I paid through upi money was debited from account but zara canceled it upi reference no:[protected]...

Airtel bill payment of Rs. 9617/-

Address:C-233, Defence colony, New Delhi

We have paid Rs. 9617/- on 05/07/2021 time 15.01.32 IST at INB/[protected], through Axis Bank account no. [protected] for our Airtel Broadband No.[protected]. Airtel is saying that he has not yet received the payment. Kindly resolve the issue.

Money debited but payment still shows pending

I placed an order from Zara 2 days ago where I made the payment via UPI. The money got debited from my account however the order still shows payment pending!
Now am out of money and order.
PLEASE HELP!...

Payment done through googlepay but order got cancelled on zara

I was placing an order on zara india online on 18th july and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Amount not refunded so far.

On[protected] amount Rs. 20, 035.40 towards failed payment not refunded to my google pay a/c linked with phone no. [protected] so far. Screenshots attached....

Zara Payment order cancelled

I was placing an order on zara india online on 16th July and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
Money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side.
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
I have contacted my bank branch, they say contact UPI provider or Citrus.br...

Zara payment pending issue

Address:G-1,2/4,Garden View CHS,SEC-7, SANPADA,NAVI MUMBAI,MAHARASHTRA

I Parag Tippannawar signed in as a guest and had ordered 2 products for INR 3, 480 & my order number is [protected]. I had my money deducted and payment confirmed on UPI ([protected]@okhdfcbank) but the zara app shows payment pending. I then resorted to change payment method as COD and complete the process. I would kindly request to get my refund as soon as possible....

Zara: Amount debited, order not placed

I tried to order from Zara India. I had reached the payment stage and chose to pay through gpay. I was redirected to citrus payments and i paid for my order. It was successful and also received the debited amount message from the bank. However, when I went back to the payment page, it was reloaded. Therefore, my order wasn’t placed but was already paid though Gpay. I’d urge Citrus Payments to refund the amount as soon as possible...

Stuck payment while placing order at Zara

I was placing an order through Zara on 18th July. Payment was made via icici UPI platform UPI ref no.[protected]. My payment is debited but not received at Zara. Request a refund for this payment....

I'm complaining about my successful transaction but no product order confirmation and no refund from your side

On 30th June 2021 I was ordering a product from zara while checkout the transaction was successful but the order was not confirmed/cancelled and the payment was not refunded. I had emailed customer care email id and care id they replied on 6th July 2021 that the payment is processed on 30th June 2021 and will be refunded in 7 working days but still the payment does not reflect in my account. Please look into it. The transaction Id is[protected]....

Zara payment issue (upi payment method)

I placed an order at zara website selected the payment method as UPI and then citrus payment gateway asked the details i added and the payment went through amount got deducted but the order didn’t went to zara server and the payment is pending and upaid. Please update the status soon or else zara will cancel my order

Citrus Payment Solutions money debited from bank account but order not received- Zara

I paid an amount of ₹4570 using citrus pay on Google Pay app on July 15, 2021 while placing an order on Zara.

The amount got deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed. I am attaching the prerequisite documents. Please help me.

Hi, I paid for a zara order via UPI yesterday, the money got deducted from my account but the payment was shown as failed and the order soon cancelled itself....

Placed order on zara, amount got debited but order was cancelled

I recently made a purchase on zara.com, i paid through my upi. the amount got deducted from the account and a day later my order was cancelled. i still haven’t received the refund. kindly help me out.
