Most pathetic services --- we were traveling to the US and my husband bought a clay international sim for using it there. We had specially told them that we would be staying mostly in Florida so we need a number accordingly. When we got there and activated the number it said we would have to call our customer care to activate it. While we were told it's a pre activated post paid sim, we still called the customer care back in India only to realise that the sim carried a Louisiana number instead Florida. They were not ready to help us with changing the number and it was a total waste for us to carry that international sim. If these guys can't even get their numbers straight, what's the point. They would have conveniently billed us heavily on it's usage and blamed it on us. Total let down

          The most over rated international SIM card service. I used a clay sim for Thailand after hearing so much about their service from my colleagues. But With my experience they are the most over rated and expensive service. Poor network and for local calls it's really expensive as well. Bad experience

            I decided to use a clay international SIM card for UK with their view that I would save some money on local calls since my calling was mainly within London itself. Turns out I was highly mistaken! They have billed me Rs 15000 for a 10 days only for local calls. It's a headache to deal with them for corrections now. First and last experience for me!!

              Clay has really poor reception--- I was traveling to Malaysia and to stay connected I bought a clay SIM card for about 5 days. I have to say I haven't used such bad cellular services in my life. There was practically no reception at any given time. Connecting a call was a task. Very bad experience with clay sims.

              Worst network coverage in Germany !

              If you ever happen to use Clay sim cards, for Germany be rest assured that you will experience the worst network coverage and dragging data services. Clay Sim Cards is that worse there!!

                I gave my credit card details and made the biggest mistake with clay SIM cards. Even after clearing my bill worth 5467/- rs with clay for my Singapore, they again charged my card for charges against some US number. A number that I didn't use, infact haven't traveled to US! Clay sims can't be trusted with customer information as sensitive as credit card details. It's taken me 25 days to explain their mistake to them. Totally unacceptable and never using them again

                  Clay SIM cards worst possible--- I have had the most sick experience of my travels using a clay international sim.. Everything was hunky dorey when they came to sell the SIM card. I bought a SIM card for Australia. I was told that the network is excellent and there won't be any issue with the sim. Everything was a sales pitch. When I inserted the sim to make my first call, it said I need to clear my previous dues to continue services! It came to me as a shocker! I dropped in emails, as I cudnt call the customer care and they kept on saying they will take is matter on priority. After 4 days I got the sim working with an email that ur issue has been resolved. By that time I had bought a prepaid number locally and was happy using it. With this experience I will let everyone know of their pathetic ways of servicing people

                    I used Clay sim card during my Europe tour in June this year. The service worked flawlessly and was connected throughout my trip. I had this problem in using the data. Somehow it wasn’t getting activated. My account manager Koyal resolved the issue really fast. She was actively involved in handling my matter and I should not had been hassled during my trip. Rest the services were fine and connectivity was excellent.

                      I purchased Clay Telecom sim card on 12th July. Package included 250 mb internet. Internet never worked in USA and even after reaching multiple times to clay telecom there was no resolution provided. Continuous attempts to reach clay telecom to provde resolution resulted in failure. They don't have the gut's to respond at all. Clay telecom should return my money back USA Sim No.[protected]

                      is the major culprit who sold the sim
                      Surendar agreed to credit back Rs 600 couple of weeks back and has not replied back. You all are pretty good in ensuring that you respond to feedback and then sleep accordingly.

                      Can you please tell me clearly and confidently when will the amount be returned?

                        Sharing ur details with clay sims will be biggest blunder you could make--- they charged my card three times in a row with different amounts under different sims.. While I had just used the sim for US and had also cleared my bill. On inquiring this fraud, their manager said it was a mistake that the system did and they would refund the money. And now am writing to them over and over again for a refund. It became a headache to use clay sims, really and I am still paying for that.

                          Bought a clay sim and regretted it completely. Was such poor service that it was impossible to connect to a call most of the times. Inspite of calling the customer services so many times, they didn't think it was necessary to give me am answer for this. Using a clay international sim was a total let down.

                            I was looking for a 3 month plan for UK and my colleague asked me to use a clay SIM card. He had some good things to say about it, so I bought one on his recommendation. It was a teally bad experience for me. After landing my sim didn't work for 8 hours despite calling and hearing that it will happen in an hour. My first month bill was around 15k! Insanely high and my usage was peanuts. After checking the bill closely I saw that the duration was tampered with. It was only after the first month experience that I got the plan canceled and bought a sim locally which was much faster and cheaper.

                              Never using clay sims again-- they are not at all cheap, really expensive. I landed up paying 9k for 3 days for a place like Thailand. This is when I was not making calls, had a data pack activated, for which I had paid extra and still they billed me 9k.

                                I would have rather bought a SIM card in Europe than used the clay sim I used for Europe. Call rates were so high and the quality of services was so poor. My friend who was using a locally purchased sim was much happier by paying just 5euros and enjoying excellent services.

                                  I took a prepaid SIM for london delivered at the airport, however, SIM was not activated when reached london. I managed to call Clay team and requested to help... fortunately, after few hours of battle clay SIM card got activated and worked. Thanks to Clay Team for the support in terms of resolving it, else my business trip would have spoiled. Delhi

                                    Clay Sim Card Customer Rating is 0 for me --- I had taken a clay international sim for China and i have to say that their customer services are really poor. I called them as my sim had stopped receiving signals mid day and whatever i did, nothing was helping. Instead of helping me, they kept on transferring my call frist from the technical team to the customer service team and ultimately said that this was a technical glitch which would be sorted in a days time and then hung up. The issue didnt get resolved for 3 days and despite several emails and calls, nothing changed or infact there was no help from their end at all.

                                      Very bad service --- Instead of convenience, using a clay internatonal sim card was more of a headache. I was using it in London and was such bad service. I could barely use it for facetime or sometimes even text wouldn’t deliver. Calling their customer service for help was also such a waste as they asked me change my handset as it was a handset problem. Well i did try oing that as well, tried it in my friends iphone and same issue. Never using their service again. Was really terrible.

                                        Just awful service – I had taken a pre paid sim card from Clay International sims and it was just so awful. The first 2 days were fine but then call drops became a regular feature and everytime i would switch on my data, it would ask me to recharge again despite the fact that there was already a data pack activated on my number. I wished i had used my Mumbai number only that would have been more convenient really. Wouldn’t recommend using Clay Sims to anay traveller.
