'm writing this to explain bad experience i had while using this payment method platform. I had to make payment through this platform to submit KUKUKSHETRA UNIVERSITY EXAM FORM on the 18th of NOVEMBER, my money was debited from my account but the university didn't received the payment. So, I again made the payment as it was mandatory to fill up the form on 19th of NOVEMBER . This time it was debited and the university also received the payment.
I was told that the money would get refunded as it was not received by the beneficiary but still i haven't received it. I kindly request you to refund back my Rs 4000 in an urgent manner.

This is query resolver where you should resolve our queries but when i see this none of the customer queries are resolved. Yes, that was a successful transaction and i want my money back. Kindly provide the concern team contact number or anything.
