Sir,
I Neeru Takkar applied for the citi bank credit card. I submitted all my documents asked by your executive, salary slip, ID proof, add proof and my bank statement and while applying that was very clear that iam looking for the credit card with good credit limit Cos i travel domestic as wel international.
Today i received the Delhi Metro card ins ted of credit with the limit of rs.10,000/ with wrong name on card it is written Neeru Thakkar, while all my docs saying the right name and i also confirmed it 4 times on ph as well.
Am really disappointed with the services that applying for credit card and without any information am getting Metro card with the credit limit of rs.10,000. Am no more interested in keeping the card please close the card and i want all my documents back.

i loged this complaint 2 years back for the deactivations of creditcard, but it no action was taken, & neither i was informend for anything. after 2 years when i applied for finance that time i came to know that my name is in cibil. when i logged another complaint to citi bank since that is the only credit card i ever applied but never used, bank was showing transction of rs10,000. when i spoke to Vikram one executive he promised me that if merchant copy sign wont match with my signature he will make tversal of that payment, but once they got merchant copy and sing didnt telly, the collection department made another story that i have misplaced the card so nothing can be done and the guy Somnath was so rude, and
talking to me like i am criminal.
My biggeset complaint is if any tranction has been done in my account why i was not informed????
How can they declare me a defaulter without sending me any statement or calling me????
How have they put my name in cibil????
I am working with Future Group as senior trainerfrom last 2.5 years.
i have only request please delet my name from cibil.Through out my life i never used any credit card, and after this i cant even dare to use. If without using a card i bank can do this to you dont want to imagine that what would they have done with me if i had used the card & denied to make the payement???

This is Tarun Babbar from Pune. I am continuosly getting phone calls because I refuesed to take the credit card. I hereby request whoever is the owner here kindly do not make any other call on my number otherwise i need to seriously take some action and file a report against the BANK.
