I have issued my complaint regarding the refunded money not being in my account, citrus solutions haven’t reply nor review to my complaints yet!!! It’s already two nights! I will always raise an issue if i did not get back my money!

      I was placing an order on zara india online on 14th November and had opted for payment via upi.
      I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
      I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
      So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
      I haven’t been initiated a refund.

      Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest

        On 4th Nov 2021 My money Rs 600 deducted but I was not able to fill my application form for
        67th BPSC (REF-IGAMIXDVA8). After that I paid again Rs 600 for the same application to complete my application ( Ref-IGAMIXEFZ7). So Rs 600 should be refunded to my account.

          I made an order tonight 12/11/2021 on zara app and i was paying via upi through phonepe the transaction id is T2111121905075100212606, the transaction was successful but it says that my order is a pending payment and it got cancelled! But i havent received my money back! My money 3080 has already been deducted from my account and is already reaching the citrus solutions account why don’t we get the refunded money if it is not reaching zara!please resolve my issue as soon as possible and please give me back my money !!

            I was placing an order from Zara app 12th November, 2021 and i was opted to pay via upi through phonepe, the transaction was successful and my money had also been deducted, but it says my order is a pending payment!The money has already been deducted from my account and is reaching the merchant bank account which is citrus solutions pvt ltd!why is it still shown as a pending payment???please resolve my issue as soon as possible!!!i cannot just lost my money without getting anything!

            I filed my complaint on 12th nov night and after two days they replied to my complaint and said that my money has been reversed and told me to wait for one week to receive my money and it has been credited to my account tonight😁although it took them too long citrus is not a company that will steal your money, they are trustworthy🌞

                  I was purchasing 2items through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 11, 580 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending and now got canceled. Kindly refund my money.

                            Hello Citrus Team, I placed an order on Zara on 9th Nov for 2 products of which the total is Rs. 4780. I made the payment through the UPI option and the gpay. The whole amount has been deducted from my account, but the status of my zara order is still showing Pending as they did not receive the amount. Due to the exceeding time, they have canceled my order but my money has still not been refunded. I request you to refund the amount soon as soon as possible.

                                I made a paytm upi payment to zara on the app today. The money was deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the zara app where the status of the order is still Payment Pending. I humbly request you to look into the matter and kindly resolve it at the earliest.

                                    I was ordering from Zara app which took me to Citrus website as i opted for UPi payment method. As i filled my UPI id and it redirected me a link that was sent by a message to confirm payment. I confirmed it and the money got deducted from my bank account but on citrus website it showed transaction was unsuccessful. I want my money back, please help me .
                                    For reference pls find the ss of payment done.

                                      But it still shows the property tax pending in GHMC website..

                                      I did contact GHMC and they confirmed that they did not receive tax amount 32686. Please refund my amount if it is not credited to GHMC

                                      I did not receive any reply. I will file a case if no reply as my amount is pending for almost 2 years. GHMC confirmed that they did not receive any money so please give clarity on my money
