My order from zara paid through citrus payment solution

I made a purchase on zara and paid the amount via upi of Rs 5180.00 on 25-07-21 to VPA citruspay@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. My account was debited but the order has not been generated in zara . I want my refund immediately...

Payment Done via Upi but Order not placed

I was trying to place an order on the Zara app via upi. The payment got deducted but showed as failed on citrus payment gateway and hence order wasn’t placed. UPI Txn :[protected]

Money got deducted but the brand didnt received it

I was placing an order on zara india online on 24th july 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via paytm bank [protected]@paytm and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. UPI reference ID[protected]
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

Money deducted but the brand didnt received it

Amount deducted by Citrus for Zara purchase

I’ve not got any response from Citrus on my complaint. I paid 11160 for the order and Zara cancelled it. My money also got deducted. Below are the screenshots...

Unprofessional Behaviour (Refund Not Received)

I placed an order on the 30th June, 2021 via UPI (Paytm and Citrus Payment Solution). The payment was successful from my end but Zara did not receive the amount and the order got cancelled. So I first tried to reach customer care and they asked me to wait for 14 days and I patiently waited but did not receive the refund, I contacted the customer care again but they said the refund has been processed by Zara but my bank has confirmed no amount...

No refund received regarding cancelled Zara order

Hi, I cancelled a Zara order on July 1st 2021. The order amount of ₹3780 Was debited from my HDFC account using phone pe.
It has been more than 20 days and still I haven’t received any refund. Please give me an update regarding it as soon as possible....

Payment debited but order not placed.

So zara cancelled the order from their side as it was pending.
Payment portal hasn’t initiated a refund.br...

Attaching the Google pay transaction receipt. Did payment twice on zara and both time money got deducted but transaction failed on zara app

I had made a complaint with you but after sometime, you stopped responding to it. I had made a purchase with Zara on 30 June. My money was deducted but neither has the refund been initiated nor have you been responding to the complaint. Money got deducted on google pay but transaction failed

I paid 3570 twice on google pay..screenshot is attached for shopping on zara
On the app the transaction got failed, but amount has been deducted from my account both the times. Kindly check and process the redund...

I'm complaining about the money deduction from my account

I place order on 22 july, 2021, from Zara. The order no. Is - [protected], name - Dharmesh . I paid 1780 rs via gpay, after few hours i received the mail of order cancellation due to payment time out. I contacted to zara team, they said they didnt receive any payment. The amount is deducted from my account....

Ive paid 2990 to citrus via Zara and order is not confirmed

I’ve paid Rs. 2990 to citrus through upi id while shopping on zara ...meanwhile the payment timeout situation happened and I didn’t get it and I’ve paid the citrus 2990 rupees and my order payment is not successful yet because of this issue ...please please help or reach out ...thankyou...
