Refer my trip id [protected] for booking of hotel holiday resort-port blair -3 rooms (One room with one extra bed) for jan-12 to jan-14, 2018.

On reaching the said hotel, no accommodation was given. The hotelier said he did not get any payment from cleartrip and did not give any confirmation to cleartrip. The sad part is that cleartrip, inspite of being fully aware of this, did not share this information and let us stand on the road for two hrs. Some arrangement was made by your people at 'inn residency', dollygunj, which is a residential accommodation at a far off location. There was no arrangement of third bed (For which cleartrip had charged me). Further, there was no arrangement of breakfast. Only bread-omelette/jam were offered. For commuting to/from inn residency we spend more than rs. 8000/- on taxis, which otherwise would have been negligible.

On return journey to port blair (Trip id: [protected], for booking at hotel holiday resort-port blair -3 rooms (One room with one extra bed) for jan-16 to jan-17, 2018.), same thing happened again inspite of talking to your representatives again and again. We were forced to stay at hotel 'island cove', where the rooms were stinking because of seepage, dirty bed sheets, broken beds, unclean bathrooms. It was a horrifying experience. However, in this regard, i would like to put on record the appreciation of mr. Sudhakar, hotel manager, who did everything he could at that time to provide whatever little relief was possible.

This deliberate act of cleartrip (On two occasions) is not negligence but a clear act of cheating which spoiled the whole trip and has been etched in our memory as a nightmare.

I would like to hear from the company how do they would like to compensate the deficiency in their service and what action has been taken against their errant employees who are not doing any good to the company.

    Myself, Mr. Swapan Kumar Sarkar, am giving information that I have tried to book air-ticket(roundtrip) for the flight, Kolkata(CCU) -Bangalore(BLR), departing on Wed 31 Jan 2018 on 20th january, 2018.
    Tickets, - Air Asia(15535), CCU 07.55---BLR 11.40 and Air Asia (151562), BLR, 15.50--CCU, 19.30, Sat, 3 Feb2018. Rs. 16236 has been paid through SBI Net-banking, Transaction Ref. No-01:19, IGACTIGJV5.

    The amount has been deducted from my account but I received a msg-Payment pending for Kolkata-Bangalore Wednesday 31st Jan, 2018-Saturday 3rd February, 2018.

      I had a booking which i made under their rewards program, so under their rewards program on their rewards program on third booking they give activity code of 1500, on sixth booking they give hotel voucher for 3500 and on 12th booking they give you flight voucher of 5000. I made my 12th booking for a hotel in lucknow and they gave me the voucher of 5000 for flight booking, but within 24 hours of making the booking the plan got changed and i tried to book another hotel so i canceled the hotel i booked earlier, so cleartrip canceled the hotel, canceled the voucher of 5000 and kept the money for the hotel as well, i called them and they said now rewards program has been canceled for you and now the money will be deducted for hotel voucher for 3500 and activity voucher code of 1500 and they will only credit the remainder of 1600 after lot of argument they agreed that i have not used the activity code of 1500 so they will refund me 3100 instead of my original payment of 6600

        I have booked a connecting flight from asr to patna. Asr-new delhi (Jet airways) and delhi-patna (Go air). Jet airways was delayed that only 20 minutes gap was left to change the terminals and collect the baggage at delhi airport which is not possible in such a short time. So we cancelled the flight and they are saying that they will deduct 2900rs. As it was not at all our fault so why should we suffer financially and mentally. Neither airline nor cleartrip is taking responsibility about this. Who should we complaint now and who is gonna refund our money?. It was not our fault that airlines delayed their flight. We booked flight from clear trip so they should see the matter as they should not book such tickets if they cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience.

