Hi Team,

I need your help in escalating this case, I have been working with Mr. Prashant for rectification of my Incorrect Invoices since one year and now I have heard a positive response from him. He confirmed that refunds would be processed within 20-25 days.

Considering the issue pending for such a long time, I request some one in senior management to look into this matter and get me the refund as soon as possible. I cannot wait for 20 more days to get the refund cheque.

Can you please provide me the Top Management contact whom I can reach out and get this done quickly.

    On 27 Dec 2015 on my way to Dubai, I had taken a prepaid UAE SIM card No- [protected] I was told that I will be able to make calls to India. When I landed there I could make calls within UAE, receive all calls but could not call to India or anywhere else. Etisalat informed us that it was not activated. We had to pay 50 AED there for us to use this card. I had paid 1999/- rupees for the card at Chennai Airport. CLAY TELECOM IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY REFUND REQUESTS. BEWARE OF CLAY TELECOM

      I was travelling to Germany and opted for a Clay sim card and let me tell you it was a bad experience using that clay sim card. My phone stopped working after a day and when i contacted their customer care, they simply said i have exceeded my bill limit and disconnected. How is it practically possible to exceed the limit of Rs 10000/- in one day !!! Not only did they mess up my bill but also wasted 4 days of follow up to get it corrected. Clay is a horrible company to deal with.

        I was told by the sales person from clay sim cards that my international sim card for Germany would start working the moment I would land and change my sim card and also that he had tested the sim and got it for me. He took all my details and also charged my card initially for some 5000 rs as security money. And now I feel cheated … I have been here in Germany for more than 4 days now, still trying to get that clay sim card activated and the customer staff is of no use at all. I have nowhere to complain now and all m left is with this stupid sim card that doesn’t work. So clay sim cards, you guys suck big time and I want all my money back…

          Bought a clay sim card in delhi and it turned out to be a bad choice --- opted to use a clay sim card in London only to avoid massive bills, but it turned into an overall bad expereicence. Network was unusually low most of the times, despite calling their customer centre so many times, they didn’t help. Anyhows because I had paid for their services, I continued using ensuring I was using it minimalistic. I came back to india to a bill of close to 21, 000/- rs. That was even more than what I usually spend on my indian number there. With no network and mostly receiving calls, I was billed to the tune of 21, 000/- rs. Clearly cheating the customer on bills. Its taken me more than a week to follow up on my itemised bill with no response yet. Never using a clay sim card again.

            I used a clay international sim and my experience with their services was just horrible. I landed in Australia with a dysfunctional sim card. I tried whatsoever to get it started it just wouldn’t. I finally emailed because I had no access to my phone and I got a revert after a day on that email saying that they will look into this matter and I should not worry about it, that it was a minor glitch. My sim didn’t work for the first 7 days of my trip, even though I had paid rentals for it. The remaining days, the services were on and off. Poor data topped the charts. Despite paying so much for the plan what I got I return was really crappy. Never recommending this to anyone.

              I purchased two sims from clay telecom for my singapore trip in may 2015. And i used those sims on basic sets ( one doesnt had gprs facility and on other i deactivated the gprs settings ) . But still the company has raised gprs charges on me . When i asked thier manager vikas dwidedi, he replied that query has been raised and i will get the refund due to me after sorting out the issues . But till date company is mailing me the unrectified bills . Instead of checking thoroughly the complaint made, they are sending mails. Its so pathetic . Will never /suggest/buy sim from clay telecom .

                The worst services that I have experienced so far --- I was using a clay sim card for USA and was on 15$/15 day plan which was almost paying 2000/- rental per month. I bought the sim card on 25th September and was told that the rentals would be charged for 5 days only for September. I got my first bill in the first week of October where entire months rental was charged and when I asked them for this calculation I was told the billing cycle is from the 1st- 30th of the month but from next month they will adjust this excess rental charged. Next month was the same story, full rentals and the previous one wasn’t adjusted. My mother had to call them for this but its being repeated on regular basis. Plus it so happens that the data they are offering on their T-Mobil sim as high speed doesn’t work in US. Its slower than 2G. Cant wait to come back and return this clay disaster sim card.

