Payment not received for a product charged

I had placed an order to ZARA on the 8th Dec and the money was deducted for the same but the order was canceled by the brand pretty soon. I asked the CC to refund the money they said it will be done in the next 10 days or so or I'll have to file a chargeback. Suggest you to kindly help with the same...

Zara Payment Failed, Credit not reversed

I placed an order on Zara app on December 13, 2021 and had paid an amount of ₹5, 470 through UPI and the payment gateway was Citrus Payment.
My payment was successful through my bank but the citrus payment gateway showed payment not successful. You can find the order number here:

Zara also shows pending payment.

The amount debited hasn’t been credited back till...

Money deduction and no refund: T2112131755536820408466

My money has been deducted when I was shopping online through “zara app” and there’s no sign of any refund or any payment to the merchant. I request you to provide me a refund as soon as possible.

Money deduction and no refund

My money has been deducted in this private payment platform(citrus solution pvt ltd) when I was shopping online through Zara clothing app and there’s no sign of any refund or any payment in the Zara app. I hope they’ll resolve this problem as soon as possible...

Need my money asap

I was placing an order on zara india online on 12th december 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. Transaction id[protected]
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

Transaction Id. 052 11208 24305 341 GAMPAUPZ7 dt. 10/12/21 for Rs.1010/

The above payment for Water Bill of HSVP has not being reflected at destination even after two days .Though Payment was successful at bank but there seems to be server problem after that as the payment invoice was not generated .

Kindly look into for early resolution ....

Refund for cancelled order

Had placed an order on Zara on 11 December and the payment mode selected was UPI. I made the payment via GooglePay and gateway partner of zara is Citrus solutions PVT LTD. The money got debited from my account but I cancelled the order shortly after.
Now the order shows as cancelled but there is no mention of anything regarding the refund.
According to zara, they hadn't charged anything yet, and the amount deducted corresponds...

Refund due

I was placing an order on zara india online on the 6th December and used UPI as my payment method. I used paytm to pay the money as requested by citrus pay which zara uses. The money got debited from my account but transaction was failed on citrus pay website.
So zara kept my order on pending and i had to use my card. I haven’t been initiated any refund till now. So kindly take a look into it.

Haven't got my refund

Payment got debited and it is still showing pending

I was in Zara shopping some accessories and when I chose the payment method for UPI it directed me to Paytm and pay citrus solutions and when the payment got debited and I came back to Zara I went to purchases and it was still showing payment pending I need a refund...
