I was placing an order with Zara India on Aug 25 2021, and paid with my UPI (Google Pay) via the Citrus payment gateway that Zara India uses. The money was debited from my bank account (HDFC) immediately, but Zara was unable to process the payment. Zara then cancelled my order because they didn't receive the money from Citrus.
I haven't gotten a refund yet.
Please respond the this complaint immediately.
