,

My name is Harsh Jhunjhunwala. I am a citibank customer with account number as [protected]. I had written to Citibank on 4th April to close my personal loan of Rs. 2,00,000 and to notify me of all the payments to be maid by sending me the details on e-mail or letter.

However, I didnt hear back from them for many days. Upon which I followed up with them and was told that the letter has been sent to my address. Upon rechecking I realized that they hadnt updated my address and contact details on their personal loan account despite the same being updated on the savings account. They then blamed me for not updating the address. I replied to them that since I had taken the loan from them using the savings bank account and had updated my details on the savings bank account I presumed that my address would be updated on the personal loan account. I wasnt notified by the bank to update my details on the personal loan while taking the loan.

Going forward, I then contacted them on 21st April via phone to update my personal loan account details so that they can send me the correct details. A lady from the citibank personal loan unit picked up the phone and upon my oral communication without any verification updated my personal account correspondence details. This itself goes to show that the mistake was from the Bank for not updating the details which led to the delay.

Further the lady promised me that she would send all the details on the e-mail by 25th April. However, I didnt get any details from the lady on the 25th April. I called up Citibank to find out reason for delay. The person who first picked up the phone refused to take a complaint and give a complaint number. Upon my persistence that I will file a complaint against him for not taking a complaint he took the complaint. Next, I was promised that all details would be sent to me by 2nd May. I had to talk to the person for over 1 hour to place the complaint as he delayed the complaint taking request leading to my suspicion that they didnt want to take the complaint.

I got a call from the same lady on 2nd May and she told me that even though they had promised that they will send the details by e-mail they wont be able to do so. She told me to accept her verbal quotation for pre closure and make the payment. I refused as I wanted a written communication for my records.

I then wrote an e-mail to citibank and then the lady called again on 3rd May. She promised that the quotation will be sent on 4th May via e-mail. However, on 4th May she again called and said that she cant send the quotation and told me to do the pre closure based on her verbal quotation which I refused.

Now I am unable to close this loan due to non receipt of pre closure statement from the bank. I have my serious doubt that they have delayed this thing by over 1 month now as they dont want to stop their interest payment.

I am incurring daily interest expenses due to this.

I would request you to please help me out with this.

    This is Nabeel Y . Shaikh my Father has takken the loan from Citi Finance Pvt Ltd. on Last Year . we had clear the loans 50% amount .suddunly my father meet with an accident becoz he is a Truck Driver so the Truck break Got Failed in last November till that date he is unemployed due to heavy injuies . that information i had provided to ciit finance custcare .
    aftar that the recovery person was heressing me and to my familly every day to pay the due amount.The recovery person is using bad languages as well with my mother an mylittle brother aso . i m a student of S.Y.B .COM . and i m working part time to clear my study . in this situation i m not be able to pay the due amount as well to continue my study hence i m forwording this complain to you plz take a action on it its a humble request .

      Hi,
      I was a good citibank credit card customer till last year, but on feb 2010 I use citi bank credit card for around Rs.122000 for my marriage purpose, I also dropped a cheque of same amount to Citi bank in time (it was my father's cheque and he has an saving bank account in SBI), after few days that money got deducted from my fathers SBI account and also I can see that payment made in my citi bank next statment..things are alright till now but suddenly after around 2 months Citibank put that Rs. 120000 back in my credit card statement along with huge interests. they are telling me that they have not received money from SBI where as SBI has already deducted the same from my fathers account..after talking to SBI and Citi bank atlast they got the money from SBI but they are increasing my interest every month and now its arround Rs.33000 (its only interest and other charges, not any of my own expenses) Now they have mailed me that last sattlement offer and if not paid they will move to "CIVIL COURT" on 21st April 2011.
      They have marked me as "Defaulter" on the credit bureaus(CIBIL) also .

      Now tell me where I am wrong, I have made the payment in time also the same amount has been deducted from my father's saving account in time and there my JOB is done as an consumer, now suddenly you come up with huge interest after a 2-3 months and it a clear inter Bank mistake where consumer can't do anything or control anything then why should I pay the penalty for no reason.

      RBI might have made some rules for inter bank transaction if SBI didn't followed that then ask SBI to pay the interest why me.

      Now please guide me should I fight for CIVIL court if they file the case OR should I go for sattlement as COURT cases can streach long time which can hurt my life and family.
      I have all the statements and also I can take xerox copy of my fathers SBI bank passbook as an proof.

      please suggest and guide.

