I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th july 2021and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through phone pe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@ybl and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount and showed payment failed. And in the order it’s showing pending payment
Please help

I got a reply saying that the payment wasn’t received by CITRUS, however I’m attaching a screenshot that shows that the transaction was successful.
I placed an order with Zara on Wednesday, 30 June. My cart total was INR 9960, which was debited from my account. However, the order was cancelled.

This is to bring to your attention that I placed an order with you at 8:57pm on Wednesday, 30 June. My cart total was INR 9960, which was debited from my account. However, the order was not placed and it said that the Payment is Pending, after which the order got cancelled even though the payment was done from my end.

I made an online transaction on 4th of july via upi while ordering from zara. My order amount of Rs. 2990 got deducted from my account and the order got cancelled because zara didn't recieve it. Please kindly refund my money back.

I had placed the order for Zara and made the payment through Upi. But now I made the payment again and it didn't load so I went ahead and made the payment twice.even in 2nd time the order didn't get placed and my double the money has been deducted...

I was trying to place an order via citrus pay on Zara website, my money has been deducted by citrus pay but the order did not get place.
