Clay telecom has useless connection! I went to europe and used their global sim as i would be travelling to many places in europe and didn’t want to keep multiple sims! Guys, trust me you never want to go in for clay telecom. Out of the 30 days i was there my connection worked only for 10 but they are now charging me for entire month! Very bad and pathetic service.

    There is no outgoing and incoming call service o my phone. There is no network. Last two days the service is off. The representative who sold me the sim told me that, there is unlimited incoming and outgoing service for one month period. It's hardly even one week the network not working . Please respond without delay and clear my query and let my mobile restore in working condition. I'm very angry and irritated with this service.I have sent so many times but no response.Please try to make it solve as soon as possible. It really helpless condition from my side. The customer service is worst and their is no reply from your side. Please Please do active my phone. Internet is working in my phone but no incoming and outgoing.

      Clay Telecom has the worst customer service that I have seen so far! I am still trying to get my $100 refunded that I had used to recharge my phone some 3 months back, but because my sim stopped working all together I couldn’t use the money!! None of their customer care people have been of any help. They just keep transfereing my call to someone new everytime that I call them. And till date I have got no constructive answer from their end. Its really disappointing that u make money off your customers like this! For all friends, please do not go for Clay Telecom!

        Think twice and be cautious while taking clay sim for foreign travel. During my recent visit to china, i got their prepaid data sim with 5 gb of 4g data and followed by unlimited 2g data for which i paid 2999 rs (Extra for validity of 8 days). But on lending there, first i found that sim was not connecting to any network, but after many tries, it connected to only one network china mobile and that also 2g data. Speed was so slow that practically useless. I immediately wrote email to cutomercare for help on given email address, they replied after a day asking with some instructions which i already followed but again tried but same result. I contacted the person who sold the sim to me but of no help. Ultimately, i had to buy local sim at 250 rmb. So be cautious while buying clay sims for foreign travel as they have zero service back up and no responsibility.

          No communication from anyone from big name as clay network... Biggest dissaster for company is kamla pathak who cheats customer wihtout any fear... So so disappointed.

            The sim plan for Dubai which has been agreed with you was INR 599/- per day (all inclusive) for 4 days plus AED 1.5 for additional extra minute over 100 mins daily.

            Therefore, the amount payable is INR 2400/- as against the bill of INR 28, 226/-. The GPRS has been levied in India for INR 17k which is not communicated by your representative

            We have already found few call duplications and which has been already shared and acknowledged by you.


            We would therefore like you to submit the revised bill.

              Clay Telecom is the worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get my $50 which I used to recharge my phone 6 months back!! None of their customer care execs have been of any help. They just keep making me talk to some one new all the times. I am sure you dont care about any customer, just about making money! For all friends, please do not go for Clay Telecom!

                I have used clay international sims just once so far and my experience with it was terrible enough to not use it again... I was in London for about 5 weeks using their network sim. Out of those 5 weeks, where after 1 week itself I had to buy myself a local prepaid sim card from London itself, spent about an extra 10 pounds on it because the clay sim card worked and didn’t work at random intervals.. The network quality was very bad poor... I got tired and fed up of trying to connect to their customer care and ultimately I had to email them to disconnect my services while I was still in London. Funny was that I was asked to justify the reason for my disconnection and that they would charge me rentals for all the 5 weeks that I had rented the sim for. After enough tussle and argument I got charged for just some 10 days and nothing more. But the point is why go through this torture when you can absolutely avoid this. Very poor experience

                  I have bought 2 sim card from Chennai airport, they said 1 year validity with 200 mins local & international free, but i'm seeing constant problem with this sim card .
                  1. Sim card no registered in my name.
                  2. Plan what they said its not there. only 45 mins local & inter calls.
                  3.Now sim card registration cancelled.
                  4.If i go to customer care, they are not even responding.

                    Firstly my experience wasn’t great as was promised from these guys. Their network was bad and now when I see the bill that they have charged is a shock. Rs 25000 for 7 days in Singapore. I have been constantly and emailing calling Mr Rao and also their customer care n for an explanation but its all a waste. On the contrary when I logged in for a new inquiry for a sim card for US, from my wife’s number I got an instant revert and also got arranged a call to understand my needs. Imagine my anger that when it comes to owning to their mistakes these guys act like this, but when they want to fool a customer again, they are super quick in their responses. Can someone help me here?

                      This is regarding fraud happen with me at clay hyderabad airport. Kindly go through whole text once.

                      On 4th May I was travelling to Indonesia from hyderabad and my flight was 00:55 am. I went to clay counter. A person told me i can give you zero rental sim cards because i was not interested in his plan which he shows me previously.

                      He told in zero rental plan you have to pay only call which you are making in that country. And also he offered me 999 unlimited internet plan. So I had opt unlimited 999 internet plan on one sim and other sim was with zero rental. I had asked him many times, this is zero rental only? he replied Yes only tax you need to pay which is 14%. and my travel date was 4th may'16 to 10th may'16

                      One day I got mail when i was in bali in that they mentioned my travel date wrongly (7thmay to 13thmay) I replied to mentioned email id. with all this stuff about date and plan.
                      But i Didn't get any response from clay end.

                      Now when I got bill, i dont know how they had made to 2400 INR bill. Yesterday i replied to mentioned email id and asked them how it was claculated. But didn't get any reply.

                      today they had transact on my card with out my permission. How you people can swipe my card?

                      When I call to customer care, he was saying there is no zero rental plan and you had charged for one week plan which is 1499. I told him but i didnt ask for that plan, then customer care people told me you had signed on paper.