        Hello,

        I have corporate account with IBM India Pvt Ltd. and I have told that there are unlimited free transaction from other ATMs also.
        But a amount of Rs 20 was deducted for using other ATM.

        I have address this issue many times
        1) Customer Care on phone on 31/03/2011 => No solution.
        2) Citibank Agent (madan Prasad) on 31/03/2011 => No solution.
        3) India Service on 31/03/2011 => After 3 -4 follow-up still No solution.
        4) head.[protected]@citi.com on 8/4/2011 => Still no solution .

        In every mail there is an apology but no resolution

        I believe that the CITIBANK has worst customer care.

          One Ram Kailash Paswan who using a Citi Bank Credit Card, and was my tanent for 1 and half years. I have no idea about hus credit card No. You check it form your Computer datas. The address was of his office was D - 1 / 17, Palam Extension. Sec - 7, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110045. He was working in company named M/s Kun Beads.

          He some how has stopped giving payment to your dues in Credit Card or personal Loan, I am not confirmed. I have given his new office address to your collection centre. But instead trying there, they just finish their job by telephoneing me. I giving his address now to you. Please try to grab him and do not bother me.

            I am Sathyanath.S working for Hutchison3 Global Service Ltd. I had a salary account with Citibank they had forced a few o[censored]s to take up a policy as tie up they have with bajaj allianz. And we were not informed about the deduction from our salary nor were made aware of the policy in case of early closing. We had taken up this matter to our company H.R and they had contacted the Bank. Citibank relation ship managers Leena Parab and mohammed had promised for the closure and return of the sum. Closure was done however its been 6months now the money they took has not been credited to us. when asked Citibank they state they were just a gateway and we need to contact Bajaj Allianz. We contacted Bajaj Allianz and there is no response. We planning to take this to the media. Befor that we decided to move legally find a solution. expecting responmse at the earliest.

            Thats very true. even i faced same kinda situation.Citibank forced us with the policy without even informing us. This is not done. Citibank should start being more transparent or else soon they will lose its customers.

              I am surprised to receive this bill against CARD NO.[protected] (Statement Date 11.08.10 for the period from 12.07.10 to 11.8.10). Please note that for last one year I am not residing at Kolkata which is informed to you and from that point of time no bill was coming to this address after settlement of your dues. I am not going to pay this bill amount which is already informed to you before one year. Please do not send my bill to this address and it was informed to you already.                 I am using Citi Bank Card for many years and have never failed in making payments.

                The details of last payment made are given above. I am very sorry to inform you that I never received any intimation from my bank regarding return of above cheques due to any reason what so ever, but your people are calling and saying that cheques have been returned by the Bank, which I feel is done intentionally by your bank and I know this is the policy of bank to harass clients by charging wrong interests and charges. Every month inspite of regular payment, you are charging interest for late payment.

                I never asked for any insurance policies via from Bank and inspite of informing your tele-callers, amounts are being charged in my account.

                I am a busy person and not possible to attend any calls during my office hours, inspite of that your people keep on disturbing me.

                First cancel the insurance amounts charged in my name which I never asked for and same amount should be returned to me, second may I ask you to return my cheques which have been intentionally either not presented to bank for the sake of charging interest, third sent me the total bill amount so that I can close this account as I donot want to continue with your bank anymore.

                Copy of this letter is being forwarded to RBI and Consumer Forum.

                I was using a credit card being given by CITI Bank. my card no. was [protected] I used this card for a few months and paid all dues in time. During the period i received a bill with 12th as due date & on 11th i dropped my cheque in the bank but in the next bill i found late payment charges of Rs300. I called up their customer care to file a complaint but they could not help me out. then i thought of surrendering the card. I paid the entire due amount of last bill except that Rs 300/- late charges and stopped using the card. Now that Rs 300 amount has gone up to Rs 4500/- and i m regularling getting calls from citibank Ph. no. [protected].
                Even they have started threatening my family by calling at landline no. also.
                Although its a small amount but without any justification i cannot make this payment.
                Pls. help me out in this
                I am Using a citi bank credit card card([protected]). Unfortunately i was taken a 70000 Loan against my card, requested by citi bank and making a lots of call, i am giving regularly payment of purchase amount and EMI amount. when i have paid minmum amount (EMI+minmum amount of purchase) regularly. But citi bank charging 3 % on overall amount which i paid as the part of EMI, which Interest rate was decided at the time of booking of loan. then how can citi bank charge again 3% on Emi amount.

