I was going abroad (Malaysia) for the first time with my family. It was planned as a week trip so i purchased a sim card from clay telecom. They provided me the sim at very reasonable rates and even they made customization in plans according to our requirement.
The network connectivity was good throughout my visit which made purchase of the sim card money worth. I could easily access social media, chat and upload my pictures.
Also i had contacted customer support for once to ask my query about apn; they helped and served me nicely. My overall experience using sim card of clay telecom was satisfying and good.

    I had gone to singapore last month with my mom for 6 days trip. So, i purchased a sim card from clay telecom mainly for data service for navigation purpose. The product was delivered at my doorstep just the next day of my purchase.
    Earlier, for my foreign trips i had used matrix sim card where the bill has never been less than 11k for almost same number of days but with clay my cost got reduced to only 7k. This was complete shocking to me which made me extremely happy.
    Also the connectivity throughout my visit was up to the mark. Till now i have used the services of clay telecom for once but will use it again for my next trip.

      This is the third time that i got a company paid clay sim card for me to use in germany. As usual the experience was as bad as it was the last 2 times. Their customer services absolutely suck. After regular reminders of activating an additional data services on that number, i had to follow up with them if they did so. Half the time is usually wasted trying to connect to their customer services number, which you can never get through in one go. This time i failed to understand, how after receiving a formal email that they have activated an additional 2 gb plan on my existing plan, how could i exhaust the same in one day. Quoting the text here : “you have consumed 95% of your existing data. You will be charged once you consume the data”. unless i was streaming some movies on my phone, i am sure i owuldnt have consumed a total of 3gb in 2 days. Ensuring that we do no services with them henceforth. Such an unprofessional approach.

        I purchased prepaid sim card of clay telecom with my cousin sister as we both were going to us for 5 days trip with friends.
        They offered us customized plans according to our requirement and budget and the cost was also reasonable.
        But the main problem aroused when we landed at the airport as we were not able to contact anyone as we had not gone through the dialing instructions. Anyhow we contacted the customer care team of clay telecom; they helped us understand the whole dialing process and then we contacted our parents back to india.
        The network connectivity was very good throughout my visit, helped being connected with my family and friends. Apart from that i could easily mail, share my pics, and access my social accounts very easily.

          This was my second time when i was using the sim card of clay telecom as i had to visit germany for a business trip.

          I bought the sim card from the delhi office of the company. The rates were affordable if compared with other telecom service providers. They customized their plans according to my requirement for the trip of 5 days and charged according to that only.

          Even the connectivity for calling and data both throughout my trip was seamless and inconvenience free.

            This is not very first time that i am using the services of clay telecom. My whole family and relatives uses the products and services offered by clay telecom.
            The network coverage is good with affordable charges and billing amount. The best part is that they provide best suited customized plans according to the budget and requirement of customers. I also get highly satisfied with the customer support provided by them for 24*7.

              I had to visit malaysia for my cousin’s destination wedding so i purchased a sim card from clay telecom. All the things were precisely managed from delivery of the product (Sim) to billing.

              The network coverage was good and seamless in the whole trip. Even the data worked without causing any interruption in browsing, chatting, and mailing.

              I would say special thanks to the customer support team of the company who were always there in case of assistance required during the trip.

                Ever since i have used a clay international sim card, i have no trust in any of these international sim card companies. I used their sim card for hardly 5 days in dubai and did the biggest mistake of giving them my credit card details. Without even sending me my bill, they deducted 14789/- rs against the usage of the sim card. I don’t have issues paying the money, but they should have some decency of first validating the bill with me and then charging my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable. And i got the bill on my email after a week of them charging the card. Utter non sense. Major issues in the bill and now am stuck calling them asking them to refund. It would have been if i had just used a local number there or carried my airtel number instead.

                  I purchased sim cards of clay telecom at the hyderabad international airport for my trip to thailand. Before purchasing i had gone through the reviews of the company and found that the services were not up to the mark but i was in hurry so purchased it from the airport.

                  But eventually i was surprised to see the network connectivity offered by the company. It actually worked well throughout my visit just had to configure the settings properly as mentioned on the packet of the sim card.

                  Now, according to my experience it very clear to me that online reviews are not always correct.

                    Last month, i had to visit germany so i bought international sim card of clay telecom. After my flight landed at airport, i started experiencing network issues in my cell phone.

