Dear sir/ madam
Very unfortunate to say that on 17th march by mistake i booked ticket for 19th march by mistake instead of 19th march i selected 19th april. Then i cancelled the ticket but your highness charged me 3700 cancellation charges. If i am saying wrong you can check the trip id [protected] the episode took just half an hour. I think your good self had choosen the right way to loot people. But you can loot only once next time every one will be aware and will never dare to open your site

Just wanted to bring into your notice I was booking my Air ticket through your company website my money got deducted from credit card but didn't received either trip ID or my ticket.     I was booking a train ticket worth 1600 today and the payment was made successfully. After the payment portal, irctc login page opened for confirmation and it expired in 11 seconds. The irctc page expired and i did not receive any email or pnr regarding my trip or payment deduction. However the payment was made successfully, i had no trip status in my clear trip account.

    Please refund the money as i got no ticket

      Booked a Hotel stay for 2 nights and already been confirmed by Cleartrip (I have got the Confirmation receipt). Surpricingly after 2-3 days, got a call from them saying that rooms are sold out! To ensure the same thing, I had checked Cleartrip website and same Hotel is available for same dates.
      So this is pure cheating with the customers, maybe due to rise in Hotel prices they want my bookings to be alloted to higher rates now.

      - I have been commited by Support Team that I will get the callback regarding the resolution within 24 hours but I didn't get any call rather I had to call up for the updates.
      - Also I had been commited that I will get the Higher category hotel without paying a single penny.
      - Later got the call that they are giving alreanate option which is of 50% cost than I have paid earlier.

      Currently suggested hotel's cost: 5200

      I would recommend, never book via Cleartrip Dear consumers else you will be left stranded on street!

        On 15/03/2018, i tried to book the ticket travelling from abu dhabi to madurai.
        First time, i confirmed the payment and received the message stating " sorry, your payment could not be processed'
        Next two times, i could not get the confirmation of the ticket after confirming payment.
        Fourth time only, i was successful and got the confirmed ticket details.

        When i tried to take the print out of my booking from my mail box, i was surprised to see three confirmed tickets as detailed ;
        1) trip id[protected], pnr ref: jpmkkc/zxajrc
        2) trip id[protected], pnr ref: jsikpw/uevbfu
        3) trip id[protected], pnr ref: jsotdf/vpprjf

        So, i would request you to arrange for the refund for the two tickets.

          I had made payment from my internet account on 07/03/2018 through Bank of Baroda, Kolathur which they confirmed me not received and asked me to do yet another transaction for the same trip to mumbai for Rs.9702/=.

          so through SBI internet banking we paid for the same and ticket was received. trip id :[protected].

          But the amount they received through Bank of Baroda was not refunded till[protected]. But as per Bank of Baroda transaction as been made to ClearTrip.

            Dear sir / madam,

            I booked a flight on 6th march 2018 for travel from jaipur to pune on 8th march 2018 vide trip id :[protected].
            The fare shown initially was inr 5972/- which was suddenly increased to inr 6952/- on booking with the remarks "fare increased by airline".
            However, in the printout of the ticket taken from the airline (Indigo, pnr : fjnn4r) website the fare shown is inr 5972/- only.
            Since i have not taken any insurance or any other addons, this appears to be an error on your part.
            Kindly reconcile and refund the extra amount charged or let me know the reason for charging almost inr 1000/- over and above the airline fare so that i can post it in my social media circles.

              Dear Rupesh,

              CASE NO - #[protected] trip id [protected] And [protected]

              This is with the reference to the following trip id [protected] And [protected] booked under the login id " [protected]@rediffmail.com "
              I strongly would like to record that we have gone through an horrific experience because of careless attitude of cleartrip, more over we have also been subjected to huge financial loss not only for buying new ticket ( in the trail mail ) but also because of the time delay to reach mumbai we could not carry out our scheduled business meeting
              We had to book new tickets as NO solution was offered to us because of the luggage we packed was as per the tickets issued by cleartrip which mentions checkin luggage as 25 KG and cabin language as 7 KG ( exhibit 1 and 2 attached ) whereas the airlines was NOT allowing more than 15 KG cabin and checkin put together )
              Please note that I demand a full refund of the trip id cost as well as the extra amount I had to bear because of the luggage issues which AirIndia created because of weight restrictions policy of the airlines at jammu, we have been constantly following up with the customer care team of cleartrip ( audio recordings can be produced if req ) but we have not got any resolution as of today
              Please note if I don't get the resolution by Monday morning I will be left with NO CHOICE but to approach legal path along with the help of media to expose the corruption and harassment

                Dear Team I would request you to reschedule my booking with no charges as this has happend due to clear trip system error that 02 june was not booked and 02 may date was booked also there is no alert at time of booking for dates to confirm which is important. I would request to reschedule the ticket to 02 June without any extra charges failing to which i will need to register consumer complaint.

