I have placed an order from zara application on 5th of august 2021 my account was debited with the amount of ₹3590, but when i came back on the zara app it shows me the order has been declined and still the payment was made and money was not refunded. I have made the payment throught patym upi my upi id is [protected]@paytm. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

      My payment paid on Google pay was completed and deducted from my bank account but the amount was not shown as completed in Zara app and order got cancelled. my amount has still been deducted and I would like a refund back on that.

        I’ve ordered some stuffs from zara app of amount (2900/-), my transaction was successful through upi and my money was also deducted from my account, but in the zara app. the payment status was showing not successful.
        So how many days it will take to refund my money.

          I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
          I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
          So zara cancelled the order from their side as.

            I had placed an order on Zara and made payment via google pay.My money got deducted from my account but my order status showed payment pending.m.When i called zara executive they said they failed to receive the money and cancelled my order.
            I want my money back.

              I purchased some products from zara and the bill was 3780 rs I payed through upi on 01/08/2021 the money got deducted from my account but the order was pending, then I had to cancel the product. Please look into the matter

                I was purchasing a trouser online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 1, 490 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

                    I placed an order on the Zara app for an amount of 7080. The money got deducted from the account but it did not reflect on the app. Looking at the number of similar complaints on the very same day I realise there seems to be some technical error but pls initiate the refund as soon as possible and resolve this matter.

                      So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

                          I ordered clothes on Zara app and made the payment via citruspay using UPI. The amount got deducted from the account and i got the message from the bank as well but as soon i got redirected to the Zara app it is showing pending payment option. After i faced this issue I immediately googled about it and got to know that there has been a lot of cases where Zara app users faced problem paying via citruspay. Requesting you to please refund my amount of 3980/- as soon as possible.

                                    My Zara amount of rs. 5900 has been deducted by citrus payment but showed as payment failed on Zara. No refund initiated.

                                    In my previous complaint you have marked it as resolved when it isn’t and asked me to post private details for you to actually resolve. Please actually help in resolving and not just to show on your page that you are when you are not.

                                    Should you not help, I will take up legally. Pls contact via email or phone to get the accurate details - I will not post them on a public forum.