                    Frustrated, i called customer support team of clay telecom. Finally they told me that there was a compatibility issue with my cell phone.

                    When i replaced my cell phone with a new handset that i was carrying along with me. The network operator started working properly and i did not face any inconvenience in network and it worked well during my whole trip.

                      I purchased a sim card of clay telecom from hyderabad airport for my trip to dubai. They provided me the sim card with customized plan according to my requirement.
                      My overall experience with the services of the company was good as i did not face any kind of hassle in connectivity apart from data issues at some places of my visit.
                      For that i had contacted the customer care team to ask my query about the issue then after that the problem was completely resolved and never came up again.

                        I bought their international sim card to use in california and it turned out to be a really bogus product. Spending 5000 rs on a clay sim card just seemed like a waste of money because i landed up buying a local sim card from there. The clay sim that i was handed over didn’t work and the condition that it was in was terrible. Broken on the edges and looked quite tattered. Signals were mostly disrupted and lost. It would have been better if i had used my indian number itself. Atleast would have sure of its working!

                          I had a trip scheduled in the month of august 2017 to usa. It was just a leisure trip with my friends. For my visit i had purchased postpaid clay telecom’s sim card.

                          The service of the company was good but at the end i found an issue with the amount deducted from my credit card.

                          They had deducted rs 1000 extra from my account, for which i made a complaint to the customer support team of the company.

                          However, they did not make any mess with the issue and immediately returned my balance amount.

                          My overall experience with the product and services of the company was good and money worth.

                            I had opted for data bundle plan of clay telecom for my business trip to malaysia in the previous month for a period of 2 weeks.

                            They provided me their sim card a day prior to my take off and the sim had balance amount of rs 800 which was not the full balance amount they were supposed to provide.

                            As i was in hurry so, i could not make a call to them while i was in india but when i landed to malaysia i contacted customer support of the company and asked for my due balanced amount.

                            The customer care of the company was very cooperative as they listen my issue very carefully and finally refunded my balance in my sim card.

                            Also my overall experience with the services of the company was good as i find its services money worth and inconvenience free.

                              Last month, i bought international sim card of clay telecom for my trip abroad. As soon as my flight landed at the airport i failed to make a single call from my mobile phone. I tried all the methods, but the problem could not be solved. Frustrated, i contacted customer support team of clay telecom.
                              One of the executive from the customer support team of clay telecom asked me to insert my international sim card again as it was inserted in a wrong manner. Then after some time when i checked my mobile phone i found that network connectivity problem happening in my mobile phone was fully solved during my whole trip.

When my flight landed at the airport i could not make a single call from my mobile phone. After trying all the methods, the problem still continued. I immediately contacted customer care team of clay telecom. One of the member from the customer support team asked me to re-insert my international sim card again as it was not inserted properly. Then after that network connectivity problem of my mobile phone was fully solved and i did not face any hassle in connectivity throughout my trip.

                                    I purchased a uk based sim card from clay telecom at hyderabad airport. It was a pre activated sim card and was supposed to work in my travelling country.
                                    After reaching to the destination the network of the sim card was not up to the mark as many times fluctuation occurred in the network leading to call drops.
                                    When i asked the customer care team of the company they gave me excuses like it was not their fault and was because of the network issues in my visiting country.
                                    Finally i came to know that there was no issue from the side of clay telecom as one of my friends was already residing in uk and was facing the same problem because the inconvenience was mainly due to bad weather.

                                      I had to go uk for my 2 months course program so i purchased clay telecom’s international sim card at igia. The service was good throughout my visit but the moment i landed to germany for 2 days trip with my friends i got irritated with the inconvenience caused in connectivity. I could not call anywhere.

                                      After returning from the trip i contacted clay telecom’s customer care support team to ask for the issue i faced. They told me that my sim was uk specific so did not work in germany.

                                      I then i realized that i had misunderstood the service.

                                        I had gone to singapore last month and purchased an international sim card from clay telecom. When i landed there faced a lot of inconvenience in contacting my family as i was not able to make even a single call.

                                        At last i contacted customer care team of clay telecom and got to know that i had not gone through the dialing instructions and was following wrong method to contact my parents.

                                        I am posting this review because the overall support from clay’s customer care department was good. I found its service money worth.
