This is regarding my house tax, which was deposited using Citruseazypay on 07/04/2021. But now when I am going to deposit house tax for this year it is showing that it is pending for the last year. Here are the details of the transaction.

      Sir, While filling the examination form for University of Kota on 08/04/2022, I submitted the examination fees of Rs.2700/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
      Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
      Please get my money refunded back in my account as soon as possible.

        Money debited from bank account but order not received by zara.

        I was placing an order on ZARA india App on 9th April 2022 and had opted for payment via UPI.
        I then did the payment through google pay app and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.

        UPI Transaction ID[protected]

        So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
        I haven’t been initiated a refund.

        Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest

                  Hello,

                  I tried to pay my college fee 20810/- on[protected] for my fourth semester. My college that is University of Hyderabad is using eazypay which redirected me to the citrus payment gateway.

                  I made the payment through Union bank of India and amount got debited from my account. I also got a message from the bank that transaction to citrus payment solutions was completed successfully but my college has not received any amount. So it will be very helpful if you could look into this matter and credit the amount back into my account.

                  Kindly help because I need to pay my semester fees.

                                    Amount deducted but transaction was unsuccessful

                                    I paid school fee for my son through school portal which uses Citrus as payment gateway. Money was debited from my account but transaction was not successful.
                                    When i checked with my bank as per them amount is received by beneficiary but school authority is saying they haven't received the amount yet. I already raised a concern with Citrus but i have not received any response from them. I also escalated this to level 2 and tried calling...
