Hi, I made a purchase from the Zara app on July 18th, the amount was deducted twice. I paid using Google Pay. Attaching screenshots of the same. Please refund this amount.

    I ordered online from zara on 21/07/21, and paid via upi option (upi id- [protected]@upi) . Zara uses citrus payment as their payment gateway so I proceeded and completed the payment, but the app does not reflect the same. Money has been debited from my account. Transaction id[protected].

    The bank is SBI. I have attached screenshot of the transaction. Date was 21/07/21. Amount was 9360/-. Mobile number is 9620799551. Upi id is 9620799551@upi.

        I placed an online order on Zara india on 21 July 2020 on 11:02 am. The payment was made online via Google pay of rupees 990 for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. The payment was debited from my account but zara never received it. The order was cancelled by zara as payment kept pending. The order ID was [protected] and my upi id used was [protected]@okaxis and the transaction ID[protected] .

        I haven't been initiated a refund.
        Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

          Date of the incident - First transaction : 20th July 2021
          Second Transaction : 21st July, 2021

          Two failed transactions (orders) for Zara India (https://www.zara.com/in/) through Citrus Solutions PVT LTD ([protected]@axisbank). I had purchased twice on Zara website and paid through Google Pay app to Citrus solutions and my payment was confirmed and the money was deducted from my HDFC bank account but both my orders were cancelled and it showed failed payment on Zara website. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from Citrus and Zara but nobody is responding through customer care.

          First transaction : 20th July 2021 - Amount: INR 5750
          Second Transaction : 21st July, 2021 - Amount: INR 12820


          I would like to get my refund immediately for both the orders.

          It was not just the Rs. 12820 amount which was the failed transaction but even an order before that was which was of amount Rs. 5750. Please refund this amount as well. Please check the details for the same above.

            Hello,
            This is Shreyas Agrawal. I am writing this mail to complain regarding the failed transactions at your payment gateway when I was shopping online from Zara India.

            In total there were three transactions from the UPI ID [protected]@paytm today afternoon. The timings and details of the transaction were:

            1. 20/07/21- (3:27 PM). Amount- 3980 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Money debited but payment unsuccessful as per your gateway)

            2. 20/07/21- (3:28 PM). Amount-3980 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Successful transaction but I cancelled the order so when will I receive a refund for this?)

            3. 20/07/2021- (3:38PM). Amount-2280 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Money debited but payment unsuccessful as per your gateway)

            Please refund the amounts as soon as possible. I am waiting for your response. To be honest the gateway is very unpredictable and wouldn't use or suggest the portal to anyone further in life.

            Get this issue sorted quickly please so that the money is reflected back in my account.

                    I placed an order on zara and completed the payment via UPI (google pay) on 16th July. The order hasn’t been placed as it says ‘order cancelled’ as the payment hasn’t been successful but the amount ₹1, 490 has been deducted from my account for the same. Kindly please look into this issue. I’ve already registered a complaint but haven’t received any response. I would really appreciate a quicker response. Thanks.

                        Hi, I made payments of Rs. 6550/- twice (Total ₹13100/-) and yet my order was not confirmed while the money was deducted. The details of my transactions are as follows:

                        1. INR 6550 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:56:42 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank.

                        2. INR 6550 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:59:04 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank.

                        I need a refund of the above amounts at the earliest since my orders were never confirmed or processed. Moreover, Zara has not issued any email informing me of the refund. They have simply taken the money without providing any products in return.

                                        I order from Zara india, on 18th July, made the payment through gpay, my account was debited with money but order wasn't confirm ed showed payment processing, but after few hours it showed order cancelled, my money hasn't been credited back also the order was not confirmed.please look into it.
