Non refund of excess amount

I had taken SIM Card for travel to Europe from Clay Telecom in July 2015. They took a deposit of Rs. 5000 with my credit card. My bill was Rs. 3160. They are supposed to refund the excess amount as per discussion with the agent at the time of taking the SIM Card. Despite atleast 10 mails, there is no response. I would not advise to use this company. Better stick to Matrix....

Dear Sir/Madam

During my visit to Hong Kong in the month of Aug 2015 I have purchased two sim card from a local Agent of Clay Telecom. After submitting relevant documents required by them.

During returning from Hong Kong I found they have deducted Rs. 10, 000 from my credit card without my approval.

After my several reminders they sent a mail with billing details for both the sim card totaling...

Clay sims and their overly charger bills

Clay sims and their overly charger bills --- I had used a clay sim for China and returned it well in time.. I got tge first bill around month end which close to some 6000 rs which was fair as per my usage. Again after 15 days my card was charged for some 5500 rs for which i got no bills. I called their customer centre and asked for a document that stated the usage against 5500 rs. There was bo response on email or a hard copy or anything.....

Clay sim cards were literally the worst thing to happen

Clay sim cards were literally the worst thing to happen to me on my trip to Istanbul.. Such terrible services, that its unbelievable. I called their service help center like a zillion times only to get through them once. And that once was a headache in itself. I was seeking help with my poor network and all the representative replied to some question itself, about data and plans. Such incompetent services and that too charged for a high price....

Its advisable not to use clay sim cards at all than rely on them for convenience. I had a terrible time trying to get signals on my phone when I was in Malaysia. I couldn’t use the phone for 4 days out of the 5 days that I took it for and then I was emailed a bill of Rs 1500/- for my usage. We got charged twice for the same number with different dates

We got charged twice for the same number with different dates ---- You use clay sim cards once but you land up paying twice for the same number and on different dates. We’d used a clay sim card in London from 1st September and returned it on the 15th September. Pathetic customer service, twice billing and no refund since more than 7 months! I used their monthly unlimited plan while I travelled to the U.S. for a fortnight in the month of March, 2015. Sim cards are the most untrustworthy services

Clay International sim cards are the most untrustworthy services that I could have used in Malaysia. Signals and call drops were constant issues which weren’t addressed despite several calls to their customer care. If this is the kind of services they provide for international travelers who seek convenience, I would rate them 1 on a scale of 10. Absolutely terrible....

Clay sim have constant issues with the network

I used clay sim card services in London and they were really bad. There were perpetually constant issues with the network. Calling the customer care was equally difficult mainly because it took them 2 days to revert on my email with this concern in a single line that said that they are looking into it.    Really unprofessional and useless services by clay telecom-- I had placed an order online to buy a clay sim for Europe and turned out that they'd sent me a SIM card that never worked here in India as well. Since I wanted to sure if the sim worked at all, I tried using it here in Hyderabad but no signals. Clay SIM cards have the worst customer service--- I had bought their SIM card services for London and had specifically asked for a plan with more data limit than regular.. Turned out that after a 4 days I exhausted all the data on my plan and how I got to know was through the email they sent that now my data will be charged.. I paid an additional 3500 for 3GB data and after calling the customer services they said that it hasn't been activated...

Clay SIM cards worst possible

I have never had such a bad experience with any service provider than what I had with clay SIM cards. I was using their service for Singapore and after every third day, they would send me an email for pending bill against that I was still using in Singapore. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care and everytime they told me they will look into and I am still get those irritating payments emails....

Pathetic services and they do not honour contracts well-- my son was using a clay sim in London, specially the student plan. Their service was very bad and very expensive at the same time. I remember paying 26000 for a month against usage charges.. I finally decided to discontinue with their services, even cleared the rentals to get rid of their services.