                  Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer services --- When they have to sell their sim cards, they will call you a million times in the day and treat you like a king, but when it comes to returning the security, they not only refuse to answer your calls but also stop responding to your emails. I have been trying to contact Mr Prashant for my refund money but he refuses to address my calls or emails. And when I emailed him from my friends id for a London clay sim requirement, he instantly replied. Clay Telecom, please refund my money before I take a legal action. Your services are as pathetic as your sales staff’ attitude is.

                    Guys, if you ever decide to use a clay international sim card for any destination, please ensure that you cross check your bill 10 times before clearing it off. Best would be that you keep the payment by cheque or cash than auto debiting it on ur card. Because be rest assured that they would definitely charge you more than the actuals and then the refund process will take forever. I have burnt my fingers like this over 11, 875/- rs which were excess that they charged on my card for the sim card that I used in Shanghai. The bill was actually for 8745/- only. And I was charged almost 20, 000/- for it. Best would be don’t use the service at all.

                      First and the last experience for sure --- I was traveling to Singapore for work and got a clay sim card from office itself. For once I was very happy that I wouldn’t have to be on a prepaid sim that I would have to purchase from there and all that process. I was all wrong. I would have been in a much better place had I bought a prepaid sim card. Atleast the costs would be in control. The network wasn’t great at all. It was only ok and when I came back I was asked as to why my bill was 17 grand for only 6 days. Luckily I had the call logs and when they cross checked the bill, we realized that it was all incorrect and inflated. The actual amount was not even more than 7K, for which they were showing 17, 000/- With this and the over all feedback, clay sim cards are definitely banned from our company atleast and they are definitely not even worth that much.

The primary purpose, as explained to their executive at the counter (Mr. Venkatesan) was that it is for Data only (they committed 5 Gb High Speed and the rest as unlimited Data) and voice calls don't matter. Their receipt Number: 2384 Order ref. #: 2513 Clay Mobile Number given to me:[protected]Dialog is the service provider at Sri Lanka) Bought on: 10th January '2016 Validity: 7 days Package: CTV_LK-AIR-08 SIM Number: [protected] Payment made in full by: Credit Card Charged amount: INR 1, 750/- Shown amount in Receipt: INR 857.60/- Nature of complaint: Data never worked during my stay in Sri Lanka Complaint email sent to: [protected]@clay.co.in Complaint email copied to: cs2.[protected]@clay.co.in Phone followup done from Srilanka on Mr. Venkatesan's Mobile Number: [protected] / [protected] / [protected] Mr. Venkatesan promised to solve the problem several times on phone but nothing happened. I met the "Dialog" counter people at Sri Lanka airport on arrival. They were kind enough to check out with an alternate SIM on my Samsugn Dual SIM 4G Handset and it was working. The SIM provided by Clay Telecom wasn't working. This fact was conveyed through email and phone, several times to Clay Telecom people, but they didn't reply to the several mails or the phone calls. I bought a Dialog SIM locally and used it for browsing. More than monetary loss, the mental agony caused in literally being stranded at Sri Lanka Airport without any way to resolve the issue or get any connectivity is unimaginable. Even at the time of posting, they are still dodging and not answering the calls or emails. They have not replied to any of the Tweets to their official Twitter ID @clay_telecom. They are a bunch of inefficient, unprofessional people who are out to make some quick money through gullible travelers. This must stop. If anyone is watching this thread, please make it a point not to walk into their trips, in any part of the world. It just is not worth it spending on them. Regards, S.                           Clay Sim cards seem to be totally clueless about the meaning of customer service --- I had bought a clay sim card for my daughter for her use in Germany for almost 2 months. We were assured that if there would be any trouble of any sorts, that Ankit who sold the sim card to us would personally look into the matter and that there would be no inconvenience. The first 15 days were smooth, I could get through her anytime and she could too. After that whenever I called her, the voice would always be disrupted and break most of the times. And because she was usually on wifi, the few days that she wasn’t, her data just didn’t work at all. So I landed up calling Mr. Ankit. Now this person, only disconnected the calls several times before saying that I should call the customer care and state my issue there. So I did. The customer care number hardly connects, but patiently I waited because it was for my daughter. After 15 minutes I hear a hello and then again I was put on hold. By then I had already decided I wanted to disconnect the service and get out this mess. When I finally got through and said that I was looking at only disconnecting the number I was told I had to pay an outstanding of 8967 + rental for 45 days and sim charges. So basically for the horrible services that clay sim card rendered my daughter I had to pay somewhere close to 20K to get rid of it. I instantly did and assured them that I would state my experience everywhere that I can and ensure that people don’t fall in their fake statements. Forget the trouble that my daughter went through, I went through the equal amounts dealing with these service staff. But GOOD RIDDANCE

