    I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th November and had opted for payment via upi.
    I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
    I did the transaction via [protected]@sbibank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
    So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
    I haven’t been initiated a refund.

    Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest

      Hello, I was booking Jungle Safari from Jib Corbett GOI Website https://corbettonline.uk.gov.in I used Netbanking using my ICICI S/B Account & from https://corbettonline.uk.gov.in I was redirected to ICICI via Citrus payment Solutions. After entering my ICICI Bank related info amount of 5521 INR. got debited from my account but the booking is still not confirmed. I even checked with ICICI already who said that fro their side payment was successful & yes I also see that in my transactions. Please find the same attached & request you to refund this amount of 5521 ASAP Plz.

                I made a payment of Rs 2382 on 27th Nov using my HDFC debit Card to Sahitya Books. The Ref no given on HDFC site is[protected]. Sahitya Books says no such payment received. The amount had been debited to my HDFC account. Please look into this.

                    I did the transaction from via @statebankofindia and money got deducted from my account.
                    I cancelled the particular order on 28th but did not receive my refund of it

                                        From the ZARA app I ordered and did a payment through Gpay UPI which ₹8612 payment is completed but in my Zara app the payment amount ₹8612is not completed.
                                        the amount which is mentioned above is sum amount of ₹8612 is deducted on[protected] but the payment is not been reflected to the ZARA app. Which I request to please CREDIT to my account ASAP
