Hi,
I have booked a hotel through Cleartrip, I want to cancel this booking, there are 15 days yet for check in ; I am not getting reply from Cleartrip on the question of refund.
They are asking me to talk to concerned hotel people and hotel management is telling to discuss with Cleartrip. Nobody is giving a firm answer.

Even for booking confirmation, hotel people did not know about our reseravtion through cleartrip and told us to contact them only. There is lack of coordination.
The blog, and complaint posting is also blocked on Cleartrip's website.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with Cleartrip.
Based on the records which we store, it can be concluded that the booking was made on a promotional fare (Rs.0/-) and the fare rules related to the same was clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
The booking was cancelled by you directly online wherein the fare rules are mentioned before cancellation.
This is what it states "In case of cancellation of zero base fare or promotional fare tickets, 100% of fare will be deducted/- per passenger per segment"
