I’m writing this again so you can read my issue and resvolve it asap. I ordered a zara bag of total amount of Rs. 1780 through upi google pay and the amount has been deducted from my bank account and zara is showing payment pending please initiate my refund please as soon as possible.

    I ordered a bag from zara on 11th July 2021, and I chose upi mode and I paid through googlepay for which they chose citrus solutions pvt ltd gateway. I paid the amount of rs.1780 but zara was showing payment awaiting but the money already deducted from my bank account. I cancelled the order please am requesting you with my folding hands to initiate my refund as soon as possible. Its a request or Else I’ve to take some other actions.

      I was placing an order on zara india online on 10th July and had opted for payment via upi.
      I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
      I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
      So zara cancelled my order from their side as it keep pending
      I haven’t been initiated a refund.

      Please check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

        Not the best experience Poor that zara have them on board. But got my money after a few days.

        • Citrus ID, Merchant and Bank reference number.
        • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
        • Transaction date along with the amount.
        • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
        • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
        • UPI / VPA if any used

          Hi, I have placed an order from Zara and made the payment via Google Pay(UPI). My money got deducted twice but my order wasn't placed. I had to order then via Cash on Delivery.

            Hello, I placed an order on Zara Shopping App & the Payment Mode was Selected as UPI (Amount INR 2270/-). I made the Payment, the money instantly got deducted from my account but on zara the transaction was marked as Failed & hence the payment was showing as Failed on Zara Shopping App.

            Requesting the concerned authorities to look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP.

                  I have got a call from team support to do cashless withdrawal of 20000 saying this is not 20000 this is just a coupon code to get the amount back ..( I disconnected the call thinking it could be fraud call) ..can you please tell me if that is the process you follow to refund the amount

                    I made a purchase on 8 July 2021 of 3270 for zara. The payment was successful and the order was canceled after sometime. There is no msg no update from both shameless people zara and citrus solutions that what happen to the money i paid. And when i called zara he said 15 days to wait for refund.. how can i be assured.?? And what kind of service is this???
                    i cannot share screenshots here, dont you have any email id for these issues and why are so many consumers complaining and you reply only to few customers

                              I recently placed one more complaint regarding similar issue that happen to me when again doing payment from zara .the amount got debited but order didn’t get place

                                    I placed an order on 30 June 2021, for which Rs. 10, 950 were deducted from my bank account. However, the payment was not processed and Zara cancelled the order. I have written to you earlier on this platform and I requested that you share an email ID where I can send you the transaction details, however, the email that you shared was encrypted and thus, I was unable to see it and contact you.

                                    Please process a refund for the transaction as soon as possible.

                                    The details are:
                                    1. The Merchant is Zara. UPI Ref. No.[protected]
                                    2. Transaction date: 30 June 2021; Amount: Rs. 10, 950
