    I was placing an order on zara india online on 8th August 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
    I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
    I did the transaction via [protected] @axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
    So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
    I haven’t been initiated a refund.

    Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

      I placed an order with Zara the amount was deducted from my account but Zara did not receive it so they cancelled my order I have contacted my bank I have contacted Zara also they said it is stuck with citrus pay solution so I want my money back it is Rs 5990

        I applied for admission in NIOS today.And made my admission fee payment today through paytm.
        The transaction was successful made but in the admission status its showing failed.So please help me solve this issue.🙏

          I was placing an order on zara india online on 08th august 2021 and had opted for payment via upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
          I then did the payment of Rs.3770 through paytm with upi ref id[protected].
          I did the transaction via my registered bank on paytm and money got debited from my account, and it was successfully transferred to citrussolutionspvtltd but zara did not receive the amount.
          So zara cancelled the order from their side and i did not get any refund

          Kindly check my concern and give me refund at the earliest.

            Hi,

            I made a purchase at Zara through Google Pay(Citrus solutions pvt ltd.). The transaction was successful but Zara did not receive the money and cancelled my order. The transaction was made on August 4 at 9:16 PM. My money is stuck with Citrus solutions and I want refund for the same.

              I placed an order from Zara on 5th August 2021 and made the payment via Citrus Payment solutions Via UPI(google play) but the order got canceled. I spoke to Zara Customer Care and they suggested writing an e-mail to you. Kindly look into this matter and refund my money.

                I purchased two products from Zara app worth INR 3280/- via citrus payment solutions, my money got deducted but the payment is cancelled. However my upi I'd Google pay account shows completed transaction. Kindly look into the matter and debit money back into my account.

                    I had placed a order on Zara app on August 05, 2021 and had paid an amount of ₹4, 480 through UPI and the payment gateway was Citrus Payment.
                    My payment was successful but due to session timeout, Zara cancelled the order. You can find the order number in the screenshot.

                    The amount debited hasn’t been credited back till date (4 days) while the RBI guidelines mandates reversal of funds on the same day of failed transaction.
                    Please credit back my funds.

                      I ordered some products worth 1280 rupees from Zara India on 14 July with my UPI id [protected]@paytm, money got deducted from my account but my order was canceled, I contacted Zara and they told me that they didn't receive the money and they asked me to contact citrus payments for a refund, UPI transaction reference id[protected]. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my money back.

                        I ordered a perfume online through Zara website on the 8th August 2021. I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay. An amount of Rs 1280 was deducted from my account while it was reflected that the payment was pending and now cancelled.

                        Kindly refund the money deducted.

                                  I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

                                        I have purchased products from ZARA and I returned the product but yet I didn’t got refund as I asked in customer care they are saying to contact citrus payments solutions as the payment already got initiated so the citrus transaction is OL[protected] kindly do the needful.
