This is my trip id[protected]. My money from bank account got instantly deducted but they could not book me a ticket. And now they say that the bank to refund my money in next 5 to 7 working days. Whoever involved in this process takes the money and they use it for a period rather than returning it instantly. For a lower middle class person any amount is big and with such kind of activities our entire day gets wasted. This is clear harassment by these travel agencies, the payment gateways or the bank, whoever responsible for debiting customers money instantly and not refunding it back instantly but keep it for that period. And airlines do enjoy the privilege of increasing their fares every second as our travel gets confirmed. My complain is about refund policy. Why cant the refunds be instant if they deduct money instantly from our account.
Hence its my sincere request to the complain forum to be just and help me get my money at the earliest and i demand a penalty of a free travel against my cancelled booking and harassment caused by whichever agency responsible in this process as this travel was very important to me and the prices went up which i cant afford.

    I tried to book ticket 5th feb 2018 from kolkata to guwahati on 21.02.2018, the amount 2667 deducted from debasmita mukherjee debit card but ticket not booked. I dont receive any confirm mail, trip id and confirmated ticket. I also tried to contact on toll free num bt i dont have any trip id so i m unable to lodged my complaint. My contact num is [protected]. Kindly refund my amount immediately. Please respond

      My cleartrip id is[protected], which was booked flight from bagdogra to kolkata for jan 6th on airasia. For some unavoidable reason airasia cancelled the flight, and promissed refund to the cleartrip since i booked from cleartrip. They also put it on writing on my ticket which i have a proof.

      On jan 12th, airasia confirmed me on email that they have refunded 5996/- to cleartrip, and i have email from their nodal officer to prove it.

      I started raising several complain to cleartrip to refund my money and folled the procedure which cleartrip asked me to do. But till date refund was not done. I have saved all the chat and support transcript with me to prove each aspect of it.
      It is a case of hashing customer and fraud.

        I have a cleartrip wallet balance of inr.500 (Actually had 750 but 250 expired on 7th feb'18 because i could not use the wallet amount for my recent previous booking before the expiry date).

        Now i am trying to book new flight ticket. But i am unable to find an option for using my wallet balance for new booking neither via website nor via app.
        Please rectify/clarify.

          I am sundaraiah bodige bokked a flight ticket from hydra bad rajivghandhi international airport on 4-2-18 but the jet airways employees rejected to boarding pass to me jetkonnect7111 flight at 7:45pm in hyderabadrajivgandhi international airport due to 05 minutes late boarding pass time. I am requested so many times to jet stop but in a in. So please tefund my ticket amount.

              I have sent a complaint with reference to my trip id mentioned above on 29th jan and till now no action has been taken. I just got a response mail stating that the team will get back in 2 to 3 days; but even after a week and further reminder mail there is no action.

              Its first of all very bad that there was false commitment from cleartrip with regards to be hotel booking, further to this there was refund commitment which is also not processed and no action on my complaint as well.

              Very bad customer service and support. Not recommended cleartrip for any services.

                On 5th feb 2018 i tried to book bangalore to pune goair g8-893 one way trip dated on 11th feb 2018. Everything was alright until the payment section.
                I entered all my debit card details and an otp was generated but the transaction failed stating some error occured. The booking failed but my money rupees 4273 got deducted from my account twice. So a total of rupees 8546 was deducted. Please refund the amount to my account.

                I booked a ticket from BLR to VTZ on 1/2/2018. .. the total fare of the ticket in AIR ASIA portal is 1499/-.. but Cleartrip has charged RS.1699/-(ticket fare)+ 250(convenience charges)=1949/-. So clear trip has changed RS.459/- extra. Please help me to get back my 450/-

                  Trip id[protected] cancelled on 27 november and still not getting the refund back. Every time the agent gives the same excuse that the airlines is not giving refund and to wait 4 days for the call from. Spoke with more than 10 agents and 2 supervisors who promised a call back but never received a call even one time. It has being pending for 3 months and the reason is not provided why the airlines not refunding back. Already cleartrip has taken cancellation charges and the rest they are holding for long time. Even i doubt that the agent has forgot to cancel the ticket.

