This is regarding the status of my refund for chennai to madurai booking (Air pegasus flight) via cleartrip. The trip was dated sep 7, 2016 and total ticket cost was rs.1672.

I had communicated with you in the 1st week of nov 2016, sent you letter via speed post and also raised a complaint via customer support. The reply has not been satisfactory...

I booked my flights on 21st march and cancelled on 22nd march due to change in plans through cleartrip but after 12 days also there is no response from them about the refund. While cancelling i received a message that refund will be processed in 5 working days. I checked with the airlines and there local partners danata. They both confirmed to me that airlines have already refunded the amount to cleartrip. My trip id...

I refer to the above trip cancellation. Clear trip has deducted a sum of rupees 14349 against the ticket price of rs. 56022. This is @25% deduction.
The airline charges of rupees 12343 are ridiculous.

I had booked my to & fro air tickets for myself & my wife on 9th Jan.2018 for the travel to commence on 19th April 2018 from Mumbai to Dubai and subsequent return booking for 27th April 2018 under Trip ID[protected]. The booking included the Insurance amount for both but however after the booking we could get only the e.tickets but there was no copy of insurance provided....

Customer service tasks long time to pick up a phone. I lost around 400$ for a little name mistake. The flight agent had no problem with except cleartrip who regretted to help me.
This experience is the first and the last one with cleartrip. I will raise it up to all aviation authorities to get the refund. I’m sure the name i wrote was right and there was a technical mistake with cleartrip website....

I have booked train tickets in this ### cleartrip. Due to the waiting list of the ticket i want to cancel this ticket ..and on cancelling process i found it was a fradulent and it has cheated many people . as due to some emergency i need to book the ticket in this app as i dont know it is a fradulent and it was coming as a more prior link when booking tickets. It should be banned first. and the CUSTOMER CARE for this are computer generated...

I adhwani dubey had tried to book ticket from nzm delhi to mmr manmad using my cleartrip entered the pin for transaction amount, the amount was debited from my account but did not get the ticket on my email instead the site got stuck and after few minutes i got a message on mobile refund will be initiated from my clear trip... Please see to the matter and try to clear it as early as possible....

I booked a ticket using cleartrip from kuwait to kochi and vice versa. Unfortunately due to change of plans i cancelled my return ticket kochi to kuwiat ticket and rebooked for another date. Just before two days of my onward journey they called me and informed me that as per their policy my onward ticket is also cancelled. I faced a huge loss and for another booking i had to pay triple the price of my new onward ticket as the travel date...

I booked my flight ticket from delhi to singapore, when i was paying through there payment portal, and giving my net banking credentials, when payment was processing it got failed and it detected 26500 from my bank account without ticket conformation.

I contacted customer care and they said it will ne refunded in 2-4 days and it’s now 8th day and no refund from cleartrip.

Pleaseee help me to get my money back...

I tried to book a train ticket from cgd to sre twice. Payment was gone from my end but nothing reflected. Later in trips, it was reflected as trip cancelled due to payment not confirmed but i have not received any email or message and nothing for a refund.

I hv booked a flight with clear trip n my payment was shown successful with my debit card canara bank. Bt i didn't get any details from ur side not any customer id. I tried calling in customer support services bt they are asking for trip i'd. I didn't get any booking details whereas my payment has been successful... I hv 2 go to kolkata urgently on 27th march...

I was booking my flight ticket to delhi to singapore of 12 apr to 15 apr. The ticket was not booked due to failed transaction and money was deducted from my bank account. I called the customer care and they said it will take 2-4 working days. Its now 4th day and no refund. I trying calling the cleartrip customer care where they are asking trip id, which i didn't get it.
So now what to do?...

I have cancelled the ticket (Trip id [protected]) on 24-feb-2018 and was informed that the refund amount will be credited to my account within 5 days.

However i did not receive any further updates on it. There is no refund given yet. I have been following up calling your customer support on a daily basis and the customer care executives are not even able to confirm the status or the amount that would be credited.

I made a booking for two flight tickets for rome and return trip i'd ([protected]) and later had to cancel these as the flight was rescheduled by an hour and i was promised a full refund minus the convenience fee as per the airline rules.
Now i have received a refund after two months of cancellation that two after the deduction of rs.11000.

We have booked ticket in the name of jinesh r vora on[protected] from hyderabad to vijayawada in cleartrip of 1:30 indigo flight, amount deducted 3086/- from cosmos bank netbanking we have not received any id also. Kindly check and do the needful.
We are unable to contact customer service also hence we need solution from you. If your unable to solve the issue please refund the amount in our account.

Dear sir
I had booked tickets with clear trip with trip id : [protected], in which i had not mentioned father's name (Optional),

Later on i requested them to check if this optional name can be added, they had cancelled the tickets without my knowledge and deducted rs. 3567/- from my booking money.

Now, if i am going to book another flight then it costs me 16000/- extra.