                I used to have a shopper's stop branded Citi bank credit card. I had made a few purchases on it. and was always regular in paying my bills. But my father fell really sick and all the finances were drawn to his medication and hospitalization. I knew i will not be able to pay the credit card bills, and thus i called and wrote to citi bank about my problem, asking them for 4 months. They agreed on the time and said that i should start paying from october 2008.
                My father passed away in between, leading to more financial stress on the family. I did not receive any statements or alerts from the bank in the mean while.
                But after 4 months a statement arrived. The outstanding was at 93, 000 approx, while the actual balance was 35, 000 approx.
                I called them and mailed them vigorously. I have those mails where i was promised an answer and solution about the mix up. But all those conversation lay incomplete from the bank's side.
                One day a barrage of calls started happening. It was not unusual as the bank collection people usually woke up every six months and did this, only to not answer my query.
                I told them everything (again), and send them the mails.
                But this time, instead of mailing back, they started calling everyone else. I dont know how, but they called my land lord (who thought i have taken a card on his name, and asked us to leave the house), my wife, my sister and 4 of my colleagues. It was very embarrassing, so i had the card settled.
                But i still get email alerts, mobile messages and statements every month. On calling, they say that they will look into it, but this just goes on and on.
                I have no clue how to deal with this, and what to do. Besides this, my name has been posted to the CIBIL's defaulters list. So i can not get any loans if i want anymore.

In Dadar there now staying Mr.bhoja he complaint agents your bank recovery boy because they told that recovery guy here not staying lad family after that also they visiting again & again that’s way he complain in bhoiwada police station that guy name I think subhash & his no.[protected]. your citi bank fort branch manager only told me once customer expired bank don’t have any authority to ask for payment & visit customer place but now she is no more we trying to forget her but your bank people not understanding are problem. My dad is hart patient.
                So last my humble request is that please don’t visit again & again that dadar add because that Bhoja family very upset on my family whatever problem have to discus u can call on [protected] on Sunday 9.00am to 3.00pm because I m studding & in my classes cell not allow i[censored] want to contact me send me mail also on this same id.

                Citi bank sent a false bill dated 2010 February 21, to my address, claiming Rs. 64.50 towards “previous balance/ purchases/service taxes” etc. against a non existing and fictitious Citi Bank Credit Card No.[protected] which is neither applied for nor renewed by me and thus causing wastage of my valuable time as well as unnecessary harassment to me and compelling me to write this letter.

                They have disregarded my letter dated 2010 February 28.

                Moreover they have SENT AGAIN ANOTHER STATEMENT of card account dated March 21, 2010, to my address, showing “Zero amount due” against a CLOSED Citi Bank Credit Card No.[protected] which was not wanted by me and thereby coercing me to accept this card account.
                This is unfair and against the law of land. I am compelled to bring it to your kind notice the following charges against them:
                1. Falsification of fact.
                2. Coercion and harassment to a gentleman.
                3. Wasting my valuable time.

                CITI FINANCE BANK — HARSHMENT BY BANK WITHOUT ANY REASON

                This is complaint against citi finance bank.they giving loan to someone name Jasprit Singh & again & again call me on my no.& say me provide the mobile no of those unknown man. I don’t know about jasprit Singh & his no. From his Gorgon Branch some one man tell his name Amit shah & no. from is calling is:[protected].He is also using bad luggage for me.

                Kindly if some one know for stop this calls pls provide me pone no or mail address.

                  I buy petrol regularly
                  I hold a Citibank Jet Airways Platinum Credit card 5520 xxxx xxxx 2022 and hold an impeccable track record o[censored]tilization of the Citibank Jet Airways card as well as making full payments in good time.

                  I had made an application to Citibank for the Citibank Indian Oil Titanium Card, which was solicited by Citibank via email

                  My application has been rejected. I would like to know whether Indian Oil is responsible for this or whether it is Citibank.

                  And the basis for such rejection. The loss of business is for you, not for me.
                  I have sent a mail in this regard to Citibank too. I am aware that both you companies are too big to address the needs of one individual customer. Would you like to surprise me?

                    Some executive name Kavita from some agency ( nos[protected] had called me and I have applied for the (citibank Indian oil Titanium) credit card which I have received the credit card from Citi bank 10 days before.