                  I booked a flight on cleartrip as a guest as i was in a hurry.
                  Later i wanted to cancel that ticket and get a refund.
                  I found out that for 1 ticket I will not get a refund but i cannot even access the details for the 2nd ticket.
                  Even for the 1st ticket when i wanted to see if i could change the flight then their website broke down and i cannot change the ticket.

                  For further use i will never use this website and i recommend that you do not use it.

                    I (Muthiullah mohamed nayeemullah) booked a flight from hyd to chennai on the 9th of march departing on the 10th and was charged rs 4087 at 16.55 on my visa card.
                    But received no confirmation mail or sms regarding the booking, which was on indigo 14.40 flight.
                    There was no pnr available and at the airport, indigo had no booking in my name.
                    Regret your services were highly unsatisfactory and i had to buy another ticket at the airport.
                    This experience with cleartrip is not the first time and hope you reimburse my money asap and improve your services.

                      I have booked chennai to dubai round trip my return trip scheduled on 4th of feb i have cancelled return ticket on 14th of jan and i got conformation mail for cancellation from cleartrip. Till date (March 12th) i didnt get not even single penny from cleartrip for cancellation. I have contacted their call center several times and they are continuously give same information and nothing is working out past week a guy from cleartrip call center gave me a promise that money will be refund in 48 hours. Today i contacted them again same story they are providing very bad customer support and response.

                      I have booked my Interantional flight from Ahmedabad to Chicago for travelling on 24th June and return on 18th July 2018. Ticket for Ahmedabad - Chicago return flight -- Trip ID [protected]. I was offer insttant cash back of RS. 2500/- and wallet of RS. 500/- as per the offer.

                      I am still waiting for the cashback even after booking my ticket three days three days ago.

                          Dear sir i booked for my tround trip mumbai to nadi-auckland-mumbai
                          My travelling date was 23 feb 2018 from mum-nadi and on 17 mar nadi to auckland and on 25 mar 2018 from auckland to mumbai
                          After some days passed i got message from fiji airways that my flight for nadi to auckland is canncelled and they reshechuleed for next day.
                          I denie for this changes through my booking agents i. E. Cleartrip
                          And cleartrip told me, then you can cacelled your trip,
                          So i requested for canclled whole trip. They canclled and processed for refund on 21 feb and gave me conformation for this cancelation refund money i. E 82746/- rupees (My booked ticker was with rs 89173/-)
                          I agree for this refund and requested for refund
                          I got mail from cleartrip that your refund will be transfered to your bank within 5-7 days, but still not getting my refund, when i contecte to cleartrip c c she said always, still we are not getting any rewart from air india/ fiji airways, it will take 45 days for that
                          And ' ye bat hamne aapko cancelled karte waqt batayee thi ", per mujase aisa nahi kaha gaya tha, even in replyed mail by cleartrip clearly mentioned it will take 5-7 days, when i asked to her for nodel officer contect number/mail, she said we have no any officer in this post you can call here or send mail at coustermore support only
                          To day is 10 march 2018 and still not any reply from cleartrip

                            I have scheduled my trip and had cut the tickets from guahati to new delhi (Trip id[protected]
                            . Now suddenly i receive a email that my flight has been cancelled and to reschedule icleartrip have provided an alternate option.. I have been trying to contact the customer care since yesterday evening.. The time since i have received this email but to my luck or the poor and horrible customer service of clear trip i have not been able to contact the customer care.
                            1. First when contacted i provided my clear trip i'd.. Then there was an waiting time of around 15 minutes and my phone got disconnected

                            2. Now when i have been trying more then 100 times... It says my clear i'd trip is wrong.

                                I payed my ticket and waited for my ticket.

                                I received an sms from my hsbc premier bank account and it was confirmed by a payment registered under code t06588.

                                Then i see on your website that the payment has failed.

                                This is absolutely not correct and i like to get a rectification asap and myonline ticket as well.

