    Date of the incident - 20th July 2021

    Failed transaction (order) for Zara India (https://www.zara.com/in/) through Citrus Solutions PVT LTD ([protected]@axisbank). I had purchased from Zara website and paid through Google Pay app to Citrus solutions and my payment was confirmed and the money was deducted from my HDFC bank account but both my order were cancelled and it showed failed payment on Zara website. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from Citrus and Zara but nobody is responding through customer care.

    Transaction : 20th July 2021 - Amount: INR 5750

    I would like to get my refund immediately for my order.

      I was placing an order on zara india online on 27th July and had opted for payment via upi.
      I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
      I did the transaction via [protected]@punjabnationalbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
      So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
      I haven’t been initiated a refund.

      Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
      It was “paytm” not “google pay” (by mistake in hurry I wrote Google pay)

          Further, we are not able to trace transaction with reference id[protected]. You need to contact your bank for further assistance on the same.

                    I tried completing my payment through citrus pay on the Zara app. I had ordered a product worth 2990. After the payment was completed and the amount was deducted the order was not processed and Zara cancelled it but I have got no refunds yet in my account. This is shady. Please return my hard earned money.

                      Since I have made payment against the order no. [protected] on COD I am entitled for refund of the amount paid through Gpay of Rs. 3780/- document evidencing payment of Rs.3780/- through Gpay and document evidencing COD on the same order.                       Kindly delete the image where the COD details have been shared I am getting fake calls from random people. Kindly delete the images uploaded as I cannot do the same. I have received my payment I don’t need any more follow ups kindly delete the said images since I am unable to do so.
