I have booked a roundtrip for 4 members from hyderabad to kathmandu. Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to look out for cancellation of the tickets. Firstly, the cancellation policy was not clearly displayed on cleartrip as it was depicted that from hyderabad to and fro to kathmandu the cancellation charges will be rs.4700/- per head but in reality the charge was levied on each flight (Hyd to delhi and then delhi to kathmandu, kathmandu to delhi and then delhi to hyderabad) i. E. I had to shell out cancellation charges four times which is just not what was shown.

Secondly, car, section 3, series m, part ii clause 3 (F) clearly states that "the airlines should indicate in an unambiguous manner the amount of refund of money admissible on cancellation of a ticket." here cleartrip is the authorised representative of the airline and it must also abide by the same rules as per the indian contract act, 1872.

I feel duped by this practice and want cleartrip to process my entire amount as refund.

This is how the cancellation charges are appearing on the Cleartrip website. Now this clearly depicts that the cancellation will charges per head will be Rs. 4700 plus some change but it does not state that the amount will be levied 4 times which is ridiculous. when I spoke to Cleartrip executive regarding cancellation he informed that I will have to pay 93, 000 plus for cancellation which is more than the amount which I shelled out for my booking.

      Dear sir,

      How are you?

      I am cleartrip ([protected]@eim. Ae) loyal customer for many years.

      I booked a flight on 23/1/2018 for my family coming from delhi to see me in dubai. It was 3 tickets under trip id no [protected] vide emirates airlines but i have realized immediately in one of passenger name one alphabet ‘h’ was missing. Its mistake to put name as shresth sethi in place of shreshth sethi.

      On same day i called up emirates airlines and they say no problem v shall change it free of cost within 72 hours but since tickets are booked through cleartrip the request should come from them.

      I called up cleartrip and explain them the full thing and reply was write mail and i did that.

      Next day when i called up cleartrip came with excuse that they need passport copy and adhaar card of shreshth sethi and i immediately mailed to them.

      The next when i called up they say there are charges and i paid online.

      From that day we have been calling cleartrip many many times everyday for dubai and delhi with so much of mental harassment with no results at all. It was v v sickening experience with so much of time wasted in holding the lines and listening to lies of emirates.

      The most terrified experience was on jan 31, 2018 - they can up with simple answer that sorry it's an airlines problem and they cant do anything and i have to loose lot of money in this which is 200% mistake, lethargy and lack lustre attitude of clear-trip.

      I immediately called up emirates as i am their gold customer. The consultant was so kind enough to be on line for 43. Mins with me and asked me to take clear trip on conference line. Firstly he was listening to the all the lies what clear trip was giving me but when suoervisvor priya came online he explained in just us$ 100 it's so easily possible if clear trip request them and exposed the laid back and careless attitude of clear-trip

      Nothing they cut the line with emirates and canceled the tickets caused financial loss and mental torture for 7 days.

        Hi there,

        I'd like to cancel the flight and get the refund for this trip id "[protected]" when i first try to book this flight it was showing with check-in baggage once i booked it shows that we have to pay extra for check-in baggage and now today when i checked again it is showing with baggage attached is the screenshot, secondly it was a refundable flight now when i'm trying to cancel it is showing 0 as refund, i'd like to cancel this flight within a day or two and would like to get full refund. I'm not sure it is the website mistake or the airlines but it's been a while i'm doing business with you guys this is the first time i'm facing these challenge. Looking for a quick response.

It shows that it isn't happening cz of irctc issues but i've received a message from cleartrip saying that the amount has been deducted! Now what is it that i'm supposed to do. And if in case the ticket isn't booked, how and when do i get my refund?

            I made a booking through your clear trip site to travel to chennai ahemedabad on the 13th feb, flight sg926 and returning ahemedabad chennai 15th feb on flight sg925.
            I made the ticket confirmation and made my payment through mastercard. Trans id is 568134, and bank has confirmed the transaction successfully.

