I tried to place order on zara of amount Rs.7380 and the amount got debited from my account via UPI I have done the payment but then showed failed payment on payment gateway and then order the order showed pending request so Later I placed the order on cod that you can check with the zara website. So, I am looking for my refund of Rs.7380 and It’s been 2 days and no response to my earlier compliments

        Money is debited from through GPay my account but zara payment is not confirmed.

          On July 13, I paid for my ZARA order through Gpay but the order didn't get placed and was cancelled eventually. I had explained this issue in my previous complaint too. It has been over a month since this incident and a refund hasn't been initiated yet. Please find attached the invoice of the Gpay transaction. I'd urge Citrus Payment solutions to refund the money at the earliest.

            I tried to register on massive open online courses(moocs) on[protected].
            After i had received an otp from bank amount got debited but i had not registered with that moocs program. I am very tensed as the amount have already been deducted but the registration was not done.

                I was placing an order with Zara India on Aug 25 2021, and paid with my UPI (Google Pay) via the Citrus payment gateway that Zara India uses. The money was debited from my bank account (HDFC) immediately, but Zara was unable to process the payment. Zara then cancelled my order because they didn't receive the money from Citrus.

                I haven't gotten a refund yet.

                Please respond the this complaint immediately.

                      Hi, i have placed an order on Zara today through UPI payment PhonePe and amount of Rs 4580 has been deducted from my account but i haven’t received any confirmation for my order yet and my order is still showing pending payment . I have contacted the Zara customer care . I hope this problem will resolve soon

                            I have placed an order of 1280 and completed the payment through UPI. My money is debited and the merchant transaction is also successful but the same doesn’t reflect on the official Zara App. It still shows payment pending.

                                      I have done my previous payment on zara using upi but the app zara says that I haven't done my payment but the citrus solutions pvt Ltd says that the amount has been paid. Please look into this. I would like to have the money (₹12550) refunded as soon as possible.
                                      Same happened with me! It's been more than a month I didn't get my refund.

                                      • Citrus ID, Merchant and Bank reference number.
                                      • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
                                      • Transaction date along with the amount.
                                      • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
                                      • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
                                      • UPI / VPA if any used
