I then did the payment through amazonpay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

On 24 November, 2021 I placed an order on zara app and selected upi payment option. They directed me to citrus payment solutions page. I approved the payment request on google pay upi of 12, 580 rupees and the amount has been paid to citrus payment solutions. But their page and zara app shows payment failed.
