I ordered on zara for Rs8970 on 30 June the payment got deducted from my UPI account but it could not reach Zara so they cancelled the order.

So I paid the amount of ₹2990 from my google pay. My money got deducted from my account but Zara didn’t received my money and my product got cancelled.

Im complaining about my amount debited without any payment
I was placing an order on zara india online today on 1st july and had opted for payment via upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

Lately i was ordering something from zara and i tried making the payment using UPI through the citrus gateway the money got deducted but order failed at zara’s end due to some problem in payment confirmations.
Also same incident has happened to me in the past and i contacted zara but they came out with no solutions hence, leaving my money hanging. Ill send screenshots of both the purchases.There is one from yesterday and other from February.
Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 01/07/2021 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
Also, your transaction done in February was also a failed transaction same has been refunded on 23/02/2021 via RRN[protected]. Please contact your issuing bank with the given RRN for further assistance.
Amount Debited By Citrus Payment Solutions with unsuccessful payment transaction on Zara
While I was placing my order during a Zara transaction using UPI mode of payment under Citrus Payment Solutions gateway on the 1st July 2021.
The money was debited towards Citrus Solutions Payment gateway but reflected on Zara as payment failed. Due to which the order placement was unsuccessful.
Requesting you to kindly look into my concern and requesting initiation of a refund towards my bank account with the debited amount at the earliest.

I placed an order a few hours ago on Zara, was directed to the Citrus payment solutions page, paid and had the money debited from my account, but Zara cancelled my order saying the money has not been received. Please make sure my money reaches Zara or the refund reaches me. This is very poor service. I am attaching the payment confirmation screenshot as Paytm says to contact you.

Hi i made a payment thru upi for zara for amount 2990 they money got debited to citrus but order is not confirmed its showing transaction cancelled. Please see to it that zara recieve s the payment and my order is confirmed positively.. i see so many complaints regarding citrus and zara transactions via upi.. why is it so? And if the money is wrongly debited then it should be immediately refunded as its upi it should not take so much time.. it's highly suspicious and bad!

I made a Zara purchase and made the payment using google pay, the money was deducted from my account and UPI app shows the payment as successful; However Zara still shows status as pending payment and have mailed me saying that they have not received the payment.
