Citrus Payment Solutions — I have send payment to my university du Aditi vidyalaya from cyber cafe

I have made my payment of Rs 710/- on 14/10/2022 from axis Bank to my university, money has been deducted from account but university saying that it has not received any confirmation mail that transaction are successful neither via mail or text message.
Bank narration is under complained transaction -
