Not dependable at all

Clay telecom has useless connection! I went to europe and used their global sim as i would be travelling to many places in europe and didn’t want to keep multiple sims! Guys, trust me you never want to go in for clay telecom. Out of the 30 days i was there my connection worked only for 10 but they are now charging me for entire month! Very bad and pathetic service....

Poor services

Clay Telecom has the worst customer service that I have seen so far! I am still trying to get my $100 refunded that I had used to recharge my phone some 3 months back, but because my sim stopped working all together I couldn’t use the money!! None of their customer care people have been of any help. They just keep transfereing my call to someone new everytime that I call them. And till date I have got no constructive answer from their end....

Think twice and be cautious while taking clay sim for foreign travel. During my recent visit to china, i got their prepaid data sim with 5 gb of 4g data and followed by unlimited 2g data for which i paid 2999 rs (Extra for validity of 8 days). But on lending there, first i found that sim was not connecting to any network, but after many tries, it connected to only one network china mobile and that also 2g data. Careless services

Clay Telecom is the worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get my $50 which I used to recharge my phone 6 months back!! None of their customer care execs have been of any help. They just keep making me talk to some one new all the times. I am sure you dont care about any customer, just about making money! For all friends, please do not go for Clay Telecom!...

Bad service

I have used clay international sims just once so far and my experience with it was terrible enough to not use it again... I was in London for about 5 weeks using their network sim. Out of those 5 weeks, where after 1 week itself I had to buy myself a local prepaid sim card from London itself, spent about an extra 10 pounds on it because the clay sim card worked and didn’t work at random intervals.. The network quality was very bad poor......

Sim card cancellation

I have bought 2 sim card from Chennai airport, they said 1 year validity with 200 mins local & international free, but i'm seeing constant problem with this sim card .
1. Sim card no registered in my name.
2. Plan what they said its not there. only 45 mins local & inter calls.
3.Now sim card registration cancelled.
4.If i go to customer care, they are not even responding....

Terrible customer services from clay sims

Firstly my experience wasn’t great as was promised from these guys. Their network was bad and now when I see the bill that they have charged is a shock. Rs 25000 for 7 days in Singapore. I have been constantly and emailing calling Mr Rao and also their customer care n for an explanation but its all a waste. Not worth buying clay services

Really bad services from Clay Sim Cards --- I paid a lot of money to stay connected with my family when I was traveling to Australia, but I experienced the exact opposite with clay international sim cards.. Pathetic Services

Clay Sims have been the most unreliable international sim cards despite being a postpaid service.. Poor delivery on every aspect of connectivity. Firstly I had to fill my forms twice because my data was lost the first time I filled and signed the forms. today i reached to germany and i couldn't able to make a call and getting the error message "no rate available" .

Cheap company with arrogant staff

I was tricked into buying a student connection from Clay Telecom.!! The sales guy, Aakash while pitching said the most amazing features and convenience stories o[censored]sing a student plan from clay sims.. that they are discounted and always there customer support and really cheap as well.. Would never recommend clay sim cards to anyone.

I went on a vacation to Singapore and used a Clay sim card to call home. It was a headache to use their sim card. Firstly, very poor network. Like hardly there was any network on my phone. Secondly, they have over charged me, and that too which doesn’t follow the plan that I chose to use.! The bill includes calls which I have not even made! Clay telecom has the worst customer service

Clay Telecom has the worst customer service seriously! I have been trying to get my refund of Rs 3500/- which I was overcharged 2 months back when I had used their sim card in Malaysia. Depsite them agreeing to overcharging my bill by the amount and promising the refund within 3 working days, its been 2 months now and there has been no action from their end. Such a bad experience using a clay sim card.

I believe Clay sim has a huge data base and thats precisely the reason what they don’t give a about customer grievances. Its sales team is only looking at getting more customers to con them of their monies. Recently i flew to Thailand and took a clay sim card and trust me when i say it was junk. I barely had any signals on my phone and cud never get thru the customer care. It was such a bad experience using a clay sim card....