                      Why this fraud happening at hyderabad airport???
                      he told 999 internet plan and give me 1499 plan? and also you had cut my amount with out asking me??
                      is this type of service you people do?
                      They did transaction on my credit card with out asking me.

                      Now these people dont have answer for me.

                      At hyderabad airport representative asked me sign for your zero rental plan and internet service. In airport We dont have time to read all these document and he also asked credit card photocopy too.

                      Now customer care people saying sir you signed on paper for this plan.

                      THis is cheating going on there. I really hate this.

                      Please sir help me in this ASAP
                      As I already gave money to them which was forcefull as with out asking me to pay.

                        Really bad services from Clay Sim Cards --- I paid a lot of money to stay connected with my family when I was traveling to Australia, but I experienced the exact opposite with clay international sim cards.. I paid a lot for my data and call services to be activated on the Australian sim card, and that sim card completely shut down after a week. The only way that I used my phone was when I was on wifi. My emails to their customer care went unattended and even on the call they didn’t have solution to offer. If you are wondering my sim card didn’t work but I sure did land up paying rentals for the 25 days which they considered it as a fair charge. Absolutely regretted using their services.

                          Clay Sims have been the most unreliable international sim cards despite being a postpaid service.. Poor delivery on every aspect of connectivity. Firstly I had to fill my forms twice because my data was lost the first time I filled and signed the forms. Secondly once I started using their network in Singapore I realized what my friends were warning me about. Very poor services, rude customer executives to deal with. I would recommend using a local Singtel sim card from Singapore and saving up on it than using one from clay who tend to send you bills that are twice as much. Choose wisely guys..

                            i am sivaprasad n and i purchased the clay sim[protected] for germany country in delhi airport on 3rd may with the reacharge 1499 plan.

                            today i reached to germany and i couldn't able to make a call and getting the error message "no rate available" .

                            when i am checking the balance, it showing 12.39 .

                            please resopned as soon as possible and solve my issue.

                              I purchased 2 sims 1recharge vou fromVikas Nagar, sr.sales officer chanel sales mob no-[protected] in the month of july 2015. but both the the were not activated.I informed the matter to Sri Nagar but no refund was made.the sims were of Thaland and Malayesia of Rs. 1820.                                 I was tricked into buying a student connection from Clay Telecom.!! The sales guy, Aakash while pitching said the most amazing features and convenience stories o[censored]sing a student plan from clay sims.. that they are discounted and always there customer support and really cheap as well.. My first bill came after 30 days and I was in shock !! 20k for a month and they blocked my telephone and data services until we cleared the bill!! The bill was inflated by a almost 1.5 times than the usual with data services charged for twice as much as I had activated them for. My sim didn’t work for the first 3 days in UK for which the calls were charged!! It will be the worst for anyone to use any kind of services Clay provides !

                                Clay Sim — Clay sim not reliable at all. 

                                Used clay international sim in Thailand and was .. No signals whatsoever and total waste of money! Not reliable at all.

                                Simply horrible!!!

                                I was travelling with my wife to Malaysia and opted for a Clay sim card. It was a more than pathetic experience with the network connectivity in every nook and corner of Malaysia and all the Islands we roomed around. Simply horrible!!!

                                  I went on a vacation to Singapore and used a Clay sim card to call home. It was a headache to use their sim card. Firstly, very poor network. Like hardly there was any network on my phone. Secondly, they have over charged me, and that too which doesn’t follow the plan that I chose to use.! The bill includes calls which I have not even made! I got billed for 9756/- rs for calls I didn’t make, for plan that I didn’t choose and for network that wasn’t there. This is a horrible company and honestly would never recommend Clay Sim cards to anyone.

                                    Clay Telecom has the worst customer service seriously! I have been trying to get my refund of Rs 3500/- which I was overcharged 2 months back when I had used their sim card in Malaysia. Depsite them agreeing to overcharging my bill by the amount and promising the refund within 3 working days, its been 2 months now and there has been no action from their end. None of their customer care executives have been of any help. They just keep making me talk to someone new all the times. I am sure they dont care about any customer, after pocketing the monies! Its more of a torture than ease o[censored]sing their sim cards anywhere.. Really bad experience.

                                      I bought two sim cards on 25th Dec 2015 in Chennai airport from clay tele-communications. where i submitted my address & id proof, but still this numbers are not registered in my name, were i finding difficulties, when i call to customer care, they are asking sim card owners name & DOB which i don't know & not able to query or file complaints.Kindly do the needful ASAP

                                      Its more than 10 days still you are finding difficulty in rectify the problem, this makes customer disappointment.

                                      I have bought 2 sim card from Chennai airport, they said 1 year validity with 200 mins local & international free, but i'm seeing constant problem with this sim card .
                                      1. Sim card no registered in my name.
                                      2. Plan what they said its not there. only 45 mins local & inter calls.
                                      3.Now sim card registration cancelled.
                                      4.If i go to customer care, they are not even responding.
                                      This being for two days, i have registered mobile to all banks, license & all id's. Worst company. i want this to be sorted out ASAP or else i will file a police compliant here against Clay tele communication & the sim card company.

                                        I believe Clay sim has a huge data base and thats precisely the reason what they don’t give a about customer grievances. Its sales team is only looking at getting more customers to con them of their monies. Recently i flew to Thailand and took a clay sim card and trust me when i say it was junk. I barely had any signals on my phone and cud never get thru the customer care. It was such a bad experience using a clay sim card.
