Dear Sir,
This mail is regarding trip id[protected]
I had done my flight booking through clear trip on Jan 20th for Mumbai -Malaysia and back .
the ticket booked was for May 8 th and return on 14th May .
On 10 th Feb I was told that Airline has cancelled the flight and clear trip gave me alternate option on 12th Feb, which was not acceptable to me, since there was no option left I had to cancel the ticket .

I received a mail confirmation on 21st Feb that the ticket is cancelled and I will get full refund in 5 days however to my surprise on 3rd March when I contacted customer care I was told that it will take 45 days to get refunded .

on further enquiry I was told the airline has not paid you hence I will get only once the airline refunds the amount .This is your internal process for which I am paying the price .

Firstly I paid in advance to you, the airline cancels the flight, you give me option which is not convenient for me hence I cancel in this entire transaction, the money is with you and I am left to the mercy of your process which I feel is very very poor and needs immediate attention, just want to know will you personally wait for your money for two months to be refunded in any of your transaction,

if your process is so strong how did I get a confirmation mail of cancellation and refund in 5 days, surely the process is not defined .

.
I am not a subject matter expert to advice what process improvement you must do, I am only concerned about my refund .
I urge your help and intervention to get my refund immediately, I am yet to receive a confirmation mail from you regarding the payment when should I expect in my account .

I don't know if you guys take this mail seriously or it lands in trash .

if you guys are serious then awaiting a revert .

    I bought a ticket of airasia with pnr — mwc9yg which was missed as road block/jam in kolkata due to some accident and when we were in cab on the way to airport we confirmed that the trip will be missing as we'ld not able to reach in airport in time.

    We talked with customer care and inquired if any refund was possible.
    We were advised to communicate with airasia directly for no-show and assured whatever refund they will send to cleartrip will be processed.

    Now when the airasia refunded the amount 2292/- and i communicated with cleartrip the person said that first i've to cancel it with them and then they calculate how much could be refunded after deducting their cancellation fee.

    My point is when i called 3rd february and shared my concern to the customer care why they did not tell us that when we are in jam i have to officially cancel the ticket.
    As a layman like me having understanding that when i'm going to miss the plane the trip is obviously be cancelled.

    Hence i request to refund the whole amount being refunded by airasia, as cleartrip did not help me even to get the no-show money refund.

    As have trust with cleartrip i request the concern not to cheat and due to un-experienced and less sincere customer care people not to buy bad name with customers.

    I have canceled my flight on 18-Feb-2018 with trip id [protected] but still did not get any status for the refunds. At the time of cancellation, they are saying that it will be done in 5-7 days. But now telling that it will take around 45 days.

      I have cancelled my jet airways ticket in the month of november 2017. I got a message from jet airways sr 891 refunded. Still i didnt recieved amount in my account. My booking id#[protected]. Please let me know the detail.

      Sir i want to book my next flight to mumbai in the month of april. So please let me know weather you are going to adjust that amount to my new booking.

      Hope you will try to solve this problem as early as possible.

      My trip ID [protected] . The tickets were cancelled due to Airline Indigo rescheduled the flights and timings. This was done as it was clearly mentioned no deduction will be made and advised me to contact Cleartrip. But cleartrip now deducted 13000 thousand from original booking charges which they should refund.

        Please never book cleartrip.com they take money from you and do not provide accomodation & Take Forever to provide Refund.
        In my case I booked hotel for My wedding night from cleartrip & they provided me with voucher and when after wedding I try to check in to Hotel The Park Navi Mumbai they said that they had already cancelled my booking as they were overbooked & informed cleartrip in advance and they can't accommodate me.. think of my shameful situation where I am standing with my wife and I have no place to go at 10:30 pm in night.. so I booked another hotel immidiately on call is Royal Tulip which costed me 17 thousand rupees. After this next day when I call cleartrip they tell me that I had checked in and i am not eligible for refund ... After much of followup for a month they released my park booking fees which ia 6000 and when I tell them to refund my 17000 which I had to pay cos of their fault all they do is we will call u in 2 hours thing I am frustrated by this.. first they make me ashamed and now they torture me..         Never book via Cleartrip Dear consumers else you will be left stranded on street!

          Hi,

          I have booked an airline ticket through cleartrip with cleartrip provided travel insurance. I cancelled the ticket 2 days in advance and i see cleartrip is deducting rs. 3000 for the ticket. But as per the insurance policy they should have deducted only rs. 500.

          This is my trip id =[protected]

          Please fix the problem and refund me the needed money.

