This is the third time that i got a company paid clay sim card for me to use in germany. As usual the experience was as bad as it was the last 2 times. Their customer services absolutely suck. After regular reminders of activating an additional data services on that number, i had to follow up with them if they did so. Half the time is usually wasted trying to connect to their customer services number, which you can never get through in one go. This time i failed to understand, how after receiving a formal email that they have activated an additional 2 gb plan on my existing plan, how could i exhaust the same in one day. Quoting the text here : “you have consumed 95% of your existing data. You will be charged once you consume the data”. unless i was streaming some movies on my phone, i am sure i owuldnt have consumed a total of 3gb in 2 days. Ensuring that we do no services with them henceforth. Such an unprofessional approach.
