I placed an order a few hours ago on Zara, was directed to the Citrus payment solutions page, paid and had the money debited from my account, but Zara cancelled my order saying the money has not been received. Please make sure my money reaches Zara or the refund reaches me. This is very poor service. I am attaching the payment confirmation screenshot as Paytm says to contact you.
We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details with us and we shall assist you further.
• Citrus ID, Merchant, and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
