Dear sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments cropping up at cidco property just near to goodwill building at sec 15 and below metro root in front of d-mart. These people are developing illegal huts near rd which passes from goodwill building and touches to kopra.. Small children's comes on rd in front of cars, its too dangerous... All wastage are throne on rd, difficult to walk on rd — at night its risk for females to walk from that street...

Mens drinks an do all other stuffs which is dangerous.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the cidco land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and order can be maintained in a good society developed by cidco.

From last week i have observed that the water provided in my society has a particular taste to it. It taste like cement or mud. I thought that this problem is exclusive to my society but it isn't as others have noticed that as well. The pin code here is 410218. It would be really helpful if the authorities could intervene in the matter and take necessary actions to clarify what is wrong with the water provided. This is a serious issue and needs to be dealt imminently. It poses a serious health issue since we are not aware of what the water contains. The water authority should take responsibility and should do the needful asap.

I am a resident of kharghar sector-20, from last one and half month there is no street light in sector 20 near green heritage lane. This street is totally dark in the night and scary to pass alone. So many types of disturbing aliment available in night i cant believe you. So please repairs the street lights for those persons who has resident at sec-20 kharghar

We are facing the problem in water supply in new panvel area.
Water supply is two slow or some problem in line due to that we are facing the problem severly.

It looks you guys are simply sleeping on the chair that you have positioned for specific job title.
Who is going monitor and cleanness of mansarovar railway station roads?
We cannot walk on the footpaths it's spelling bad plus there is no proper footpaths to walk?
We are forced to walk on the roads and breath dirty stinky air because of the trashes.

I am resident o[censored]lwe sector 9 tricity pride plot no 45.
I shouzld appreciate the work done by cidco public health department, who had acted immediately on my complain regarding garbage cleaning in sector 9.

Now due to start of winter season we are facing serious problem of lack of lights on streats approaching sector nine. It becomes dark early and there are many commuters who walk, ride bikes or cars while coming back from office, specially ladies, face serious problem for lack of street light in the area.

There is danger on road from dogs or roudies around bamandongari station and approach road to sector nine.
Though cidco has taken initiative at right time but it is found that the work is very very slow. With this space it will not complete before winter goes away.

Hence request you to instruct the concerned contractors to complete and start streetlights in sector 9 and its approach within a week or 10 days.

This will help female as well as male commuters to be fearless while returning home.

Please expedite the work

The air n water pollution caused by factories is known to everyone, still govt has done nothing... But, hygiene issues, no service road n lots o traffic???

So many issues r der in kalamboli... Its been 5 yrs, me writing bout thm...

Noone, has replied or discussed but hav ignored us... I m writing 100th times...

Govt or corporation will hav to take immediate action...

I came across times of india news dt29 jan 2016. "civic body to raze illegal weather sheds" i find number of building have weather sheds erected including six towers in jalvayu defence enclave sec 20 kharghar. Our management committee wants to erect shed on our aster building also as water harvesting shed. I had asked mts iii ie your information officer by rti (Cidco/estate-3/rti 3352/2017/2584) if shed is authorized? Who is sanctioning authority? What action is taken if it is erected without permission in view of times of india news on 29 jan 2017? I was informed by your information officer and appellate authority that "information sought is in the questionnaire format hence cannot be provided" i perused rti 2005 rules, in which i did not find any bar for questionnaire format for seeking information. Request you to look into the matter and inform me the rule position on erection of weather sheds on buildings when society has not got land lease

In kharghar sector 35 d (Navi mumbai) near sai pearls housing society one sanitary drainage manhole is overflowing since august'2017. There is no action taken to clear that manhole and dirty water is getting overflowed on service road leading to very bad smell in the vicinity. This is very unhygienic and need to be attended on priority.
Even our chs has given a compliant but till date no action.

We are putting a request to please improve the water supply in sector 19, ulwe, plot 67.
We are facing very slow water supply from last 60 days due to. Which we get only 15min supply for morning and 15min evening and didn't get any water from last 2 days
The condition is very pathetic only in this certain area o[censored]lwe, rest nearby places its good.
Please provide water at enough rate so that our families can live peacefully.

