I placed an order from Zara online on 10th July

I placed an order from Zara online in 10th July around 5pm, the UPI payment of 2990 rs was successful however the Zara transaction got failed n then cancelled. I have been reaching out to ZAra customer care page but no response from their side.
ORDER NO. [protected] was cancelled and UPI tranascation#[protected] was successful.
Please look into the matter and refund money....

Payment issue with zara online upi

The amount got deducted while making the upi payment through google pay on zara but the order was not processed. Please help me with initiating the refund as soon as possible.

Order got cancelled however the payment went through.

Yesterday, i purchased a few products from Zara and decided to pay from google pay, the amount got taken however my zara order was 'pending' it said and now has been cancelled. I would like to receive a refund. The amount was: ₹7560

Money Deducted but Zara App shows Payment Pending

I placed an order on 13.07.2021 on Zara App and paid through UPI
GOOGLEPAY
Seems like money is deducted but order is not completed and it still shows “PAYMENT PENDING” for the order
I have all the transaction proofs...

Zara Store and Citrus payment

N' [protected] order number for zara of 3270 was deducted via UPI and credited to citrus payment solutions. The order was cancelled by zara but the citrus took the money and there no response from zara and neither citrus regarding the money deducted. can you refund the hard earned money of people....

Payment successful but Zara order not placed

I did online shopping on 12th July'21. Proceeded to pay via Google pay. I did the payment but my Zara order was not placed.
Money has been deducted from my account.

Payment done but order cancelled on ZARA

I made an order on Zara dated : 12/07/2021
I paid the amount through my Google pay UPI. The money was successfully sent to Citrus Solutions pvt ltd, and the amount was deducted from my bank too. But Zara cancelled my order.
Kindly help me with this.

Zara India online shopping

I was placing an order on Zara India online on 12 th July had opted for payment via UPI. I did the payment through paytm for for which Zara had used Citrus payment. The money got debited from my account but Zara did not received the amount. As the result Zara cancelled my order as payment was pending.

I have not received the refund.
Kindly check my concern and issue my refund at the earliest.

Amount Debited Order not Processed

I placed an order on Zara and I paid via UPI for which they used Citrus Solutions. The amount is debited but the order was not processed. Please initiate a refund as soon as possible.

Money deducted twice for the purchase from zara but order cancelled

I was placing an order on zara india online on 10th and 11th of july and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via citruspay@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund....

I made a payment of Zara order which was processed by PhonePe upi but somehow Zara app failed to process the payment. The amount is deducted from my bank account and is stuck with citrus solutions. I need my refund as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter....

Money deducted from the account but zara did not receive it

Hello, I made a payment of 2280 to ZARA through UPI. The money was deducted from my account, and it showed transaction successful. But ZARA did not recieve the money and hence my order was canceled. When I contacted zara they asked me to contact citrus solutions for the refund as the money did not reach them. Please help me out....

Online payment money debited from account but order is not placed

I made a purchase from zara for which i paid through upi. The amount got deducted but the order status was still showing payment pending on zara app.
I request you to kindly refund my amount back.

Upi payment made to zara

Hi I made a upi payment through Paytm to zara on 11th July 2021 around 4:11pm in the evening. The order was cancelled but money was deducted from my account . If you could please refund my amount that would be really helpful...
