I was placing an order on zara india online on 25th Nov 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through amazonpay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@apl and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. Bank reference id[protected]
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

      On 24 November, 2021 I placed an order on zara app and selected upi payment option. They directed me to citrus payment solutions page. I approved the payment request on google pay upi of 12, 580 rupees and the amount has been paid to citrus payment solutions. But their page and zara app shows payment failed. The amount has been deducted from my account. Please help!!!

        I have booked a denim jacket on Saturday 20 nov 2021 . The amount 3000 has been debited from my bank through upi but in the zara site it is still showing not paid and telling to pay . I have contacted the customer support and they told that it will be returned by 24 hrs but today is Wednesday 24 November 2021 and still no response from zara and the money is also no returned

          Hi
          I placed an order on Zara on November 23 and made the payment via Google Pay for an amount of ₹ 1, 990. The amount was debited from the bank account but was not received by Zara. The payment seems to have been stuck with CITRUS SOLUTIONS. I kindly request them to initiate a refund immediately.

            While making payment to ZARA, transactions was successfully done but the order status was pending because it did not reflect back to them. I cancelled the order but my refund is not initiated. Please help

            • Citrus Id, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
            • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
            • Transaction date along with the amount.
            • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
            • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
            • UPI / VPA if any used

              I ordered a product from Zara worth ₹2280 including delivery charges! i want my refund as soon as possible please! on google pay it has shown that i’ve paid but on Zara it says payment is still pending!! on Zara the online payment takes us to the citrus payment page but after payment the money is gone from bank account but not received to Zara! where is the money thenn??
              i really work hard for the money. pls help soon. it is honestly very important to those people who don’t always have so much money!!

                  Amount of 3370 was debited for a zara purchase through UPI (google pay) citrus solutions on 17.11.21 but the payment has not been reflected on the app and I haven’t got back the refund also . This is being a minor inconvenience

                              I placed a order on 15 November on Zara and opted for payment via upi
                              And then did payment with my upi I’d through paytm for which Zara used citrus payment gateway.
                              And my money got debited from my account but Zara didn’t received the amount.
                              So I tried to cancel the order so that the money refund in my account
                              But didn’t
                              I haven’t been initiated my refund.

                                I made a transaction on zara india website through upi and it redirected me to the citrus payment wesbite. Amount is debited through my account but still order is not confirmed as payment is still pending for that order!!

                                      I already file a complaint on 12th Nov 2021, but i still did not get any email or any reply from citrus solutions!! On 12/11/2021 i have ordered from zara and opted to pay via upi through phonepe to citrus solutions pvt ltd the transaction was successful and my money has also been deducted! But my order cannot be processed because the money that i sent has not reach zara and so my order got cancelled!! But i still dis not receive back my money! What kind of company is this! Poor customer service! Please reply or review my complaint as soon as possible and i want back my money !!!
