Cheque Fraudulently encashed without verifying Signature

I have got my salary account with CitiBank and on 3rd Feb 2010 my cheque book was stolen for which i called citi customer care and followed there instruction to request stop payment request using cheque.On 24th Feb 2010 , Rs.20,000/- was withdrawn using same cheque book and when I enquired they simply said stop payment request was not registered due to system error.They have got call records where i repeatedly mentioned my cheque book was...

Pay for the Sins they Commit

My wife brought few goods from Shopper's stop citibank credit card in the Shopper Stop Mumbai. As we have policy not to pay credit card bills without printed copy, we called within one month to send printed copy, otherwise we won't pay.

Telephone call harrasement for LOAN repayment

I am getting at least minimum 5 to 10 calls per week from CITI financial chennai (T.Nagar branch office).
Asking me to repay the loan amount.But the thing is I never availed any loan or having account in CITI bank.Daily they used to call me and ask for Mr.Palaniappan. I dont know about this (Mr.Palaniappan) person at all.
