My lottery application no - [protected]
For subject lottery i had paid online payment on 16/09/2018 through my icici i-mobile banking to the lottery's official bank axis bank acc. No.[protected]
Still my application shows payment not received.
I longed a complaint contacts. Complaint no - 5770
Please resolve the issue before date.

We live in sector 21, kharghar, navi mumbai. Over the last few months, we have been noticing an abrupt stop to water supply, the local guys giving some excuse or the other. Enquiries reveal a possible nexus between the water authorities and the tanker mafia who are desperate to make extra money at the cost of residents, charging hefty prices per tanker.

There is no water from yesterday onwards, the excuse this time being a burst electric cable the repairs to which was reported to take 14 hours. It is more than 24 hours and the water supply is still not restored. Wonder what efficiency these guys practice in such an essential matter or is it yet another trick of the tanker mafia to make money during the festival season.

Generally very poor administration by cidco and pcmc who ever is in charge. And to think navi mumbai is among the contenders for smart city, where one essential feature is uninterrupted water and power, and in both aspects, this city fails miserably.
Some o[censored]s citizens plan to highlight this deficiency the next time the authorities come for a survey.

As i noticed there is lot of illegally parked vehicles inside society which is not mentioned in the approved plan by cidco. As a resident i have the approved plan i informed society but no action taken. As in case of emergencies vehicles such as fire bridge cant be moved in the society premises. Kindly help to inform the society.

Hi there,
I applied for the CIDCO Navi Mumbai lottery 2018 under name Sunita Shinde and made payment of ₹ 25, 280 through IMPS to the Axis bank with Account no:[protected] and IFSC code :UTIB0CCH274. Later I checked the payment status shows not received I raised the complaint about it and I was told I'll get the refund of the IMPS amount in 3-4 working days.
Kindly do the refund ASAP I tried contacting the helpline number provided nobody received the call.

We r the residential people living in sector 9 ulwe at delta. There was a cremation area on the main road which was told to us that it non operational. Now suddenly since last 1 month we hv seen daily or as an when a person expires his body is burned openly in the cremation place which was supposed to be closed.

It's a residential area where kids, elder and working class people stay. School are close by. The polluted smell coming from the body is bad. Pls do something. As we are aware tht cidco has alloted a new place for cremation but inspite of all this. Cremation is happening.

Please stop it.

This is to inform that Orient Builder and Plot owner Deskmukh has occupied the building entrance & utilized it Gala which was not in the Plan. We are unable to make complaint against them as Building resident because they are powerfull people . Request you to please take Strict Action against them. and free up the Building entrance.

There are increasing slum dwellings in sector 2 kharghar navi mumbai opposite cidco garden near grow more towers.
This is becoming a den for hooligan playing cards and possibly drinking at night it is going to become increasingly unsafe for women in the area.
There is also garbage collection there by slum dwellers.
The slums were cleared by some authority last month, but the same people have remade the slums. They collect plastic garbage near the slum to make the area an eye sore and very unclean.

Just demolishing will not help, the area will have to be cleared and some trees planted there to make it clean and green again.

Dear sir, our socitey is aum chs plot 124 in sector 05 ulwe pin 410206, i would like to pay your attention on the illegal hawking, number of illegal panpatti, tea stall and vegetables shops are set at outside the building. Also hawkers are throwing vegetables and other unused parts openly in the open space.

It is requested to take action and de-assemble these hawkers shops immediately in the interest of residents living there. Ulwe have its own beauty and importance. But due to these illegal hawkers will damage the image o[censored]lwe.

Dear sir, am the secretary of white lavender society - plot 8c - sector 8, ulwe. As the representative of the sector 8 - currently around 200 families reside here - i request you to please allot the garbage bins and carrying vehicle for sector 8, ulwe node. Currently all garbages are dumped into the near by open area plot - just opposite to plot 10c and it breeds mosquitoes which are of great immense health hazards to all including small kids in the vicinity. This has also led to viral fevers and malaria uprise in the vicinity which can be curbed down drastically by providing the trash collection and transport facility at plot 8c, sector 8. Request your kind feedback on the same including any assistance required from us in the society.

