Hi, I made a purchase from the Zara app on July 18th, the amount was deducted twice. I paid using Google Pay. Attaching screenshots of the same. Please refund this amount.
Money debited from account but not the zara app does not reflect the payment and asks me to pay again

I ordered online from zara on 21/07/21, and paid via upi option (upi id- [protected]@upi) . Zara uses citrus payment as their payment gateway so I proceeded and completed the payment, but the app does not reflect the same. Money has been debited from my account. Transaction id[protected].

Two failed transactions (orders) for Zara India (https://www.zara.com/in/) through Citrus Solutions PVT LTD ([protected]@axisbank). I had purchased twice on Zara website and paid through Google Pay app to Citrus solutions and my payment was confirmed and the money was deducted from my HDFC bank account but both my orders were cancelled and it showed failed payment on Zara website. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from Citrus and Zara but nobody is responding through customer care.
First transaction : 20th July 2021 - Amount: INR 5750
Second Transaction : 21st July, 2021 - Amount: INR 12820
I would like to get my refund immediately for both the orders.

It was not just the Rs. 12820 amount which was the failed transaction but even an order before that was which was of amount Rs. 5750. Please refund this amount as well. Please check the details for the same above.

In total there were three transactions from the UPI ID [protected]@paytm today afternoon. The timings and details of the transaction were:

Please refund the amounts as soon as possible. I am waiting for your response. To be honest the gateway is very unpredictable and wouldn't use or suggest the portal to anyone further in life.

Money has been detected but my order has been cancelled.

Hi, I made payments of Rs. 6550/- twice (Total ₹13100/-) and yet my order was not confirmed while the money was deducted. The details of my transactions are as follows:
1. INR 6550 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:56:42 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank.
2. INR 6550 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:59:04 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank.
