Hey I ordered from zara on 16/07/2021 for 3980/
My money got debited from my account . But zara cancelled my order as they were holding payment pending for long . I paid through upi transaction citrus payment and Now I'm facing this problem. Please refund my money as soon as possible please take my case in priority hope to get reply fast

    I made a payment of 3180 to ZARA via Google Pay UPI and the amount has been deducted from my account but the order got cancelled due to a technical glitch from your side and it has been more than 14 days and I’ve yet to receive the refund

You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Please contact your issuing bank with the given ARN for further assistance.

              I was purchasing a clothes online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money Rs. 3, 970 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

                  A few days ago, I tried to order from Zara India. I had reached the payment stage and chose to pay through gpay. I was redirected to citrus payments and i paid for my order. It was successful and also received the debited amount message from the bank. However, when I went back to the payment page, it was reloaded. Therefore, my order wasn’t placed but was already paid though Gpay. I’d urge Citrus Payments to refund the amount as soon as possible.
                  I had also written to the customer service the same day but no one reverted even after 48 hours.

                              I don’t know huge brands like Zara they have tied up with cheap payment gateway like citrus. Tried paying for Zara through UPI, the amount got debited but didn’t reflect in Zara. Citrus I suggest you to eliminate the UPI payment method and please give my refund.

                                      Hi. I had made a complaint regarding an order on Zara on June 30. I was told that my money would be refunded in 5-7 days, but I haven’t received the payment till date. I have made several inquiries regarding the status but you haven’t responded till date.
