Payment transaction issue

I have done payment of rs 40, 000 and the beneficiary bank doesn't get it till yet . Please either payment send to beneficiary account or refund as soon as possible as it was my college fee.

Money deducted but the Zara still says pending payment

I was purchasing jeans online through Zara app. I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 2, 990 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money....

Amount Debited and Order NOT PLACED or NO AMOUNT REFUNDED

I placed an order with Zara via the UPI payment method. The amount was debited from my account and yet the order was not confirmed hence the order was not placed. No refund has been received by me and I request an immediate refund for the same at the earliest.

I want claim refund for frauds

A fraud happened with me I joined an app, which assured me some profits and service and they did fraud with me .I have made the payment I am. just attaching the payment please look in to the matter...

I paid INR. 200/-as DishTv recharge on 09/09/20321at 2:44 PM through Union Bank Of India net banking with reference id :[protected] but that amount is not updated n my DishTv account.
Please update that amount in my DishTv account immediately.

Zara Order Complaint- Refund Requested

I placed an order on Zara India online on 11th September and had opted for payment via UPI
I then did the payment through Paytm for which Zara uses the citrus payment gateway.

I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount.

I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Please help.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money...

Zara payment deducted from the account

I was placing an order on zara india online on 9th September 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.br...

Regarding payment on zara

I placed an order on zara and chose UPI METHOD for payment and i was directed to citrus payment gateway which is used by zara and the payment was authorised from my Gpay account but zara didn’t receive the amount and the amount got debited from my account
My order is still pending on zara
Please either send it to zara or refund it...

Havent received the Refund yet

I haven’t received my refunded money yet but zara told me tht they have initiated the refund on 23/08/21 and there are 4-5 orders in total

Sir i am add money in my CSC wallet rs 200 but money deduct rs202.95 with incl charge and not add in my CSC wallet. please add money in my wallet sir......

Amount debited but shows payment failed on zara app

I placed my order no. [protected] on the zara app and completed the payment through UPI but the app shows payment failed. The amount got debited and reached citrus but didn’t reach zara. Provide this refund at the early.
