Hi team,
The cidco parking at seawoods station, charges for this are very high and the contractor increases charges every month for the fixed monthly parking.
Initially the charges were 700 per month for month (24 hours), later as the station complex was ready, the charges were doubled to 1300, and yesterday when i went for renewal of my monthly pass, he took 1500. I (And many people) don't have car parking spaces in mumbai and i am dependent on this government parking, how can i (A middle class) pay such higher charges for parking (That too for a government parking). Cidco should look into this urgently and on top priority. All other stations don't charge such higher charges for monthly passes.

I need help from cidco and an immediate action against this contractor too.

Despite having pouring rains, water pressure in kalalmboli sect 16 is very low.
Several complaint has been submitted to kalamboli CiDCO office however very disappointed response form the official for the water issue.
Please treat this as matter of concern and do the needful for restoration of water supply.

I would like you to take notice of the fact that in spite of heavy rains and no shortage of water supply, I am shocked to notice that there has been limited water supply in Kamothe region.

I don"t know if this is some kind of nexus between the politicians and government officials.

Pls restore water supply as soon as possible. We need it 24/7.

If the condition persists, I will be forced to complain to higher authorities.

I am a resident of (100m^2 row house sec 12 Lane of plot no A near sai mandir )and everyday the garbage truck picks up garbage in front of my house and drops the garbage fluid which gives the foul smell the whole day so i want you to take strict action against it as many insects late come near that place and it also effects the hygiene of the society against this

Referred to the subject mentioned above, i am staying in 31 year old building where we all are staying under life threat, since this building is very old and no one is taking action against it.

Incident-
Today when i left home in the morning for office, my mother and father (A senior citizen) had left for walk, my wife was alone with my one year old baby, all of sudden she heard a big noise at around 8.45am (It's slab underneath my hall, we have 2 floor house) and came to know that slab has collapse with entire structure i. E rcc slab.

Intimated to my society, but until now there is no further response, would like to intimate you about this incident and expecting immediate response on it.

Please note my society has done structural audit on yearly basis and it should be shocking to know that building looks fit to reside with no further action on it.

Request you to kindly look into it on top priority/ emergency basis and revert with your action plan.

Hi i am a resident of valleyshilp, sec 36, kharghar navi mumbai 410210, facing the problem of no water supply since sunday night. And, there is no drop of water coming to whole society. This problem is not for on home but aprroximately 1200 homes with more than 20, 000 people living there. Sooner it may become the deser of kharghar.
Kindly look into this and work on it. It is a humble request to to the cidco officials.

You are requested to please share status and timeline by when the taloja phase-2 & kharghar bridge connectivity going to establish. About four years has been passed its wrok get stopped. From that time we have seen no movement on this. Kindly share status & timeline for its completion. Therefore the familes those who had bought flats there not able shift due to this. Also the cidco has started construction on there land but no shopping malls and other facility planned there. Kindly check for basic amenitise & public transport reachibility till the metro starts there.
This is the issue of all the buyer there, kindly revert on priroity.

I am resident of new panvel (E) complete address is kvk house plot 16 road 12 sector 19 new panvel road infront of our house is full of water logged & drains are not clean properly we are unable to enter the house & children’s are scared kindly resolve the issue earliest the pathway garden is full of water logging & same water enters to our houses.

This is to bring into your notice, that cidco buildings in nerul east sector 3 nl-4 suraj apartment owner association is in really bad condition and needs maintenance. Especially few buildings within this society. Even the compound within it becomes muddy during rainy season. But due to lack of maintenance and co-operation from owners of the houses this buildings and compound are is in very bad condition. So it needs immediate action from someone in cidco either to maintain these building or ask a society members and owners to do the maintenance or redevelopment of these houses.
As a responsible member of navi mumbai, i would like to bring this to cidco's notice to take immediate action before any major damage and do inspect all the buildings of the society for maintenance and stability of these buildings before any major damage occurs.

Cidco-stinky footpaths, full of trashes and it's buckets of residential apartments on the pedestrian walk between mansarovar station - "from mansarovar railway stations to sion-panvel highway"
Garbage/trash buckets are placed on the footpaths? How and where the pedestrian will walk?
Apartments/society/shops must be fined/penalized for making whole city stinking? Please implement this and generate revenue and improve cities cleanness!!!

Our building society is facing water crisis since february 2018. Nearby all buildings get regular supply of water. Approached to cidco office sector 10 new panvel but no solution. Some time water not supplied even resulting in non-availability of even drinking water. But water bills come as regular without sufficient supply of water. Kindly do the needful immediately or else provide the alternative solution.

Heramba society, plot 4, sector 15a, new panvel.

I am a resident of mayur apartments, building p6/8, flat no 16, sector 15 new panvel. We are not getting water supply since past 2 weeks. Why it is happening only in our apartment? It is coming in others flat properly. It is still not resolved even after v have complained 2 times. Your engineer visited but still the problem is not resolved. Please kindly look into the matter.

We the residents of ma laxmi homes, plot 17, sector 6, are suffering by severe water supply problem at our building. Some other buildings in this location are sometime get water supply but we are not and we are suffering since last two months.
Therefore looking for your heartiest attention to help us to rescue from this disaster.

Dear sir. I would like to bring to your attention that there is tremendous movement of dumpers in sector 18 ulwe. Request to kindly look into the same and restrict it to day. As there are chances of fatal mishaps in the night. These dumpers run all through the night. We request to depute your personal to look into the same and initiate an early action.

This is regarding increasing problems due to stray dogs in ulwe sector 19 (Naman dongri) it has been observed that number of stray dogs are increasing and causing too much problem for residents of area. They are barking and fighting all the night making it a nightmare to sleep in the night. Also, it is getting very difficult and unsafe to walk out in society area as there are probable chances that these dogs will attack and bite. Day by day this problem is getting worse and making area unsafe for public especially during evening/night. The dog menace has increased horribly in our society as many children have been attacked earlier. You find around 30-35 dogs on the road.

I am holding a leased shop at vashi rly station. I checked up with estate department for nomination facility. They gave me huge list of documents required like - no dues from water department, society, electricity, indemnity bond, affidavit etc.
Sir, just for enrolling a nomination why all these documents are required now. Its ok if you demand these clearances at the time of transfer. Now why don't just register the nomination and return the form.
Nomination is the facility to the owner to transfer the shop/flat on his unfortunate death.
Request to look into the matter and advise the estate dept accordingly.

There are increasing slum dwellings in sector 2 kharghar navi mumbai opposite cidco garden near grow more towers.
This is becoming a den for hooligan playing cards and possibly drinking at night it is going to become increasingly unsafe for women in the area.
There is also garbage collection there by slum dwellers.
Cidco please take action. Clear the slums and keep kharghar clean green and safe please.

Hi sir/madam,

My name is ravi uttamrao lokhande i'm the resident of gut no 04 plot no 05 pisadevi aurangabad maharashtra. I'm trying to get building construction permission from cidco from last five to six years. I'm submitted the applications to the cidco office many times but i didn't received any building construction permission. I have sbi home loan on my purchased plot and i'm paying monthly emi from last 7 years i have lots of economical trouble because of my father cancer treatment. Finally i have constructed my home without cidco permission to avoid my family problems. If cidco haven't authority to provide building construction permission to me then how they can send me the illegal construction notice. Its a mental harassment i'm tried to follow the cidco rules and regulations but they are not helping me. I request you to pls help me. Attached all documents for your reference.