                    According to her I will be getting a limit of Rs 3 lakh from which I can withdraw 50% in first 6 month and more then 50% after 6 month, but I was shocked when I called the customer care dept according to them there is no limit in my account and there will be no limit for next 6 month, if this was the condition then CITI should have clearly disseminated the info to the agency so that inturn we would have received the info in correct form.

                    Would appreciate if you can make the amount available immediately, but if you cant then let me know so that I can return the card and wont submit the rest 3 credit card form, coz I don’t want anyone else facing the same problem of selling the product with wrong commitments.

                      This is Sita from Chennai and my Loan Account Number - LSBMRK3998135.I have been your good customer for the past 3 and more yrs.
                      i have got the Personal loan from citibank 3 years back and now I wanted to close the loan due to loss of job. I called the helpline no and asked for the preclosure .They took more than two weeks to issue the preclosure Quotation softcopy. i got shocked seeing that preclosure form, they added additional interest and cheque bounce charges , i made call immediately asked to waive off the foreclosure charges and Cheque returns charges which adding more amount to my Principal amount. i spoke with Customer support team regarding this. She said she will get back with 2 working days. after that no communication from citibank regarding waiver request. she promised that she could help me with some discount. . I took personal loan @ 19% diminishing rate , later i come to know it is fixed. its been observed few ECS presentations made before Due date that increased cheque returns charges for me.


                      Please dont get personal loan from any banks esp like citibank.

                        I (Yerramalli Aravind Kumar) working for Infinite Software Solutions have been using a Citibank Suvidha Account for more than five years. Debit Card Number [protected].

                        I felt proud to have a citibank account but now i am very unhappy with the kind of service provided by you people.

                        Below are my queries:
                        For speaking to a phone Banking Officer it takes more than 7 minutes. I am least bothered to listen about my credit balance and my withdrawl balance but still i am forced to listen.
                        When the Citi bank officer speaks to me he is very confusing.
                        The major query is initially when i took this account you people told me that it is a ANNUAL FREE ACCOUNT and no hidden charges then how can you people charge 550 rupees for issuing a new card.
                        For my friends who bear a similar Citibank account no charges have been deducted.

                        I always thought i was a privilaged customer of CITIBANK. This is the most pathetic service. If this is the case then i am going to change my salaried account to other bank.

                        I request the bank to credit the money deducted back to my account.

                        Prioritise this issue.

                          Dear Sir, I was having Indian Oil Citibank Credit Card **** **** **** 9757 . This was used fraudly by TATA AIG representative on 15th May 2010 amounting Rs 35950. I got a alert when my bank authorised this. I immediately called the Citibank and informed it to be fraud transaction. In turn I also informed about same to TATA AIG. TATA AIG did not acknowedge it for 1 week than finally did they responded that they would investigate and revert. Mean while citibank asked me to also fill up CDF to do the investigation which I handed over on 19th May to there representative. How ever inspite of doing that citibank billed the same on 23rd May when bill was generated. On creating hue and cry they finally said I have been given temporary credit. On other had I got a call from local Gaziabad office that the policy is in same name as yours as well as the DOB but the address and mother name was not same as mine. They told me that policy is in freelook and please cancel it and we can get the money reversed. How ever refused as the transaction was not done by me and it was a forged transaction stealing my credit card details. TATA AIG responeded only once after that saying they need my PAN card copy to match and investigate which I again refused. They finally stopped responding.

                          On other hand Citibank has been behaving hand in glove with TATA AIG. They kept on lingering saying there investigation team is yet to revert. Finally after 3 months they gave me a copy of credit card authorisation form shared by TATA AIG and citibank said TATA AIG has confirmed the transaction is valid. After looking at authorisation form I could make out that my signatures were forged. I questioned citibank on following 1) My forged Signature- Has it been matched by Citibank with my records. 2) I am not the benificiary of the said policy.Have they checked with TATA AIG on validating benificiary of the policy? . On lot of arguement again citibank asked me to fill another CDF to carry the investigation. Again they lingered for 2 months and came back to me with same answer. Post that I again shouted at them. Than Citibank said they are not getting straight answer from TATA AIG. and will have to do the investigation again.They again asked for CDF and the investigation went on. When I again shouted at Citibank they said they would finally revert by 28th Jan2011. I did not get a call or communication from them. I had to call them on 8th Feb 2011. The said telecaller sonia and deepak from citibank said that my temporary credit is converted to permanent but when i asked why I have not got any communication they said investigation is still on. .................This is a hand in glove between CITIBANK and TATA AIG. For Citibank TATA AIG is more important than customer due to obvious reasons. Its been 8 months since investigation is done by Citibank team.............but its all tactis to delay and make me fed up and forget...........I have gone through mental trauma as well as opportunity cost of my time and additionally the huge mobile expenses chasing them. This has lead to stress in my life.

