Want my refund of zara order

I’m writing this again so you can read my issue and resvolve it asap. I ordered a zara bag of total amount of Rs. 1780 through upi google pay and the amount has been deducted from my bank account and zara is showing payment pending please initiate my refund please as soon as possible....

Want refund of my zara order

I ordered a bag from zara on 11th July 2021, and I chose upi mode and I paid through googlepay for which they chose citrus solutions pvt ltd gateway. I paid the amount of rs.1780 but zara was showing payment awaiting but the money already deducted from my bank account. I cancelled the order please am requesting you with my folding hands to initiate my refund as soon as possible. Its a request or Else I’ve to take some other actions....

Refund not proceed from Zara citrus solution Obt ltd

I was placing an order on zara india online on 10th July and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled my order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Product payment deducted, but shows pending on Zara

Product payment pending shows zara, despite paying for a product via citrus. Please provide a verified number or email for me to address it and get my money back. Disappointing experience....

Zara order not placed, amount deducted twice

Hi, I have placed an order from Zara and made the payment via Google Pay(UPI). My money got deducted twice but my order wasn't placed. I had to order then via Cash on Delivery.
Date of order placed :[protected]
Order amount : 3560*2 = 7120
UPI transaction ID :[protected] &[protected]

Please look into my issue asap and provide me a refund for the same....

Zara UPI Online Payment Gateway (Transaction Issue)

Hello, I placed an order on Zara Shopping App & the Payment Mode was Selected as UPI (Amount INR 2270/-). I made the Payment, the money instantly got deducted from my account but on zara the transaction was marked as Failed & hence the payment was showing as Failed on Zara Shopping App.

Requesting the concerned authorities to look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP.

Zara payment completed but not received

Hello my payment for zara was completed but on the zara app it showed payment failed, the amount has Been debited. And zara help is not responding...

Zara and citrus pathetic service

I made a purchase on 8 July 2021 of 3270 for zara. The payment was successful and the order was canceled after sometime. There is no msg no update from both shameless people zara and citrus solutions that what happen to the money i paid. And when i called zara he said 15 days to wait for refund.. how can i be assured.?? And what kind of service is this???...

On 07/7/2021 I ordered a jacket from Zara worth rs 3990 I paid money through upi my money got deducted from my account but order has been canceled by Zara n this is the 3rd tym iam complaining about this n iam not getting rply this is not fair...

I have ordered a product from zara and the citrus app was held to take online payment from upi he asked me for my id and send a mesg of the amount and i paid it from my gpay but it doesn’t reflected in the citrus app...

Product payment refund

I was placing an order on zara india online on 8th of July and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction punjab&sindbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

The amount got debited but the order hasnt got placed

I placed an order of Rs.3280 on zara but while payment that I did from UPI the amount got debited but the order hasn’t got placed ....
