I have made donation of Rs. 5001 on 11/08/2021 on behalf of Mr. Raj kumar Khetan for donation to Mahakaleshwar Fund. The amount got debited from my axis bank account and not credited to the corresponding account. I want full refund of the deducted amount. No receipt was generated and there was error. No receipt was generated at the time of transaction but the amount of Rs. 5001 is debited on 11/08/2021 from my bank account and the notification received by my bank is attached herewith.
I need a quick refund of the amount.
