There is severe shortage of water supplied by CIDCO is going on in kharghar sector-20. Societies are buying tanker water from private water suppliers due to the same. Interestingly tanker water is easily available in the market. There should be collusion between CIDCO water department officials & private water tanker suppliers. Also if water is not sufficiently available now, why CIDCO is allowing more buildings development in this area?...

I have allotted cidco ltd home by cidco lottery in the year 1993.in 1995 cidco given the possession. Due to some reason i am unable to pay the cidco loan amount but in the year 2016 i have paid the cidco ltd loan amount and get noc from them, after that i have put for supplementary between cidco ltd. And me but cidco not given the noc because cidco said that you file from our record was misplaced please provide your file details along with you we will process for reconstruction of file after completion we will think and give you the noc. I have submitted affidavit to cidco along with the all details document which i have for reconstruction of file.
Due to this cidco ltd published the notice in local news paper asking no one having the objection to process of deed of supplementary agreement. But one person put the objection that this flat was sold to us and i have all the paper please do not provide the noc. Cidco limited not able to provide the noc because due to objection taken.

Due to this i have inform the cidco that i have already filed the suit with object part and judgement in our side. I have submitted the judgement details to cidco limited already when i have given the document for reconstruction of file.

Cidco not giving noc for supplementary agreement because some one taken the objection.

Kindly advise what i have to do.

Dear sir,
Just to bring out to your notice that condition of roads in sector 10 kharghar is in pathetic conditions, drinage work was carried last 15 days back near monarch building road and left this road as its it, looks as if we are living in clean city tag what kharghar got, the road condition is very bad and garbage which are thrown every where in the corner. Which is causing a tough time for the people to drive on such a pathetic condition of roads and full of dust and polluted, no authority to take care of this road.
Plz take necessary action at the earliest

No water supply from 26/02/2018. And notice had been given of faulty meter which has been changed by mr. Koli having mobile no. [protected]. But even after that no water is coming. Called mr. Koli many times but he did not pick up the call. I want to know who is the responsible person, that will come and restore the matter immediately. Meter has been changed due to faulty, i think that the meter was not running because water was not coming in the pipeline.
So without perfect knowledge why was the meter changed and i have started staying at the place now and there is no water. Notice has been issued by the department for faulty meter, but what about no water.
I request you to take immediate action, as i have a mother who is not well.

Dear sir,

Every night hazardous chemical gases are released from plants from taloja and turbhe. These gases are very hazardous and slowly killing us. It is very unfortunate that authorities are turning a blind eye as most industrialist would not wont their plants closed down due to this pollution. But please understand our problem, children who inhale this will have problems late on in life, at night we have to keep all doors and windows closed, this is also effecting birds and animals, this will slowly lead to death.

The smell is horrible and very very toxic. This has to stop, whether we like it or not

I would like to bring this to your notice that i have paid the water charges for consumer no[protected] for the month of apr-may 2017 via online. I have also received recipt for successful payment. But the amount of rs. 2688\- is being added in my bill every time. I have also given complaint in the cidco new panvel office regarding this issue but no action is being taken for the same. Every time i get a new water bill i have to go to the office and get the amount corrected. Now its been almost 9 months i am facing this problem. Kindly update the system and do the corrections.

Dear concern officer,

I would like to bring your kind notice the issue of stray dogs in kamothe, (From khandeshwar station to haware green park, sector 22).in the night time it is very dangerous to reach home after 2nd shift.
There are nearly 10-15 stray dogs on each turn & they rush to the biker barking all at a time. These dogs have taken bite of many people in the area. During night time it is very difficult as no one can come for help. Barking & rushing to bite of these dogs at bikes and other vehicles makes it difficult to pass by the way.

We request you to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis and make necessary arrangement solve the issue.

Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind notice about tawa restaurant in kharghar, sector 21, hariom heritage. The restaurant had illegally occupied the footpath and abuses residents who ask this question. Cidco is never serious about this issue and never issues any warning to restaurant. They also have an illegal duct emitting smoke from the chimney which is a serious inconvenience in residential araw. Please look into this

We residents of sector 9 ulwe are requesting cidco to please turn on the street lights. There is absolutely no street light in the while of sector 9 ulwe!
It’s a humble request to please turn on the street lights at night!
Ladies feel insecure at nights, what a shame such a big municipal authority is not taking any initiative to light up their node!

Hi,

My flat is in gopal krishna chs, plot no.36, sector-16, new panvel. There is always watersupply problem in our society and according to maintnance its 24 hours water suply. But i smell something is very wrong here like water mafia as how come water supplies only for 2 hour in morning and in night. This unacceptable as this happens continuously and we dont know the reason. I definitely think our secretory and chairman are involve in this, so requesting cidco to look into this matter as soon as possible.

Hi we are all troubled by mosquitoes. There are lots of mosquitoes in karanjade area sector 4. Please spray insecticides to kill them. We are not able to sleep at nights. Small children and old people are troubled to a great extent. Please act before these mosquitoes become the source of various diseases.

I am staying at kharghar sector 7 from last 2 year. There has been lot of emission in midnight and causing health issue at our home. I am suffering from allergy due to suffocating gases. Emission has increased day by day. The gases are coming from taloja or juinagar mainly causing air pollution in kharghar. Authorities are requested to take action for the increasing air pollution and close the factories emanating gaseous smells.

I have submitted my application for cidco mortgage noc on 29th dec 2017. And according to the rule it has to be done within 7 days. Now it has been over 12 days, it is yet pending.
I visited office several times but i did not get any reponse. They kept on saying that you will get it in some days.
But according to my knowledge as i got to know from agents, cidco department asks for bribe to complete their assignment nearly 10000 rupees, even if you have proper documentation.
I want file complaint against their lazynees and incompetancy.

Since 3 days we are getting water supply only for 20 to 30 minutes in a day?
How come? Because before that we were getting water for whole days use in our area now
Society members sayin midc distributing water only for 20 to 30 minutes in a day?
Kindly explain and resolve this issue.

Street lights are not working at sector 24, 26 taloja phase-2
No street light is working at sector 24, 26 taloja phase-2,

Sector 24, 26 taloja phase-2 is almost very less crowded place and at night we found whole area become dark due to non working street lights whereas anything wrong can be happened with women and children s,
People staying at sector 24, 26 taloja phase-2 are really worrying about there families and there safety. We request you please take the needful action at the earliest.
We the resident of sector 24, 26 taloja phase-2 are requesting you please fix our problem as soon as possible.

Today dt[protected] i need marriage certificate for that i visited to particular department in amc aurangabad located at cidco area for application form & require documents, he just given me form and said for further information you need to go near by particular xerox center and buy information & required documents list.
Similarly all dept are following same process and suggesting to visit xerox center that is only one in this area.
Amc servant not doing his full job, bcoz when i visited that xerox person he had full rush to give required documents list xerox worth ₹ 2 -10 each.
Amc has to provide this information without any cost.

I have currently rented a flat at cidco unnati ulwe. But after i shifted here, came to know that there is always water problem here.
No regular supply of water is there. Within 2 days, i have observed that water available only at morning or for few hours at evening.
Its really frustrating, that after developing such a society, you don't have yet proper water management.
I don't knowthat for what purpose you people are taking society management charges from owners of flat.

I, mr. Dinkar warang, resident of durvankur chs ltd plot no 79 kalundre panvel our society face the problem of drainage water leakage through our building safety tank since last four months. Due to heavy water leakage drainage water spread on the road. So all the people around this area suffering from bad smell and health related issues.
So i requesting to you please take action on this problem and give permanent solution on this problem.