            But however, i havent still received the trans id and the ticket copy for my payment and ticket confirmation.
            Please kindly send me the necessary authentication for the confirmation and for the payment made for the ticket.

              I had booked a flight ticket for two persons from hyderabad to melbourne dated[protected] and sydney to hyderabad dated[protected] through cleartrip for rs 1, 69, 512/-. I had requested for cancellation of tickets as i couldnt get my visa. I was promised that i would be charged a flat amount of rs 23, 000/- towards cancellation and the balance amount i. E rs1, 46, 512/- would be refunded to me within 10 days time. But since then i have been calling and they only say that our team is checking call recording ans shall get back once it is clear. Kindly look into the matter and help me claim my refund. Herewith i m attaching a proof of tickets for your reference.

              i got mail from cleartrip that your refund will be transfered to your bank within 5-7 days, but still not getting my refund, when i contecte to cleartrip C C she said always, still we are not getting ANY REWART FROM AIR INDIA/ FIJI AIRWAYS, IT WILL TAKE 45 days for that
              and ' ye bat hamne aapko cancelled karte waqt batayee thi ", per mujase aisa nahi kaha gaya tha, even in replyed mail by cleartrip clearly mentioned it will take 5-7 days, when i asked to her for NODEL OFFICER CONTECT NUMBER/MAIL, SHE SAID WE HAVE NO ANY OFFICER IN THIS POST YOU CAN CALL HERE OR SEND MAIL AT COUSTERMORE SUPPORT only

                Dear team,

                I had made a reservation at rajam lodge, kanchipuram, through cleartrip on 04/02/2018 - trip id [protected] - veishal singhal.

                The amount of rs. 1, 359/- was paid via credit card.

                However, when we reached the hotel, there were no rooms available.

                I contacted cleartrip immediately, i. E, on 04/02/18 at 3.13 pm to notify of the situation and get a refund.

                The representative contacted the hotel immediately and the hotel confirmed that no rooms were available.

                I was told by cleartrip's representative that the call was being transferred to the cancellation department for processing of the refund. However, lines were busy and call could not be transferred and i was promised a call back within 10 minutes.

                However, i did not receive any call.

                On 08/02/18 @ 10.17 am, i contacted cleartrip again. Although the notes from the previous call were present showing that the hotel had confirmed that no rooms were available, i was told that the hotel would be contacted again. And that i would receive a call within 10 minutes.

                Not surprising, no call received.

                On 11/02/18 @ 10.20 am, i contacted cleartrip for the third time, and the same response as the second time.

                We have gone through enough trouble of not getting the rooms and having to go to another hotel and paying 3 times the cost.

                I have contacted cleartrip 3 times and the hotel had confirmed at once that no rooms were available, and now they have changed their statement.

                If the hotel has changed its statement, how does the customer become responsible for that and have to bear the cost?

                I deeply regret using cleartrip for making this reservation - first and last time.

                  Can some staff from cleartrip help me use these coupons

                  The online booking option does not allow redemption of these coupons

                  It is second time in 6 months i have faced this problem...

                  Clear trip coupon n servicing reflects poorly on tie up of hdfc bank with clear trip...

                      This is my trip id[protected]. My money from bank account got instantly deducted but they could not book me a ticket. And now they say that the bank to refund my money in next 5 to 7 working days. Whoever involved in this process takes the money and they use it for a period rather than returning it instantly. For a lower middle class person any amount is big and with such kind of activities our entire day gets wasted. This is clear harassment by these travel agencies, the payment gateways or the bank, whoever responsible for debiting customers money instantly and not refunding it back instantly but keep it for that period. And airlines do enjoy the privilege of increasing their fares every second as our travel gets confirmed. My complain is about refund policy. Why cant the refunds be instant if they deduct money instantly from our account.
                      Hence its my sincere request to the complain forum to be just and help me get my money at the earliest and i demand a penalty of a free travel against my cancelled booking and harassment caused by whichever agency responsible in this process as this travel was very important to me and the prices went up which i cant afford.