                            I have taken sim card from you from your ahmedabad office from Mr Abhikshek Zala. In month of june. even after completing my journey i had returned my sim and also paid the due. but I havent reccived the cheque from your side. I have contacted your ahmedabad office servral times but every one tried to put all the blames on delhi office for the issue. I had dealt with abhishek Zala who is not picking up my calls. This is really a fraud practise and I am lodging complaint against them in consumer court.. Being a travel agent myself i wont advice anyone to buy any products from such cheater company...                               Very poor customer support from clay sim cards --- I have had used clay international sims twice or thrice in totality and this time I have got so fed up with their services in Malaysia that its driving me crazy. I still am in Malaysia and been here for only 5 days now that I have finally decided to post my experience o[censored]sing their services. The network quality is pathetic and really poor. There are hardly any signals in the hotel where I am staying. While I had the same issue last time also, I had asked the sales guy to check if this would work there or not and his answer was: “ sir we are known for our excellent network connections”. Really excellent I must say, that I can hardly make any calls. To add more to this, I have been trying to get through to their customer care for help but none extended so far. So this goes out to all my friends and other who are planning to use a clay sim card, please think twice else you will also be stuck in a situation like this with no help.

                                Pathetic services from Clay Sim Cards --- You know you agree to spending so much on an international sim card, just so you stay connected in a foreign land, but I experienced quite the opposite with clay international sim cards.. I paid a premium pricing for getting data and other services activated on the London sim card, which didn’t work after the first four days. The data was sporadic and most of the times, it just didn’t work at all. I mean I would have been better off without having a number than using a clay sim card. Their support team back in India is equally poor. Not even once did they revert to the several emails I wrote about this problem, over the call also I was told that the data should start working in a days time, which was again a lie. Fed up and exhausted with all this drama.

                                  Really bad customer service --- I am currently in Singapore and unfortunately using a clay international SIM.. Despite endless calls to their customer care, there is no help from their end. Now i domt have data working on my phone, which i have ready paid for, but there are serious issues with their local network as wrll... Not only have they disconnected the data on my phone, but the voice calls as well. Reason being that I have crossed the limit. Well I didn't know when I signed up for that...

                                    My Raf number was 337124 and I had deposited Rs. 5000 with them for a sim card. The bill that I received shows a 2 hour long call which was actually 2 minutes long (and a person has to be very stupid to make such a long call), and I have been charged Rs. 2000 for that. Although I made the complain, they are sending me emails now asking me to pay, when it is they who have to pay me instead. Also, their service is very unorganised, and they have a dozen hidden charges which make your bill swell up. Highly recommend others to not use their service.

                                      Hi Myself Rajesha Y K([protected]), working in LGSi Bangalore. For My Egypt and Indonesia trip, I have taken 2 SIMs by giving my Passport copy and CC front copy(big mistake I have done). After the trip I have returned SIM's and they sent Bill and asked my confirmation to credit the bill amount form my CC. During 2nd trip, they didn't sent any bill and without any information they credited 2000 INR from my credit card(Date: 03 -Sep-2015). Again they credited 1000 INR on 06th Nov from my credit card without my knowledge. And both customer care numbers are not working. I contacted the guy who gave me the SIM cards(Mr. Taffi Hadi), from last 1 month I am asking and he is telling I will update the status. Kindly refund the excess amount. Regards Rajesha

                                        Poor services is all that Clay sim cards can offer ---- My phone stopped working after 3 days in Sri Lanka. I had called their service centre like a zillion times but they had no reason for the sim not working. They just kept saying that they would fix it but that didnt happen. I would have been in a much better place had i used my india number.. Disappointing service seriously..