                                And apparantly a complaint with less than 350 characters cannot have all info so i make it a bit longer. So stupid.

                                  This mail is regarding trip id[protected]
                                  I had done my flight booking through clear trip on Jan 20th for Mumbai -Malaysia and back .
                                  the ticket booked was for May 8 th and return on 14th May .
                                  On 10 th Feb I was told that Airline has cancelled the flight and clear trip gave me alternate option on 12th Feb, which was not acceptable to me, since there was no option left I had to cancel the ticket .

                                  I received a mail confirmation on 21st Feb that the ticket is cancelled and I will get full refund in 5 days however to my surprise on 3rd March when I contacted customer care I was told that it will take 45 days to get refunded .

                                  on further enquiry I was told the airline has not paid you hence I will get only once the airline refunds the amount .This is your internal process for which I am paying the price .

                                  Firstly I paid in advance to you, the airline cancels the flight, you give me option which is not convenient for me hence I cancel in this entire transaction, the money is with you and I am left to the mercy of your process which I feel is very very poor and needs immediate attention, just want to know will you personally wait for your money for two months to be refunded in any of your transaction,

                                  if your process is so strong how did I get a confirmation mail of cancellation and refund in 5 days, surely the process is not defined .

                                  I am not a subject matter expert to advice what process improvement you must do, I am only concerned about my refund .
                                  I urge your help and intervention to get my refund immediately, I am yet to receive a confirmation mail from you regarding the payment when should I expect in my account .

                                  I don't know if you guys take this mail seriously or it lands in trash .

                                  if you guys are serious then awaiting a revert .

                                    I bought a ticket of airasia with pnr — mwc9yg which was missed as road block/jam in kolkata due to some accident and when we were in cab on the way to airport we confirmed that the trip will be missing as we'ld not able to reach in airport in time.

                                    We talked with customer care and inquired if any refund was possible.
                                    We were advised to communicate with airasia directly for no-show and assured whatever refund they will send to cleartrip will be processed.

                                    Now when the airasia refunded the amount 2292/- and i communicated with cleartrip the person said that first i've to cancel it with them and then they calculate how much could be refunded after deducting their cancellation fee.

                                    My point is when i called 3rd february and shared my concern to the customer care why they did not tell us that when we are in jam i have to officially cancel the ticket.
                                    As a layman like me having understanding that when i'm going to miss the plane the trip is obviously be cancelled.

                                    Hence i request to refund the whole amount being refunded by airasia, as cleartrip did not help me even to get the no-show money refund.

                                    As have trust with cleartrip i request the concern not to cheat and due to un-experienced and less sincere customer care people not to buy bad name with customers.

                                    I have canceled my flight on 18-Feb-2018 with trip id [protected] but still did not get any status for the refunds. At the time of cancellation, they are saying that it will be done in 5-7 days. But now telling that it will take around 45 days.

                                      I have cancelled my jet airways ticket in the month of november 2017. I got a message from jet airways sr 891 refunded. Still i didnt recieved amount in my account. My booking id#[protected]. Please let me know the detail.

                                      Sir i want to book my next flight to mumbai in the month of april. So please let me know weather you are going to adjust that amount to my new booking.

                                      Hope you will try to solve this problem as early as possible.

                                      My trip ID [protected] . The tickets were cancelled due to Airline Indigo rescheduled the flights and timings. This was done as it was clearly mentioned no deduction will be made and advised me to contact Cleartrip. But cleartrip now deducted 13000 thousand from original booking charges which they should refund.

                                        Please never book cleartrip.com they take money from you and do not provide accomodation & Take Forever to provide Refund.
                                        In my case I booked hotel for My wedding night from cleartrip & they provided me with voucher and when after wedding I try to check in to Hotel The Park Navi Mumbai they said that they had already cancelled my booking as they were overbooked & informed cleartrip in advance and they can't accommodate me.. think of my shameful situation where I am standing with my wife and I have no place to go at 10:30 pm in night.. so I booked another hotel immidiately on call is Royal Tulip which costed me 17 thousand rupees. After this next day when I call cleartrip they tell me that I had checked in and i am not eligible for refund ... After much of followup for a month they released my park booking fees which ia 6000 and when I tell them to refund my 17000 which I had to pay cos of their fault all they do is we will call u in 2 hours thing I am frustrated by this.. first they make me ashamed and now they torture me..
