I placed an order on zara india online today, 2 July 2021 and opted for payment method UPI. I paid the money through paytm upi to the citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) which zara uses for its UPI payments.
The money got debited from my account but the order wasn’t placed. Instead, it started showing transaction unsuccessful on the zara app but paytm showed that the amount has been the paid to the citrus solutions.
Neither my order is confirmed, nor I’ve recieved my money back.
Kindly check my concern and revert to me.

    I tried to purchase something from the Zara app on 30th June 2021. And I chose to make the payment via google pay which was routed through citrus payment solutions Pvt ltd. In Google pat the transaction was successful (₹3170) however, Zara did not receive the money and the order eventually got cancelled. So the payment is basically stuck with citrus and they’re doing this with a lot of customers and this is what worrisome. This is the third time I’m writing and complaint and still no solution. Also, I received a call from a person saying he’s a citrus solutions employee and wanted to help me with the refund but clearly he was trying to loot more money from me but so he tried a lot and told he’ll get back to with a better solution but when I called him back the number was unavailable and still out of reach. So please don’t make any payments via CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, they’re clearly looting money from people and I really hope I get my hard earned money back from these people. Please help me out.

      I was placing an order on Zara India online on 1st July 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI. I then did the payment through PhonePe for which Zara had used citrus payment gateway.

      I did the transaction via Kotak Mahindra Bank and money got debited from my account but Zara did not received the amount.

      So I have cancelled my order from Zara as it keep pending. I haven’t been initiated a refund.

      Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

            I had purchased items from Zara online app. The money got deducted from my Paytm account via Ubi mode of payment, but it showed that the payment was not completed. The money got deducted though, and I have not received a refund yet .

                I placed an order from Zara India App on 30th June 2021. The UPI payment gateway used is Citrus. The money is deducted from my account and received at Citrus but not at Zara.

                    Kindly note when i placed the order no . Nº [protected] . After paying through upi the amount got debited but zara didnt receive and was order was under pending status . I had to make the order cash on delivery so that i wont loose more amount while making the 2 nd transaction.
                    Please note order no remained same as i didnt cancel the order infact after knowing from zara it will be auto refunded i made a cod order .
                    I have received the order today paid the total amount as cod and now i am
                    Looking for refund for the online transaction.
                    Please look at the complete email and then reply as zara has confirmed the amount is not with them
                    And thats why it gave me an option of cod on same order .

                            I made a payment in Zara app on 30th June and chose UPI as the payment method. The payment gateway was through citrus solutions pvt ltd. My google pay transaction was successful but the citrus payment showed failure to pay. So the amount got debited but Zara didn’t receive the money. Please help me resolve this issue and get my money back. I’ve been trying to reach citrus solutions but there is literally no way to reach them. All the contact details are wrong and I don’t even know if it’s a legit payment gateway. This is fraud .

                                      I did a purchase from zara app on 30th june and I used upi as a payment method which was powered by citrus payment solution as soon as I did the payment from google pay the payment got canceled but the money was debited from my account so I came back to zara app to see if the order was confirmed but the order got canceled I would like citrus to initiate me a refund at the earliest below attached is a screenshot of the payment
