My money got deducted for thr zara order but the order was canceled, please refund my money as soon as possible....

Need refund immediately for failed order

Date of the incident - 20th July 2021

Failed transaction (order) for Zara India (https://www.zara.com/in/) through Citrus Solutions PVT LTD (citruspay@axisbank). I had purchased from Zara website and paid through Google Pay app to Citrus solutions and my payment was confirmed and the money was deducted from my HDFC bank account but both my order were cancelled and it showed failed payment on Zara website. I have been trying...

Money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.

Address:Ghaziabad

I was placing an order on zara india online on 27th July and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@punjabnationalbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.br...

Zara payment deducted multiple times

While making payment through gpay amount got deducted twice … and haven’t received the refund yet. Kindly refund our money asap...

Refund of my deducted amount

Hi i order through zara app . The amount got deducted from my bank account and my order also got cancelled due to delay in payment .
Can you please help me to rectify this issue.
I raised a complaint earlier also but didn’t get any reply from the citrus team . So i am raising this issue again...

Hi I have done a payment of ₹2770 but it shows PAYMENT FAILED in Zara App.

I made a purchase on zara on[protected] via upi to citrus pay . Though the amount of 5180 was debited from my acc but the order was not placed on zara .

Zara payment deduction and order canceled

I tried completing my payment through citrus pay on the Zara app. I had ordered a product worth 2990. After the payment was completed and the amount was deducted the order was not processed and Zara cancelled it but I have got no refunds yet in my account. This is shady. Please return my hard earned money....

This is to inform you that I have made payment against order no. [protected] by Gpay on 22nd July 2021 at 8:22 P.M, since zara app showed payment pending I made change in the payment option to COD in which item was delivered on 24th July 2021 against cash.
Since I have made payment against the order no. [protected] on COD I am entitled for refund of the amount paid through Gpay of Rs. 3780/- document evidencing payment of Rs.3780/-...

I ordered stuffs from Zara app, did my payment through citrus gateway but still order showed pending payment but money got deducted. I canceled my order and now i m waiting for my refund from cirtus gateway. Its been more than 3days...

I did you payment for Zara order and amount was deducted from my account but reflecting as a failed payment on Zara. I want a return of my money this is completely unfair what your organization is doing....

Zara online payment issue

I paid and it got deducted from my bank account but in Zara app it was showing that my order payment is pending even after paying to citrus online so it’s been 3 days I didn’t get my refund yet...

Money has been debited but order not generated in zara

I paid the amount of ₹5180 using citrus pay on BHIM on July 25, 2021 while placing order on zara.
The amount has been debited from my bank account but the order is not generated the order is not placed.