          Today i booked my ticket thru your portal thru trip id [protected] after payment i taken printout of ticket i shocked to see that tickets was booked for wrong time (Not sleeted by me) due to some glitch in your website/coding your webpage refreshed and automatically select first row flight and when i called on [protected] i was told that this is my mistake and correcting charges was quoted higher than originally booking that means zero refund

          After requesting so many time they not provide me any complain id and finally after 40 minutes of discussion she agree to take indigo person on line and he suggest that i should take a new ticket and give them new pnr and they will refund entire amount of wrongly booked tickets (If in same passenger name and same date) i booked the same thru your portal thru trip id [protected] and then also while i started booking charges was showing approx 29000 and by the time i paid it was 32844 this is a cheating with passengers i request you to refund me my entire amount paid on trip id no [protected] and loss on recooking of tickets also please provide me recording of this conversion with your help desk
          I request you not to repeat such things with any other passenger and do thorough checking of your website/programming so you and other passengers not suffer because of such type of technology glitch

            I booked ticket for 3 passangers on the website. And while making payment it showed processing error and rediredted. I closed the site and booked from cleartrip and there within minutes the ticket got confirmed. Sometime later i received confirmation for both the booking for same passange, same flight, same names, same time and same place. Two times ticket got confirmed and amount paid twice for one travelling. Do let us know the fault where it have happened. And what about the amount paid twice for travelling once. Do inform ph [protected]

              Hi, i booked hotel from clear trip just now and selected 1 adult by mistake, i called the customer care centre and he said the booking cannot be changed from 1 adult to 2 adult even i am ready to pay extra for the person. Then they told me that the amount will be refunded and they are deducting more than 70% of the amount. This is really pathetic. I want the money back. Stop fooling people. Worst experience through cleartrip.
              My request is please refund my money at the earliest.

                  I booked a flight from kochi to kolkata for date jan 29/2018 at 9.25 am with total amount as 8041. Money has been deducted from my account but no information regarding flight was provided to me. This site is totally fraud, i reviewed customer reviews for this site, all people have complained the same thing. Tried contacting customer care, but they are asking trip id which is necessary for them. This does not make any sense. No response either from customer support or from site. Very poor customer service which i have never seen before.

                  I need an answer for this. Else, i need my money back. I have been booking. For an important travel but that was totally got wasted due to this poor service. No proper handling messages. I require an answer at the earliest.

                  I will never recommend this to site to anyone of my known.

                    I canceled my ticket with TripID:[protected] at Dec. 4 2017 but till now I didn't get the refund amount and only I got false promises from your ClearTrip team that they are following with airline.
                    I called ClearTrip call center within last month and half around 10 - 15 times and I submitted online complaints but without any real answer and same talk each time I got.
                    Even I spoke with some managers there but they were saying always same words, that the problem from airline.

                      Trip [protected] delayed refund of 4612 for sold out property booked on jan 13th 2018 shakthi resort, pollachi through cleartrip.com i have reported and had conversation with ferros, mayur, and finally with utham and yogesh and esculated. Its complete default on the cleartrip side and want to loot my money by just replying hotel is not refunding. None of them turned out as promised. I already called more than 10 times. Cleartrip is totally unprofessional with false promises.

                        On 12th January i was having a confirmed booking at Sarvar Guest House Jodhpur(AC DELUXE ROOM). The hotelier denied my stay and I had been harressed by the hotelier for around 5 hours . I informed the cleartrip regarding the issue. The hotelier offered me an alternative accommodation which was substandard and I rejected the offer. I requested the Cleartrip to cancel the booking and refund the amount in my bank account which was accepted by cleartrip and they have promised me initially that the whole amount will be refunded in my bank account . Even after my several requests cleartrip has blocked my money and refunded the amount in the wallet. I had to bear the excess transportation cost and lodging cost of around 3000 INR for my stay at Jodhpur. On top of all these I was harressed very badly by the hotelier for around 5 hours. Clear Trip has repeatedly promised me to compensate for the inconvenience that I have faced. But till now I have not received any response from cleartrip's end for the compensation. I have called the cleartrip customer support several times, every time they have promised me that I will be getting 20% of the booking amount as compensation which will be confirmed at the earliest, but till now I have not received any call back or confirmation from cleartrip's end. Please look into the matter with priority and do the needful ASAP.

