Hello, I made a payment of 2280 to ZARA through UPI. The money was deducted from my account, and it showed transaction successful. But ZARA did not recieve the money and hence my order was canceled. When I contacted zara they asked me to contact citrus solutions for the refund as the money did not reach them. Please help me out.
