Failed Transaction/Request for refund

Dear Sir,

The transaction was incomplete, however the amount (Rs.2, 892/-) got deducted from the bank account.

Translation to HSVP for Water Bill Payment for Rs.2, 892/-

NITJ fees payment not recieved

I had submitted my fees on 12 jan 2022. the payment was deducted from my account by citrus pay but not received by the college. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. attacking the screenshots for transaction id....

Order cancelled but money not received back

I had filed a complaint on 29th Nov 2021 about an order on zara, where I paid through citrus payment solutions. The money was debited but the order did not go through. My complaint was marked as “resolved” on 2nd December with an assurance that the money will be credited back to my account in a few days. It’s been a month and a half, yet the money hasn’t been returned to me.

Please look into it and solve this as soon...

Amount deducted but showing failed

I have submitted the fees using net banking through the citrus payment gateway and the amount has been deducted from the account but it says the transaction failed....

I returned my zara order on 7th dec 2020 for which payment was done via google pay. I have not received my refund.
Payment was done on 4th December...

ZARA refund not yet initiated

I made an online order on Zara and paid via UPI to Citrus Payment Solutions on 12th December, 2021. However, I returned the product and it was successfully returned on 31st December, 2021. Since then, I haven’t been given a refund and I ask you to initiate the refund at the earliest convenience as it’s been a month since I made my order....

Amount deducted multiple times from HDFC bank but not credited to seller account

I have tried multiple times for payment from CITRUSEAZYPAY but everytime the amount got deducted from my account but not credited to seller account.
I am waiting since a year to get the money returned to my account but it did not returned till now. Below are the transaction details:

Zara.com haven't receive payment please issue refund as soon as possible

I had made payment on for zara order through upi and it’s been more than a month I haven’t received my money back for my refund....

No refund is initiated.

I was placing an order on zara india online on 23rd November and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through paytm upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@bankofindia and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.br...

Zara perfume order cancelled but refund not initiated

I had ordered from zara and made the payment to citrus private solutions of 1580 rupees on 16 th dec, 2021 and zara has now cancelled the order and my refund has not been initiated. When will i get my refund ?...

Transaction Failure on Zara but money deducted by citrus pay

I was shopping online on the Zara app on 25th November 2021 and placed an order for a jacket and paid using UPI and citrus pay was the merchant partner for the payment. The amount of INR 3354 got deducted from my account but the transaction failed on zara's portal. I have been trying to contact citrus pay and zara but no one is helping out. Please help me get the refund....

Zara order, payment debited but not received by Zara

Hi!
I placed an order on Zara and paid via UPI, Google pay. My money got debited but Zara didn’t receive the payment and my order was on hold. It showed payment pending.

Please look into this and refund my money asap!

I have already cancelled the order in hopes to get a refund or something but nothing seems to be happening.
Please reach out to me and refund my money back.....

Amount deducted but did not received by zara

Hi, i ordered something from zara and i choose a payment method as upi and did the payment through paytm the payment goes to citrus solutions pvt ltd. The amount got deducted but zara didn’t receive the payment. Please refund my amount...

Refund for payment to zara visa citrus solutions pvt ltd

I was placing an order on zara india online today which is 15/12/2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through phonepe for
which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via SBI account in phonepe and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it
keep pending
I haven't been initiated...

Zara product payment not received

I had placed an order on Zara on 8th December 2021 & the payment mode selected
was UPI. I had made payment through
GooglePay & gateway partner of Zara is Citrus
Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Now the payment is debited from my account but was not made through
I request you to please refund my 1st payment made asap....
