I have done payment of rs 40, 000 and the beneficiary bank doesn't get it till yet . Please either payment send to beneficiary account or refund as soon as possible as it was my college fee.

Money deducted but the Zara still says pending payment
I was purchasing jeans online through Zara app. I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 2, 990 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

I placed an order with Zara via the UPI payment method. The amount was debited from my account and yet the order was not confirmed hence the order was not placed. No refund has been received by me and I request an immediate refund for the same at the earliest.

You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
A fraud happened with me I joined an app, which assured me some profits and service and they did fraud with me .I have made the payment I am. just attaching the payment please look in to the matter

I paid INR. 200/-as DishTv recharge on 09/09/20321at 2:44 PM through Union Bank Of India net banking with reference id :[protected] but that amount is not updated n my DishTv account.

I then did the payment through Paytm for which Zara uses the citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount.

The payment hasn’t reached Zara, and it seems
to be a failed transaction. The order has been cancelled for non payment, please look into the matter.
I was placing an order on zara india online on 9th September 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

Updated by Muskaan Luanwat It’s been 3 days and there is no reply from the company as to when can i receive the refund.
We regret the inconvenience caused. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed for Rs. 8350 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

I placed an order on zara and chose UPI METHOD for payment and i was directed to citrus payment gateway which is used by zara and the payment was authorised from my Gpay account but zara didn’t receive the amount and the amount got debited from my account
My order is still pending on zara
Please either send it to zara or refund it