            I was scheduled to travel in Delhi-Kathmandu return Jet Airways flights on 26th February. The tickets were booked through Cleartrip. I could not reach the airport on time due to heavy traffic on the road and ended up missed the flight. Since it was important that I reach Kathmandu, I was forced to book an Air India flight (AI 215) to Kathmandu which was scheduled at 12:55 PM and travelled Kathmandu same day. Here are the detail of the flight:
            Passenger Name - Mr. Sanjay Saxena (FF no. AI F142466)
            Booking Reference No (PNR) - J49DH, Ticket No. - 098-[protected]
            Travel Date – 26 February 2018

            On 26 February 2018 (evening), I received an email from Cleartrip stating that changes are done by the airline for Kathmandu-Delhi flight. I did not make or requested any changes to the Jet Airways or Cleartrip and when I spoke to Cleartrip they said that the airline is not allowing you to travel on the Kathmandu-Delhi flight. Being a regular customer of Jet Airways I requested them to consider my request and allow me to travel on the booked ticket in Kathmandu-Delhi flight. As per Cleartrip, the ticket is non-refundable and according to Jet Airways due to no-show, I am not allowed to travel on my confirmed return ticket. I understand, if it is the policy it should be reflected on the ticket issued. It is a financial setback to me as I have already spent on a new ticket from Delhi to Kathmandu and no-refund or booking a new flight for Delhi return is a huge financial loss to me.
            • It is unfair that my confirmed flight booking of return sector was cancelled. It is to be considered as fraud and cheating by your organization as I am submitting clear proof of my travel the same day.
            • I am a frequent flyer member and a regular traveller of Jet Airways (FF no.[protected] Jet Airways) and this kind of action in emergency is very disappointing. This shows that Jet airways do not care for its regular customer.
            Kindly refund my amount within 7 days or I will be forced to register a complaint to Consumer Forum against the unfair cancellation and no-refund of my ticket.

              I have booked Cochin to Chennai ticket through Cleartrip, unfortunately the flight has cancelled by airline and I have contacted airline and they confirmed that they will refund full amount for that sector to cleartrip account, after that they sent confirmation mail also with amount details. Then I contacted Cleartrip customer care they told Qar.50 convenience fee will deduct and balance will refund, then I told already Qar.50 convenience fee deducted when ticket booking time. Then they have confirmed full amount will credit to my account. Now I received an email and it is showing a deduction of Qar.50 for convenience fee. This is not acceptable, Airline has paid you full amount to you they how you can take again such fees from customer. Then better we can book tickets directly from airline pages. Why should we depending 3rd parties if there is no advantage.

                I had tried to book my airticket on 15 feb 2018 from banglore to pune and return ticket also... I had done booking from cleartrip website.. After paying money for ticket, massage came that we couldn’t confirm ur booking and money will be refunded to ur account within 24 hours.. Now almost 11 days are over.. Money is not refunded to me...

                  I booked a flight with cleartrip and found that I had booked an incorrect flight. Immediately I contacted cleartrip, and they routed my call to Indigo. Indigo had changed my flight and cancelled my previous booking and charged me for the new booking and confirmed that the refund would be made to Cleartrip, and Cleartrip is supposed to refund me the full amount to my original mode of payment, trip ID[protected].

                  Its been more then 3 months now and cleartrip has not yet refunded the money. Every time I call the customer support, they ask me to wait for 5 - 7 business day for the finance to process the refund, however there 5 to 7 business days never get over.

                    Why you people make so many promises to client when you people cannot full fill it. I booked three ticket from clear trip they took the payment saying it will take maximum 30 min to book. At the end no ticket was booked and money was not refunded. I have bank details of my payment. Now the next step i will take is i will go to rti with all my proof.

                      On 16feb i tried booking the flight for dubai but twice they deduct the payment from my account and yet i didnt recevied the payment back.

                      Amit 13883 from kotak creidt card & hsbc credit card.

                      I spoke to credit card department and they inform me that the merchant had recieved your payment please ask refund from them.

                        I booked the flight at some 4k price and did not got the tickets. Then these people (Cleartrip # executives) are calling me and saying the prices are increased and i have to pay 6k for the ticket to confirm which i already bought for 4k. How is that possible when i paid the amount for tickets and then getting calls from them?? Does it makes any sense?? Senseless people but one thing is sure, their calling are good.. Immediately they call you up for this ludicrous thing and that is the time when customers get irritated. Never ever book your flight from cleartrip and they will screw u. I just want to have there manager number if somebody can provide me. I will put a case for them for sure. If they have guts then only they can share but i am sure that they dont have balls to share there manager number

