I transferred money to ghmc hyderabad property tax (Citrus solutions pvt ltd) using my paytm account. The amount is paid successfully to citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) and i got the reference number id[protected] and is attached herewith. But the status of the transfer is shown 'failed' to ghmc hyderabad property tax. I waited for one day for refund but didn't receive. Kindly resolve the complaint and please refund my money. Expecting your response at the earliest...

I am Shankar T G I have recharged to sun direct Kannada DPO1 but not recharging on 3 months pack .So I have already recharged to sun direct .please refunded 590 amount in my Karnataka Bank account

I brought an item from Zara from Zara app and the payment method I chose was google pay then I did payment of rs 1290.it shows success and the money was deducted from my account. Then I visited Zara website to check my status it shows the payment was not successful as from my side i did as per their guidelines then I called Zara helpline they refused they got any payment regarding my purchase but my payment was successful to (citrus solutions pvt ltd) and I can’t contact citrus company kindly refund as I have all the details of my transaction. I am student. Kindly refund.