                          TATA AIG — Robbing off money from credit card

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          It is with disappointment, I have to inform that TATA AIG has issued policy under my name and my wife without any kind of approval and have charged money against my credit card from ABN AMRO Bank. The surprising fact is that I have not revealed any banking or personal information to the TATA AIG and neither have I informed ABN AMRO bank to proceed with transaction for the above mentioned poilcy with TATA AIG.

                          I am sure the Bank and the TATA AIG have some tie-ups to dupe people by issuing them policies and charging customers THOUSANDS of rupees without any kind of permission.

                          People beware of such evil acts from the banks and insurance companies.

                          I would like to know how TATA AIG recieved my personal information and have also charged me for the policy for which I have not given any kind of consent.

                          I request you to provide me the proof of my approval for the above mentioned policy.

                          The rest of the action taken will be taken based on the response from your concern.

                            Deposited Rs. 35000 in ATM through 2 packets at indiranagar ATM machin on 5-Feb-2011, 4 pm. one envelop worth of 5000 got deposited,another 30000 is not reflected yet, Normally both transaction has to reflect at the same time.

                            Contacted citi customer care. The executive lodged a complaint and gave me the service request no.
                            i am waiting.

                              Hey did you click the link in the email to access the account? If yes you have been attacked, this is 100 percent fake, you may want to contact the bank. This type of attack is known as phishing. In either case make sure to tell the bank.

                              Quiero saber, si realmente es un premio verdadero, o simplemente es una estafa la que están tramando, los que están escribiendo estos mensajes por e-mails, asegurando que tienes un premio ganado, que ya lo tienes en la cuenta, pero que tienes que depositar en la cuenta de un personaje, supuesta mente funcionario del banco, para poder continuar con los tramites del giro del valor del premio.
                              Si la cosa es realmente seria, descuenten el costo de la transacción al valor del premio y giren lo que sobra, sin tantos rodeos, mostrando que realmente lo que tratan de hacer es una estafa, haciendo creer que es un verdadero premio.

                                  I had taken a Loan of 50000 rs from Citibank and have paid my dues Completely. I had asked for Closure of my account and i was informed to pay 38000rs which i had paid to bank on 25th March 2008. I had also received a NO DUE CERTIFICATE from bank , But Citibank failed to Close my account on system, which has affected my credit History in CIBIL . CITIBANK has closed my account on system in March 2009 after several followups they have still failed to rectify the Loan status in CIBIL.

                                  I am suffering for paying on time to CITIBANK.

                                  Would appreciate if i am able to get in touch with any senior authority of CITIBANK who can resolve this long pending issue.

                                    I took a consumer loan way back in 2004 or something which was just about 14000 rupees, The complete amount was divided into 12 EMI's and I was supposed to pay 4 EMI advance + Processing fee.

                                    EMI was approx 1300 rupees for 8 months, I did pay 4 EMI's and rest 4 cheques got bounced as I was not in the city and was travelling during that time.

                                    I have had other consumer loans, Perosnal loans, Car Loans and have paid all of them, these were from Banks like HDFC, CITIBANK, ICICI etc. Mind you amount with these banks were much higher than the loan with Citi Financial.

                                    Now Citifinancial people never made an attempt to approach me for last 6 years[protected] for their amount and to be honest they have still not approached me however they have listed me as a defaulter in CIBIL for a balance Princial amount of just Rs. 5200/-.

                                    I got to know this a week back when applied for a small consumer loan with Bajaj Finance.

                                    Now I made an attempt to reach to citifinancial and requested them to close the account they mentioned that there is 34000/- pending apart from the principal amount which is on account of late payment charges etc.

                                    This is absolutely robbing people, my loan was just 14000 out of which I paid approx 10000 and six years down the line I come to know that I am still supposed to pay approximately 40000.