                          Now i want to reschedule departure date of above tkt.
                          I'm trying to do this from cleartrip site, but i always receive reply "our system is temperory not working"
                          When contacted to cleartrips toll free no. [protected] it asks for last four digits of booking id, but after inputting them it says you have incorrect given wrong number.
                          This is happening almost from last 5 hrs.
                          Can you help?

                              Good day,

                              I have been facing an issue and this issue is outstanding for more than a month right now. One of my flights got cancelled by the airlines and i was asking over and over again to book an alternate flight and reissue the ticket. Why such thing is taking months to happen?
                              Everytime i have to call and explain the same thing, got hold for 10 minutes at my cost and i got no answer other than "we will check and call you within 48 hours"!!!

                                We booked to and fro ticket for mumbai in cleartrip app for 5 person worth rs. 23000.00 and got the cash back of 1500 in wallet. But this jan when we logged in to book ticket again we saw that wallet balance was 0 (Zero). This is how they loot people they credit 1500 while booking after a month they reverse the amount with out notifying us.

                                Worst experience with cleartrip.

                                  I booked a return flight through cleartrip (Indigo) on 10th jan mrng. As per the cancellation policy of indigo, they should charge me a total of[protected] rs. For 14th jan flight and 1500 for 2nd feb return flight as per their refund charges chart based on the number of days before cancellation).

                                  However cleartrip representative told me over call that they will charge 3000 rs one way. Means 6000 rs for cancelling the flight that i booked in arnd 5300.
                                  This is criminal.

                                  First, you provide wrong information and second charging more than i have paid for and justifying the same. I also bought insurance from cleartrip for 300 rs. Now the cleartrip people are saying that you cant claim through insurance. And why the hell in this world, did you sell the insurance to me while booking the flight (Stating that buy insurance to save yourself from the unseen changes/ cancellations).

The cancellation charges are INR 3000.00/- per passenger per flight.                                     It is submitted that i booked a flight ticket from guwahati to chennai on 26 september 2017 from your site in indigo airlines with indigo pnr number y6ldnb date of travel 26 december 2017. On 21 december 2017 above said flight ticket cancelled by me, but after more than 20 days refund of the same not yet credited in my account. Please look into the matter and arrange to credit the refund on priority.

                                      Today ie on 7-1-2018 at around 11 am l tried to book flight tickets through www.cleartrip.com
                                      For
                                      Name of passenger booked:- mrs varsha prapanna
                                      From
                                      1) vadodara (Bdq) to new delhi on air india's 8-20 pm flight of date[protected]
                                      And
                                      2) new delhi to vadodara indigo flight at 7-10 pm 0f date[protected].
                                      Payment was made by icici credit card rs. 6742 was made through the credit card as per sms l received from icici bank.
                                      But i have not received any message from cleartrip about 1) booking confirmation
                                      Or
                                      2) trip id or booking no or booking id no
                                      Or
                                      3) email or sms of tickets booked

                                      In absense of any trip id all my repeated efforts to contact cleartrip on both their tollfree numbers were unsuccessful.
                                      I have wasted enough time and disgusted by its poor contactibility.

                                      Kindly confirm whether the booking is successful or not and if not then when my money will be refunded.
                                      If booking is not confirmed then kindly inform me what was the problem,
                                      Whether it was from my end or your end and what precaution l should take to avoid repeat of this.

                                        I had booked a one way trip ticket for passenger mr karma hissey lepcha by go-air bagdogra - guwahati on 8th january 2018.
                                        After doing the ticket the amount of rs 1999/- is debited from my bank but due to some network problem
                                        Had not received the tickets.
                                        I have not been able to contact any of the numbers.
                                        I would appreciate if the amount is credited back to my account at the earliest.

                                        I had booked a one way trip ticket for passenger Mr Karma Hissey Lepcha by go-air bagdogra- guwahati on 8th January 2018.
                                        After doing the ticket the amount of rs 1999/- is debited from my bank but due to some network problem
                                        had not received the tickets.
                                        I have not been able to contact any of the numbers.
                                        I would appreciate if the amount is credited back to my account at the earliest.
