I made payment for property tax on propertytax. Mnctax.in. After entering the otp for transaction the webpage displayed following message "cm90004-duplicate record". Now the money has been deducted from my account and i want it back or pay my mnc bill. I have already sent a mail about 5 days ago and yet no reply except for instantaneous automated reply providing token no and saying to get back to me within 48hours. I don't know how many hours are there in a day as per you but mine has 24 hours per day, so it's already been more than 120 hours where is the reply? The token no is 06083115. Resolve this asap.

    I placed an order using the Zara app (order number [protected]) for 5 items on 23 August, 2020 amounting to Rs. 8510. I chose the UPI payment option. The transaction has been credited to Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd ([protected]@axisbank). The transaction ID is[protected].

    The amount has been debited from my account but the zara website and app are still showing the order status as payment pending.

    Please resolve the issue at the earliest as the amount has been debited from my account. If the order cannot be processed, kindly initiate the refund process.

        I have transferred the water tax and charges for a sum of Rs.2049/- for my consumer No.03515, zone-4, division 42 of Chennai Metro water, Chennai, Tamilnadu through CITRUS in Ref No.[protected]/easy/[protected] from my Indian Bank net Banking Ref.No.[protected] using ICICI gateway on 16.08.2020 at time 16.34. But on verifying the 'Metro Water, Chennai, the said transferred amount was not accounted to my consumer number in the Chennai Metro Water, Chennai and it is still shows the due.So it is therefore it came to know that CITRUS not transferred the amount to my dues in Metro Water, Chennai. Therefore kindly refund the amount debited from my Indian Bank A/c No.[protected], IFSC Code: IDIB000M157 and oblige the same.

          I made a transaction through ezy suvidha app for lpg cylinder. After submitting otp i got an error. But the amount was deducted. There were no details in payment history tab for the app. Refund the money.

                I placed an order on Zara app recently and tried posting through your payment gateway. The amount of 6070 got deducted but the order never got placed. The money was deducted from my back account but it was not against the zara order. Kindly help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I have paid property tax from my axis bank account of rs. 23704/- for the year 2018-20, under the jurisdiction of greater hyderabad municipal corporation (Ghmc), using your upi gateway. The details are as under:

                        Dear Sir,
                        I had booked GoAir Flight Ticket from PUNE to DELHI and amount of INR 5881 was deducted from my account on 07-AUG-2020.
                        The Bank through which money was deducted has declined to support saying its airline issue. Airline states that they have not received the payment from CITRUS PAY. Please let me know if the Transaction can be processed. GoAir reference is WXXXRJ. Transaction# for Payment is INB/760XXX703. Please let me know.