                                    If anyone from Citi Financial would have approached me, I would have certainly made the payment.

                                    Guys, please let me know if there is a solution to these kind of robberies being done by Financial Institutions.

                                      Hi, I am Debraj Bhattacharya. I had a personal loan with Citi Financial from 2007 it got closed in Spetember 2010. I have yet to recive a closure letter from the bank. I was verbally acknowledge the loan closing. My residential address changed and I reuested the change of address which was denied stating that the loan is closed and not required.

                                      Now Citi DSA collection agents claim Rs.5000 pending and the loamn not being closed. They have also levied interest on Rs.5000 from september and made it Rs.30000.00. They are not sending any proofs of pending payments and harassing us.

                                      This is the elder brother of Gurpreet Singh Gulati. He has been
                                      receiving SMS'S and Calls from Citi financial regarding a personal loan A/C nO. 10027903 taken at Noida whereas I have never visited Noida.
                                      They demand an EMI of Rs 2923 against the loan taken.
                                      This is very silly from their part which needs to be rectified at the earliest.
                                      The records of Citi financial should b e rectified as early as possible.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I would like to file a case against Citi Financial company for harassing the pending outstanding Ref no: 13354403. I received a call from citi financial that that they can give me loan on the interest rate of 12%, wherein caller is calling on the behalf of citi financial but he said he is calling for citi financial and provide me loan on the 12% interest rate. I was shocked that how can citi financial provide loan on interest rate of 12%. I tried to cross check it and they called me in nehru place where we come to know that they are calling on behalf of citi financial (Agency :SPARSH-D, DSA :DS249546). After that I denied to take the loan but caller insisted that he is not meeting the target and lot’s of word he use. I agree and move to pusp vihar office where loan officer denied to provide the loan on 12% rate of interest. When we told them that we have a recording of conversation for providing loan on the rate of interest 12% then they offered me 79,000.00 for 48 months. I have to pay Rs : 2500/- which is regularly deducting from my salary account, but after that my salary account was changed 3 times ICICI to HDFC again ICICI. I spoke with Citi Financial officer in pusp vihar and told them insist of again moving to ICICI I will paid it from PNB account. They provide me electronic slip which I have to signed up from PNB, I spoke with PNB Manager (Sarita Vihar), they said he will not signed the electronic slip, he told me ask Citi Financial to contact him directly. For this I have to take more than a week leave but no result came. I have logged a complaint in Citi Financial customer care for such scenario but they did not have any solution. With this I paid 3 times cash amount with late fee. I also told them to give me the date , I will submit my cash directly at citi financial office but they denied to go with this process. I stop my dues, why I need to pay fine wherein I did make any fault from my side? Till now I did not get any solutions from Citi Financial. I am continuously receiving a call from Citi Financial they harass me using abusive language “jantar matar mai ja ke chillo – loktantra loktantra” which I have a recording, even I have a lot’s of recording with citi financial executive.

                                      I really upset with such kind of customer service is providing my citi financial. I want to how to get the solutions, I’m getting continuous call from citi financial for outstanding, instead of solving the query they are harassing my. I did not come for a loan, they beg me to take the loan. I come to know from lot’s of site & colleague might be my name is submitted in defaulter list (CIBIL). Whenever I ask them for defaulter they did not have any answer instead of saying to clear the outstanding and my name did not reflect in defaulter list. How can I trust on them????
                                      I have experienced with IDEA connection, I have taken post paid connection [protected], when I ask them to tell me how to pay online but idea customer care did not reply, I receive a fake call from idea that they are sending executive for collection of amount after 3 months executive visited and he took the amount and said that no will be activate within 24 Hrs. when it’s not done I spoke with IDEA caller and he said again I have to submit the all details and withing 2-3 days I am receiving the sms for same number is free, If I would like to take??
                                      How could I trust on company? I am continuously receiving a call with different executive, In the beginning I have spoke with different executive for 1-2 Hrs with whole scenario. If they are not updating the data is it consumer / customer fault to speak with each executive for 1-2 hrs every day. I am also working in company as employee no such company allow to speak 1-2 Hrs for personal matter / grant a leave. I already visited number of times in Citi Financial Office Push Vihar, now I want a lawyer/justice in such scenario. If as a customer I am suffering might be lot’s of customer is facing this issue. So I ask them to file a case and I will submit my dues, it will help me for removing my name from defaulter list if it’s submitted by them.