This complaint bring to you an attention that "new panvel" roads condition are worsen due to pebble blocks have been laid in potholes. Don't work like dumb head.. The pebble block isn't a material to patch potholes. If engineers fail to manage to build a quality road then they all are shame to india and black spot for india. I just need to remind cidco that do inspection of contractor work and try to develop enforcement team which will deal with violations. Develop quality control team who have discretionary powers and work without political interruption. Don't under-estimate this complaint. If you really love your country then you would make quality decisions and proven to be responsible citizens..

I 'm jeevan patil (White lavender, plot - 8c, sec - 8, ulwe, nahi mumbai). I am staying here from since last 7 months.in this society as per current situation no place to dump garbage. So people throwing garbage behind building, because of that dirty smell split around area.

I request you to take proper action for garbage pickup.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Cidco Navi Mumbai had floated a lottery for remaining shops and offices in valley shilp project for which tender date was set for 20th August 2018.

Cidco form requires a photo attestation for which "Cidco Officer" was named as one of the authorized signatory.

We (at least 5 individual offerers) were made to run between Cidco bhavan and Raigad Bhavan but none of the so called Cidco Officers were willing for provide attestation even on showing our Aadhar card as valid ID proofs.

In the end none o[censored]s could get a valid photo attestation and time limit of 1:00pm was over so our forms were not accepted.

We hereby want to complain that if Cidco itself couldn't provide a valid signatory then why do we keep such conditions in form.

Dear sir,
Cidco has one open plot 109 in sector 18 ulwe node. It has been illegally occupied by some of the stall onwers. They have open pan stall, biryani stall and plant seller. They are aslo discharging water on the main road. Also they have occupied part of the road, thus common people are facing problems while going thru' that area. Please take necessary action against them as soon as possible.

I am residing at new panvel sec-12. From last 3-4 months there were irregular supplies for water. Even without any information there were water cut is there.in summer season it was worst & from june it was worsent.
Why without any notice cidco can cut water supply. We don't store too much water like others but it is pushing s to do so.
Panvel is new virar.. Please take corrective action at the earliest.

Inner roads at roadpali kalamboli are being narrowed/conjusted by excessive parking by heavy trucks and trailers in this raony seasons creating unsafe and life risking driving and walking by residents on muddy roads specially in nights
Incidents o[censored]nautorised parking of trucks have increased this year more than last year.
Pls requesting to control it. Roadpali now a days does not look to be proposed smart city.

I am a resident of kendriya vihar, sector-11, kharghar, navi-mumbai. I would like to inform that for the past one month we have frequent water cut off which has now become a serious problem because the cut off frequency in the past two weeks is noticed very often. The cut off dates are as given below...
1: 18/07/2018; 19/07/2018
2: 28/07/2018; 29/07/2018
3: 31/07/2018; 01/08/2018
The reason stated for the water cut offs are power failure, electric fault. Kindly take immediate action to rectify the problem. Awaiting your feedback.

In shree samarth villa building situated in ulwe sector - 17.in this building flat no 105 has made changes in approved architech plan. Due to this all building people face problems. He made lots of changes & major change which he made on railing work. He has increased railing from beyond his window & kept lots of garbagge in window railing & that garbage keeps on falling down on below shops customes & people moving below that.

Kindly help to resolve this problem on priority.

Dear sir/madam,
We, the residents of sawan residency, plot no. 17, sector 35f, kharghar, navi mumbai, 410210 face serve problem due to no/infrequent water supply from cidco since past one and half months. There is no water supply on 30th july/31july/1st aug from cidco without any prior information. We have to call water tanker from outside which is very contaminated in monsoon and faced some health issues due to the same. We request you to please intervene and resolve the issue to ensure continuous water supply in our society.