                        I tried to book ticket 5th feb 2018 from kolkata to guwahati on 21.02.2018, the amount 2667 deducted from debasmita mukherjee debit card but ticket not booked. I dont receive any confirm mail, trip id and confirmated ticket. I also tried to contact on toll free num bt i dont have any trip id so i m unable to lodged my complaint.                           My cleartrip id is[protected], which was booked flight from bagdogra to kolkata for jan 6th on airasia. For some unavoidable reason airasia cancelled the flight, and promissed refund to the cleartrip since i booked from cleartrip. They also put it on writing on my ticket which i have a proof.

                          On jan 12th, airasia confirmed me on email that they have refunded 5996/- to cleartrip, and i have email from their nodal officer to prove it.

                          I started raising several complain to cleartrip to refund my money and folled the procedure which cleartrip asked me to do. But till date refund was not done. I have saved all the chat and support transcript with me to prove each aspect of it.
                          It is a case of hashing customer and fraud.

                            I have a cleartrip wallet balance of inr.500 (Actually had 750 but 250 expired on 7th feb'18 because i could not use the wallet amount for my recent previous booking before the expiry date).

                            Now i am trying to book new flight ticket. But i am unable to find an option for using my wallet balance for new booking neither via website nor via app.

                              I am sundaraiah bodige bokked a flight ticket from hydra bad rajivghandhi international airport on 4-2-18 but the jet airways employees rejected to boarding pass to me jetkonnect7111 flight at 7:45pm in hyderabadrajivgandhi international airport due to 05 minutes late boarding pass time. I am requested so many times to jet stop but in a in. So please tefund my ticket amount.

                                  I have sent a complaint with reference to my trip id mentioned above on 29th jan and till now no action has been taken. I just got a response mail stating that the team will get back in 2 to 3 days; but even after a week and further reminder mail there is no action.

                                  Its first of all very bad that there was false commitment from cleartrip with regards to be hotel booking, further to this there was refund commitment which is also not processed and no action on my complaint as well.

                                  Very bad customer service and support. Not recommended cleartrip for any services.

                                    On 5th feb 2018 i tried to book bangalore to pune goair g8-893 one way trip dated on 11th feb 2018. Everything was alright until the payment section.
                                    I entered all my debit card details and an otp was generated but the transaction failed stating some error occured. The booking failed but my money rupees 4273 got deducted from my account twice. So a total of rupees 8546 was deducted. Please refund the amount to my account.

                                    I booked a ticket from BLR to VTZ on 1/2/2018. .. the total fare of the ticket in AIR ASIA portal is 1499/-.. but Cleartrip has charged RS.1699/-(ticket fare)+ 250(convenience charges)=1949/-. So clear trip has changed RS.459/- extra. Please help me to get back my 450/-

                                      Trip id[protected] cancelled on 27 november and still not getting the refund back. Every time the agent gives the same excuse that the airlines is not giving refund and to wait 4 days for the call from. Spoke with more than 10 agents and 2 supervisors who promised a call back but never received a call even one time. It has being pending for 3 months and the reason is not provided why the airlines not refunding back. Already cleartrip has taken cancellation charges and the rest they are holding for long time. Even i doubt that the agent has forgot to cancel the ticket.

                                        I have purchased a train ticket from cleartrip but the booking was cancelled. So cleartrip said they will refund the full amount and said refund was processed on january 30 2018 but the money is not yet credited. I have contacted my bank they said once if the money has refunded then it will credit. Please help me to resolve this

Cleartrip asked me to track my money using this reference number but my bank said this reference number is for cleartrip and only they can track the money. Cleartrip is nit even replying to my mails now. They are trying to steal common people's money. I don't who is cheating me whether it's cleartrip or my bank. Cleartrip email [protected]@cleartrip.com
