On march 29th by 19:01pm, i have attempted to withdraw rs. 9000 and rs. 3000 from cub atm near srm university. First transaction of rs. 9000 was successfully dispensed, but the second transaction rs. 3000 was not dispensed and timeout error displayed in the screen. I have received an sms from my standard chartered bank that the amount is debited from my account. Still my amount of rs. 3000 has not been reversed to my account.
Kindly credit my the amount back in my account.
And let me know how long it will take to refund my amount, since other banks like hdfc, icici will refund within next 5-10 mins if this error occurs.

The refund was initiated, i gave this account to get back refund money rs.799. But i didn't get any refund so far. I called amazon customer care, they said refund was done.. You have to ask cub customer care and they give refernece number. So kindly refund the money to my account.

      Fraudulent entry for rs.295/-

      I have been maintaining account no.[protected] against my deposits at your branch. On verification of account statement there is a debit of rs.295.00 charged in my account on 11.12.2018.in this regard, i have to inform you that the transaction was not related to me. Hence i would like to know the full details of the said transaction which was not related to me. Also, i would like to know why such unauthorised debits are raised without customer knowledge and who is responsible for such malpractices. Please give your full details in this regard.

      Also i request you to reverse the extraneous entry dated 11.12.18 of rs.295/- together with interest at the earliest under advice to me.

        When i tried to withdraw an amount of rs 800 from my near city union bank atm, the atm machine went offline but the money was deducted from my bank account. The bank from which i tried to withdraw the money is also the city union bank account.
        So i need a refund of rs 800.

              Having obtained the phone numbers of its customers, what prevented the bank employee to clarify with its customers over phone before dishonouring his/her cheque.
              By simply dishonouring the cheque for flimsy reasons, i lost peace of mind besides penal charges amounting to several hundreds at both end.
              Who will compensate the loss sustained by me because of the negligence services of this kind of bank employees.

                Sir/madam, i am a teacher working at dr. Nalli kuppusamy vivekananda vidyalaya junior college, korattur. The salary account of all the staffs working in the school including me is held at the city union bank, korattur branch which is situate opposite to the school. My savings bank account number is [protected].
                Recently, i availed a car loan from sundaram finance limited and issued cheques towards repayment of installment amount. When the cheque was presented for payment by sundaram finance, the bank has dishonoured the same for the alleged reasons "signature differs". If the signature was really differerd, the bank could have called me over phone either to confirm the issuance of cheque by me or clarified about the variance of signature before taking a call. But, without caring about its customer's honour, the bank has simply dishonour of cheque in a completely negligent manner. The attitude of the bank has caused me untold hardship, mental agony, but also monetary loss in the form of penal charges at both ends. The attitude of the bank employees are most careless, deliberate and dishonest. His is totally not acceptable. Because of the negligent attitude of bank, not only i lost my reputation but also peace of mind. Though my sufferance can not be measured in terms of money, i should be suitably compensated at least to make good the loss suffered by me.

                        I have used phonepe for a transaction and it got failed but money also deducted. when I have raised complain in the phonepe, they are telling that your refund amount is credited to your account please contact my bank.
                        I've transferred 12, 000 two times through gepay and paytm with UPI reference no.[protected] &[protected]. The amount (Rs.24, 000) were debited from my account (Acc no. [protected]) but not received on the receiver side.

                            I just swiped the card yet my amount is not refunded. I called the customer care n number of times. They didn't pick up the call. I want my money to be refunded. And one more issue whenever i use atm transcation on cub worst i got treared notes. Atm is not accepting the old note they reject. But how could they give teared notes. Due to late payment. How to get noc from this bank with reasonable payment. So many communications made with bank but they treated the consumer in a correct way. Hence the consumer get upset and he is noway to come out of the issue. Kindly guide us how to overcome this problem with actual payment

                                I was charged Rs 500 as a appraiser charge for loan amount of rupees 1 lakh on loan account number 2019-137.

                                I want my amount to returned to me and I request to take necessary action on concern person .

                                  I have transferred rs.3000 from this a/c. No to my sbi a/c. No. [protected] on 22.01.2019 at 10.24 pm using cub bhim app. I hv rec'd a msg that the amount has been debited, but still now it not get credited to my sbi account. I doesn't know the reason.

                                  Pls kindly do the needful for the amt get credited to either any one of my account.

                                  I didn't get any debited message but I could not find how money was cut from my account. After I applied for my new card it came by post if money was debited for that I didn't get any message.
