Among is debited from account with out placing order

I was placing order from zara .. for payment used upi mode for which zara used citrus pay.. amount was debited from my account but order was not placed.. I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.....

Zara Payment Fault

I ordered on zara for Rs8970 on 30 June the payment got deducted from my UPI account but it could not reach Zara so they cancelled the order.
I request you to kindly refund my amount back....

Regarding payment for zara

This is regarding your payment gateway, while shopping from Zara, I opted to pay through UPI payments where they redirected me to you (citrus payment solutions). So I paid the amount of ₹2990 from my google pay. My money got deducted from my account but Zara didn’t received my money and my product got cancelled.
Please kindly refund back the amount asap.
My google pay Id is [protected]@okhdfcbank .

Im complaining about my amount debited without any payment

I was placing an order on zara india online today on 1st july and had opted for payment via upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund...

Payment done but order cancelled and money deducted

Lately i was ordering something from zara and i tried making the payment using UPI through the citrus gateway the money got deducted but order failed at zara’s end due to some problem in payment confirmations.
Also same incident has happened to me in the past and i contacted zara but they came out with no solutions hence, leaving my money hanging. Ill send screenshots of both the purchases.There is one from yesterday and other from...

Amount Debited By Citrus Payment Solutions with unsuccessful payment transaction on Zara

While I was placing my order during a Zara transaction using UPI mode of payment under Citrus Payment Solutions gateway on the 1st July 2021.

The money was debited towards Citrus Solutions Payment gateway but reflected on Zara as payment failed. Due to which the order placement was unsuccessful.

Requesting you to kindly look into my concern and requesting initiation of a refund towards my bank account with...

UPI payment on Zara through Citrus portal

I placed an order a few hours ago on Zara, was directed to the Citrus payment solutions page, paid and had the money debited from my account, but Zara cancelled my order saying the money has not been received. Please make sure my money reaches Zara or the refund reaches me. This is very poor service. I am attaching the payment confirmation screenshot as Paytm says to contact you....

Money debited from bank account but order not received

Initiate Refund

I placed an order on 30 june, 2021 on Zara India Application, I paid via paytm UPI an amount of Rs. 3980/-
The amount was debited from my bank account but was not received by Zara and they cancelled the order.
Kindly check my concern and give me a refund of my money at earliest ....

Ordered for zara money got debited but order still not confirmed

Hi i made a payment thru upi for zara for amount 2990 they money got debited to citrus but order is not confirmed its showing transaction cancelled. Please see to it that zara recieve s the payment and my order is confirmed positively.. i see so many complaints regarding citrus and zara transactions via upi.. why is it so? And if the money is wrongly debited then it should be immediately refunded as its upi it should not take so much time.....

Money deducted but merchant has not received

I made a Zara purchase and made the payment using google pay, the money was deducted from my account and UPI app shows the payment as successful; However Zara still shows status as pending payment and have mailed me saying that they have not received the payment.

Request you to please refund the deducted amount. Thanks....

Zara order payment- amount debited but not reflecting

I had made a payment from ZARA app and paid through my UPI ID, the amount has been debited and the transaction was complete but the citrus transactions says failed and the order has not even been completed now...

Citrus Payment Solutions zara order payment

This is regarding your payment gateway, while shopping from zara app, I paid the money through google pay. The money got deducted from my bank account but on the app it says payment pending and after that it got cancelled. Money got debited but did not credit zara

I made a purchase from zara and used upi option to pay the upi was run by citrus payment solution the money from my account got debited but did not credit to Zara’s account since my order got canceled so I would request a refund at the earliest...

Money got reduced from my bank but havent reached zara

I just made the payment for zara but it haven’t reached the zara but it got reduced from my bank...