                            I booked roundtrip tickets using cleartrip from hyd-pittsburgh, usa and pittsburgh - hyd on 16/12/17. The trip id no. Is[protected]. The air lines changed airways flight on 10/01/18, which is inconviniant for me. I was cancelled tickets on 12/01/18. Cleartrip stated that 'refund amount cheque is deposited in my bank' on 02/02/2018. Today is 23/02/18.
                            I did not received cheque so far.
                            Is the cheque has been couriers or sent by register post. Pl do neft to my account. My account details clearly mention in [protected]@cleartrip and [protected]@cleartrip and [protected]@cleartrip.com
                            I am contacting customer support no.[protected]. But, i do not seen any progress in this case. Please give me hyderabad cleartrip address. I will ask about this problem. Please do the needful action

                            My trip id is[protected]. I have purchased round trip ticket hyderabad-pittsburgh and pittsburgh-hyderabad on 16-12-17. Cancelled tickets on 12-01-18. Cheque issued on 02 feb 2018. Is it true or not? Please confirm it? If issued, is it by post or neft to bank?

                            I enjoy booking tickets ghastly.but, I disappointed regarding refund amount after cancelling tickets

                              On 16th feb at 16.01 and amount was charged to my sbi credit card account ending 8440 amounting to 6456 inr
                              Both together 15474 inr
                              There will be interest charged by the bank i want immediate refun   replace all

                              Rs 9018 is also debited both on 16th feb for rs 9018
                              I want immediate action total 15474 inr

                              All numbers listed on the website are fake and i ma not receiving a response. Please reply asap as the credit card interests amount should be paid by you

                                To come to the point, i had booked a hotel - mina international on friday i. E 16th feb 2018 through my hsbc credit card for an amount of inr 4308, however i observe that the amount is deducted from my credit card, however it reflected as payment failed at the cleartrip website.
                                This is really pathetic. I was asked by my bank to wait for 3 days for the refund, however it's the 4th day today and i have still not got the refund.
                                Kindly check and have the refund processed at the earliest and confirm.

                                  I have booked a roundtrip for 4 members from hyderabad to kathmandu. Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to look out for cancellation of the tickets. Firstly, the cancellation policy was not clearly displayed on cleartrip as it was depicted that from hyderabad to and fro to kathmandu the cancellation charges will be rs.4700/- per head but in reality the charge was levied on each flight (Hyd to delhi and then delhi to kathmandu, kathmandu to delhi and then delhi to hyderabad) i. E. I had to shell out cancellation charges four times which is just not what was shown.

                                  Secondly, car, section 3, series m, part ii clause 3 (F) clearly states that "the airlines should indicate in an unambiguous manner the amount of refund of money admissible on cancellation of a ticket." here cleartrip is the authorised representative of the airline and it must also abide by the same rules as per the indian contract act, 1872.

                                  I feel duped by this practice and want cleartrip to process my entire amount as refund.

                                  This is how the cancellation charges are appearing on the Cleartrip website. Now this clearly depicts that the cancellation will charges per head will be Rs. 4700 plus some change but it does not state that the amount will be levied 4 times which is ridiculous. when I spoke to Cleartrip executive regarding cancellation he informed that I will have to pay 93, 000 plus for cancellation which is more than the amount which I shelled out for my booking.

                                      I booked a flight on 23/1/2018 for my family coming from delhi to see me in dubai. It was 3 tickets under trip id no [protected] vide emirates airlines but i have realized immediately in one of passenger name one alphabet ‘h’ was missing. Its mistake to put name as shresth sethi in place of shreshth sethi.

                                      On same day i called up emirates airlines and they say no problem v shall change it free of cost within 72 hours but since tickets are booked through cleartrip the request should come from them.

                                      I called up cleartrip and explain them the full thing and reply was write mail and i did that.

                                      Next day when i called up cleartrip came with excuse that they need passport copy and adhaar card of shreshth sethi and i immediately mailed to them.

                                      The next when i called up they say there are charges and i paid online.

                                      From that day we have been calling cleartrip many many times everyday for dubai and delhi with so much of mental harassment with no results at all. It was v v sickening experience with so much of time wasted in holding the lines and listening to lies of emirates.

                                      The most terrified experience was on jan 31, 2018 - they can up with simple answer that sorry it's an airlines problem and they cant do anything and i have to loose lot of money in this which is 200% mistake, lethargy and lack lustre attitude of clear-trip.

                                      I immediately called up emirates as i am their gold customer. The consultant was so kind enough to be on line for 43. Mins with me and asked me to take clear trip on conference line. Firstly he was listening to the all the lies what clear trip was giving me but when suoervisvor priya came online he explained in just us$ 100 it's so easily possible if clear trip request them and exposed the laid back and careless attitude of clear-trip

                                      Nothing they cut the line with emirates and canceled the tickets caused financial loss and mental torture for 7 days.

                                      I have book my ticket from Goa to Delhi 10/2/2018by clear trip and payment is deducted in my account by icici bank 9775 transaction ID is [protected] but I have not receive any ticket.
                                      So I request please do the needful asap.
