Total amount of 2040 has been deducted on 17th August 2021 by citrus payment solution for ordering items from zara app but my order has been cancelled by zara app saying my payment is pending . Please refund my money. I have complaint about this matter many times but i got no exact response. What if i lost my money?? Please refund back fast as soon as possible pleaseee

    I purchased online in Zara and payed through Phonepe UPI, and then cancelled it. The order has been cancelled but I did not get the refund till now. I did not get any initiated refund confirmation and no refund at all.

      Hello, this also happened to me twice. First the amount was 590 (order no [protected]. ) and then the amount was 1980 (order no. [protected] ), please look into the matter.

      I placed these order separately and for both the amount was deducted and still the order showed ‘payment pending’ and later it was cancelled from Zara’s end with no refund in my bank account.

        I placed an order at zara online on 19th August 2021 and opted for payment via upi. Then i made the payment through google pay. While making the transaction the money was debited from my account and zara did not received the payment and the order got cancelled.
        I haven’t received my refund.
        Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                      I had made a payment through citrus payment link on 18/09/2019 to DTP regarding my DLF construction site. Even though the amount got deducted from my account, it didn’t reach the merchant’s account and still on merchants’s server my amount is due. Below are the details of the above said transaction:

                                I have made donation of Rs. 5001 on 11/08/2021 on behalf of Mr. Raj kumar Khetan for donation to Mahakaleshwar Fund.
                                My mobile number is [protected] and email id is radhika.[protected]@obeetee.com.
                                No receipt was generated at the time of transaction but the amount of Rs. 5001 is debited on 11/08/2021 from my bank account and the notification received by my bank is attached herewith.
