I have purchased wallet from zara india on 4/09/2021. I used upi method to do the payment of ₹ 1580. Money got deducted from the bank and on zara app its showing payment is not made.
please initiate my refund asap.

    Dear sir i have paid G. L. BAJAJ COLLEGE fees on Thursday (02/09/2021)at 7:55p.m. from my IDBI account through your gateway. Money is deducted from my account but the fees is not paid in college account. Kindly pay it as early as possible to college account.

        I just placed a zara order and I paid via UPI, my money got debited but my order still says “payment pending” could you please look into it and fix this.

          Hi,

          This is Lt Anuradha. I’ve done a payment through Gpay ([protected]) for Rs. 3070 on 25 Aug 21 for an order through Zara. Amount is debited iro Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd however payment status at Zara is showing cancelled/payment failed. Amount is already debited from my account and Zara customer support replied that they have not received the payment yet. Please resolve this issue, finalise the payment so that my order is confirmed.

            I placed an order on Zara India online on 31st August and had opted for payment via upi.
            I then did the payment through google pay for which Zara uses the citrus payment gateway.

            I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount.
            So Zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

            I haven’t been initiated a refund.

            Please help.

            Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

              Hi I placed an order on zara on1st September for an amount of 4290. It got deducted as I tried via UPI but the order did not get complete.
              So I cancelled the order in the hopes I’ll get my money back and it hasn’t been credited back to my account.
              Please look into this and refund my money.

                      Hi, I made payments of Rs. 8170/- and yet my order was not confirmed while the money was deducted. The details of my transactions are as follows:

                      INR 8170 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:50:33 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank. . Call [protected] if not done by you - Axis Bank

                      I need a refund of the above amounts at the earliest since my orders were never confirmed or processed. Moreover, Zara has not issued any email informing me of the refund. They have simply taken the money without providing any products in return.

                                I placed order as COD. The I received email that my Order is not complete
                                Then again clicking on the link of that email, I placed the order again as COD and to be delivered at my house.
                                I again got an email saying that order is not not complete. I then paid using UPI. Payment shows success and completed. Amount also got debited from my account. Still I did not receive any conformation on Payment. Can someone please help
                                I then cancelled the order. Still did not receive any mail regarding refund

                                    I had ordered a product worth ₹3590 on Zara on 27th of Aug, 2021 and had made the payment through my UPI . Money got deducted from my account and order got canceled due to pending payment .
                                    Refund has not been initiated for failed payment transaction on Zara app . Help please !!!

                                        I tried to place an order of Rs.7380 on zara through UPI on 25/08/21 but the amount got debited and then on the gateway showed failed and the order displayed as pending but the amount is debited and then later I placed the order with cod mode. So I am looking to get my refund and I have done 2 complaint so far on your site but I haven’t received any response
