Disappointing service and attitude

Very bad quality sim cards very delivered to us from Clay Sims. We had booked 2 european sim cards online and cleared all the dues pertaining to those sims cards since they were prepaid. When we got the sims delivered, they were broken on edges and looked really old. So we called the customer support team to replace them and they outright refused saying that the sale is closed. The most useless international sim cards that I have used so far

I bought a clay international sim card thinking that it would solve my communication issues in malaysia. Instead it aggravated my issues. The sim card stopped working after 2 days. Despite my several calls to their support team, nobody worked towards providing the solution or working towards it. I wasted so much time and effort on an international sim card that worked pathetically for 2 days....

Very bad and poor management of complaints

My daughter who was using clay sim’s european sim card was facing constant issues connecting to any call. Despite several emails and calls, these guys took their sweet time to revert and to even then take action on the complaint that we raised. Most inconsiderate telecom company ever

get a clay international sim card and get ripped off on your billed amount — on everyone’s recommendation, i went ahead and bought a clay sim card for us. So basically first, they charged some 10, 000 rs on my credit card saying its for security reasons and they’re blocking the money not really charging it. then when i started using their sim card in san fransisco, i experienced recurrent call drops, poor network and obviously everytime...

Most pathetic experience with Clay

I went on a vacation to Singapore and decided to get a Clay Sim Card to call home. By far the most pathetic experience with these guys. Average services at exorbitant prices and then while billing me, they have very conveniently over charged me, which is not as per plan! The bill includes calls which I have not even made! Harassment

My father in law took a Sim from them and since then I have been harassed by their employee by asking for more money and talking in extremely rude manner. In particular Shivam Bhardwaj. This harassment has happened over last 3 years. This is a highly unprofessional company and I would not recommend to anybody. Not worth using Clay Sims

Bad experience of using clay in Melbourne

After all the monies we spent on buying a Clay International sim card, our experience while using it was below average and at points really bad. Their network in Melbourne was bad. And when you call their support team back in India, it seems like they don’t want to help you with your issue. Clay sim Card Service is Useless

Clay Sim cards are pretty useless when it comes to using them in Europe. I bought a deal for 4, 000/- Rs with unlimited incoming calls and some 1000 SMS free locally and for India. I was pretty stoked that this was one of the best deals that I had come across so far, only to realize what a fail it was once I started using the number in Netherlands. Careless Saff and their attitude

Clay International Sim Cards have been the worst travel option for me. In the recent times also I have tried their services, but this time my experience with them was extremely poor. Very rude staff

Clay Telecom is the worst customer service ever! Their staff is extremely rude if you ask them just more than one question and the best time pass for them is to put your call on hold, as if they the call is free and nobody is being charged. It took me close to 3 weeks to get my money refunded and nevr am I ever going to waste my time effort and most importantly money on clay sims....

I have taken international sim card (499 inr plan) for philippines from rgia hyderabad in the month of may 2016. I got the invoice was for 3497 inr + taxes which is wrong. They say it was happened by mistake and they will refund the difference amount when i called their customer care. By now it is almost 10 months time, i didnt get any refund from clay....

International sim card prepaid no refund

I purchased a UK SIM (order no: 35836) at Delhi Airport for Rs. 1500/- on 19th Feb 2017. It was pre-activated SIM and supposed to work in the UK.

After landing in London i was able to use the SIM for three calls (2 local and 1 international) and some data.

The SIM is registered but does not connect to the network. The Expert team tried calling me and fix but no help.

Clay Sim- Fraud company

Its better not to use clay sim cards at all because come what may, they never seem to work. But they are highly capable of sending you incorrect and inflated bills to put a massive dent in your pockets. This is exactly what I went through after using their pathetic sim card in Singapore.