I am a resident of twins tower, sector 20, kharghar. The water supply in my building is really pathetic. But surrounding buildings get water 24/7. I don't understand how this is possible. Please send a team to check. I believe the twins management has done some illegal work because of which the issue exists. Please send a team to twins tower to check the irregularities.

This is to inform that as the many citizens of kharghar are facing the same issue of foul smell in the air which is very hazardous to health. I too would like to complain about the same at sector 36 kharghar. This smell has become quite unbearable at times & is quite noticible at night. & towards evening times too.
When i first shifted here it was not there during the summer times but as the rainy season started this become more evident.

We hereby draw your attention please, that our residential society bearing plot no 158, at navade, phase-2, is suffering from a grave water shortage crisis from last 2 month. It is further we please to inform you that many resident owner and tenant do not have even a bucket of water in the morning before going to work. & no single drop of water supply from last 8 day’s.

Shortage of water supply or with very low pressure in sec-17, roadpali.

Many residents of sector-17, roadpali, kalamboli area like me dnyaneshwar shahane, are facing problem of water shortage since more than 1 month. We are getting irregular and very low pressure water supply. We made aware in our society to use water very cautiously, but water for mere few hours in a day at very low pressure is...

We are facing irregular water supply issues since 3-4 months, early announcement was been made that water pipe is been burst and repairing is going on so water will not come for 2-3 days, but after repair is done, there is short or slow supply of water due to which every society and row house owners have install boster water pumping motors, so we are unable to receive adequate quantity of water.
Kindly charge a fine and remove all booster water pumping motors at sector 15, kalamboli.

आम्ही राेडपालीचे रहिवाशी असून सेक्टर १७ प्लाॅट २६ नवी मुंबई मध्ये राहत असून. ऐवढया मोठया प्रमानात पाऊस पडूनही पाणी पुरवठा कमी दाबाने होत आहे. ऐवढा पाऊस पडूनही पाणी मुरते कुठे. आम्हाला तर असे वाटते की यात सिडको कामगार आणि टँकरवाले यांची काहीतरी मिलीभगत असून. जानूबुजून कमी दाबाने पाणी पुरवठा करून आपली पोळी भाजून घ्यायची. तरी सिडकोने याची दखल घ्यावी व ही जिवघेणी चेष्ठा टाळावी हिच नम्र विनंती...

I reside in roadpali kalamboli from last 2 years and we are facing a huge problem of water how is it possible every weekended or on every occasion water supply is closed and why kalamboli cidco supply water tanks... From last 2 years we are facing such problem ispite of giving huge money as they asked for pipeline we had given but still we are facing the same problem... And few society's who had given huge money they are getting water but others are not how is it possible i[censored] have genuine problem than all supply should be closed why few taps are closed... Need an resolution others i m going to the higher level with all legal proofs...

With reference to above consumer no. We want to bring to your notice that we are paying regularly as per quaterly bill issued by cidco. Suddenly you bill for feb-mar 2017 unit of consumption showing 1570 which is below 100 per quarter. Kindly reissue the bill for the period feb-mar 2017 for making immediate payment for feb till date. Your immediate action will help in making upto date payment

Shortage in water supply
We are residents at pl5b khanda colony sector 09 navi mumbai. Since last 2 months we are facing irregular and very low pressure water supply. We were expecting a change after the summer since there is ample rainfall. But the problems have gone from bad to worse we get water in very low pressure in each 3rd floor and for few hours in a day.... Please look in the matter

1. Water supply shortage since last few months. ie. Mahavir Jyoti CHS at plot no 248A& 249, Sector 10
2. Bad road conditions from Sector 8 to Sector 10
3. No footpaths to walk
4. In Sector 8, cars are parked on footpaths and on road. Few society in Sector 8 do not have car parking space.
5. Garbage boxes are open, garbage is laying on road on main road of Sector 8 leading to Sector 10 / Kopra.
