My trip id : [protected] — i had booked my tickets on 20.03.2018. Rs.16740.00 was charged to my account. My ticket was a refundable ticket. I cancelled my tickets on 16.04.2018. I am surprised that on cancellation of this refundable ticket, you refunded only rs.2322.00 to me. How can you deduct such huge cancellation charge? That's not done.
I would request you to refund rs.16740.00 to me at the earliest, failing which i shall go...

Hello.. I cancelled my trip on mar 29th 018... I was waiting for clear trip to refund me the full amount of 7211 sar after calculating the necessary deductions but i was surprised to see that they refunded me only 4866 sar out of 6206 sar and i have sent them several messages regarding the remaining 1005 sar but no response till date.

So kindly i need your support resolving this issue....

Rs 28960 was deducted from my credit card account then and there. But unfortunately I have not get my Booking confirmation till now although there is almost 5 to 6 hours over. I tried to contact your customer care executive for three times. But there was also no positive reply. Pls let me know...

Cancellation confirmation of doha sanfransisco trip id #[protected] is recieved on 29th of march 2018.
Confirmation mail states within 5 days refund will be processed. When i called customer care dated 28th of march regarding cancellation cleartrip confirmed that there will be only 20 qr deduction on account of conveyance fees.
Now it has been 16 working days neither refund is processed or no any refund information being sent...

I booked an air ticket vide clear trip id [protected]. From chennai to kolkata for journey on 09.05.2018. The ticket eas refundable when i booked. I cancelled the above journey on 10.04.2018. As the ticket was refundable and i am entitled for refund the amount. Still i have not received any refund details. Request clearify and refund the amount of cancelled ticket at the please....

I was trying to book an air ticket on 12th april, the air fare in the amount of rs.6889/- got deducted but no confirmation from cleartrip.
The transaction id igadicjyn8 is showing in my bank statement but till date there has been no news, msg or email.
I have attached the screenshot of my bank statement for you kind reference.
Please look into the matter and see that the amount is credited back to my account

I cancelled one ticket against the above trip id before 17.01.18. But till date, i the refund has not yet been sent to my bank account. Accordingly, i lodged a complaint to the customer support mail. They have created one case referring case no. As #05586574 dated 06.04.18.in that it was told that within 2-3 days they will respond with solution.
In view of above, it is requested to arrange refund against the above trip id....

I have booked a round trip ticket on 9/4/2018 by clear trip but my was deducted and tucket didnt booked. Now till yet i have not received my refund. Though they are keep telling in there recorder voice system that it will be refunded within 2-3 working days. Today is 12/4/2018. My trip id is [protected]. Amount was rs.6, 224/-

I mist say its really very bad service....

Hi i’m ranjith kumar... Made a hotel room booking done in cleartrip site on 5th april in hotel sunshine highway inn in chennai... Trip i’d is [protected]... Booked room for 2 persons per room... Got my booking confirmed from clear trip... Booked room for 7 the april... When i contacted the hotel they told me that only 1 person is allowed and for the other one have to book another room... They told me to cancel that ticket and to book...

This is like everytime problem with booking hotel on cleartrip.com they show you good rooms on website and at time of checkin there is always surprises hotel gives cheapest rooms they have.

This flight was delayed by spice jet for more than 3 hrs and hence we had to cancel. I called spice jet on the same day and they have initiated a full refund to clear trip amount rs 9839/-. However clear trip has only refunded rs. 391 to me.
May i ask why? I need my entire amount which the airline has paid to clear trip on 28 feb 2018 back.
