This is Lt Anuradha. I’ve done a payment through Gpay ([protected]) for Rs. 3070 on 25 Aug 21 for an order through Zara. Amount is debited iro Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd however payment status at Zara is showing cancelled/payment failed. Amount is already debited from my account and Zara customer support replied that they have not received the payment yet. Please resolve this issue, finalise the payment so that my order is confirmed.