                    I have purchased a train ticket from cleartrip but the booking was cancelled. So cleartrip said they will refund the full amount and said refund was processed on january 30 2018 but the money is not yet credited. I have contacted my bank they said once if the money has refunded then it will credit. Please help me to resolve this

                        By mistake my booking came on 16.02.18 instead of 15.02.18.
                        We were very disappointed on services from cleartrip, since directly after booking we saw that dates are wrong we called to the service providers and they couldn't help us, saying that we are sorry which was helpless. Moreover, for half an hour of my phone call they couldn't manage to advise about the charges what gonna apply towards changing of my booking dates, promised that i will receive a call back, which is poorest advise in such situation when we are willing to do the changes immediately.
                        Its helpless poor services which is not recommended to any of my friends all around the world.

But it is booked Chennai to Madurai.I am regularly followed your team.Your support team has assured minimum 24 hrs maximum 48 hrs.After 4 days also I asked my ticket status they simply said Our technical team is working on your issue.Within 24 hrs we will update your ticket status.

                          I book my ticket namely Athar Hassan from Srinagar to Delhi on 15 Jan, travel date 25 Jan 18 and PNR.W9GZ6V.

                          But I cancelled the same ticket and confirmed from indigo customer services regarding cancellation...

                          Indigo customer care told that they had already refunded money to Cleartrip company and they will refund you within 3 to 5 working days.

                          But till date I don't got the money..
                          Plz do needful.

                            i have booked new delhi goa return flight on 19 th feb. 2018
                            when i booked than i applied a coupon code---FREESTAY--- that is success but cleartrip given me no benifit about that coupan code. No mail or sms send from the company regarding this.
                            i complained so many times on cleartrip customer care but they didnt giver me positive response for last 3 months.
                            company provided me 3000 of rs coupon for free stay at hotel but i didnt get it.

                            i have visited soon in third week of feb and i need my coupon benifit for that journey. plz give me proper solution about that.

                              On 28.01.2018, I tried to book two rooms in Hotel Hari Darshan, Dwarka (Gujarat) for 25.03.2018 by paying advance of Rs 325/- through debit card of Central Bank of India. The booking was failed, however, Rs 325/- was deducted from my account. I again tried to book the same room from debit card of my State Bank of India Account by making full payment. This time, the booking was successful. I sent mail to Cleartrip at e-mail ID [protected]@cleartrip.com for refund of Rs 325/-. On 29.01.2017, I contacted Cleartrip Customer Care for refund of amount. They informed me that the amount will be automatically refunded with two to three days. Till now, I have not received the amount. Please refund the same at the earliest.

                                I was searching for flight from HBE to JED on wego.com

                                they show me an offer of 371 SAR from cleartrip.com.. and they diverted me there..

                                when i filled the information and before i make the payment it the price was 371 SAR.. but when i made the payment they charge me total of 391 SAR..

                                  I have made air ticket booking for 5th feb. Through cleartrip for vistara flt no. Uk 960 from mumbai to delhi. The payment of 5087 deducted from my debit card but the booking still not confirmed. The call centre called at least 10 times and sent link for payment through my email and i did the payment on the link sent by cleartrip. Still booking not confirmed
                                  I am mentally herassed for one hour by cleartrip.
                                  I reserve my right to lodge a case of mental herassment in appropriate court if my booking is not confirmed and i am not compensated suitably by cleartrip.
                                  I am a senior citizen and being herassed at 2250 pm time.

                                        I wrote a partial complaint yesterday (25th jan, 2018).in continuation of that i am to bring to your kind notice that on another ticket for rs.3, 900.00 of my wife, following charges have been levied by cleartrip

                                        • other charges:rs. 340

                                        The same ticket is almost rs.700.00 cheaper in air india website. You have charged gst in this ticket, while in another ticket you did not charge. Nor the air india charged. Can you please tell me how much booking fee cleartrip is authorised to take per ticket? This is exorbitant charge. On this ticket, you charged rs.700 (Including gst, which is questionable). Similarly, in another ticket (Mentioned yesterday), you charged rs.700 (Without any gst) for booking air ticket.
